Wizard: Grinding to Lord of Truth
Chapter 356: The Ownership of the World
Chapter 356 -357: The Ownership of the World
After the fleet departed the Wizard Race Territory, it passed through a spatial passage toward the World Group where the Cosmic Sea World was located.
After traversing the fourth spatial passage, the massive fleet slowly came to a halt.
“What a powerful fluctuation!”
At that moment, the Dean, who was meeting with the other two Wizard Academies aboard the War Mother Ship, felt the immense fluctuation from the Star Realm, and a horrified expression appeared on his face.
Although the fluctuation did not exceed the Realm of a Level 6 Creature, it was incredibly vast, as if a Wizard Legion composed of tens of thousands of Red Sun Great Wizards had arrived.
‘What in the world is going on?’
‘Could it be that the people from the Pantheon World Group are attacking?’
As this thought crossed the Dean’s mind, his expression changed. He vanished from the War Mother Ship, and the captain followed close behind, appearing in the Star Realm.
When they arrived in the Star Realm, the two of them were left dumbfounded at the sight before them on the edge of the World Group.
A massive fleet was parked there.
‘Where did this fleet come from?!’
The Dean stared at the suddenly-appeared fleet, a panicked look on his face. In the Wizard World, any power capable of easily dispatching such a massive fleet was definitely no minor faction.
However, according to the ancient wizard treaty, when their three Wizard Academies launched a wizard expedition against this World Group, other Wizard Academies were not supposed to interfere.
If another academy wished to get involved, they would have to offer certain benefits to gain the original parties’ approval.
Otherwise, the three Wizard Academies had the right to expel any Wizard Academy that tried to join uninvited.
It was this ancient wizard treaty that ensured wizard expeditions launched by different powers in the Wizard World would not run into problems caused by conflicts of interest.
Without it, wizard expeditions would descend into chaos, and such chaos would inevitably threaten the very foundation of the Wizard Ancestral Land.
Just then, the Silver-White Avatar slowly rose from a throne.
Then, the Silver-White Avatar suddenly appeared before the Dean and the captain.
When the Dean and the captain saw the Silver-White Avatar appear before them, they immediately adopted a defensive stance.
The Defense Witchcraft inscribed on their clothes activated instantly, and the two men watched the Silver-White Avatar before them with vigilance.
The Silver-White Avatar paid no mind to the overreaction of the Dean and the captain and simply spoke.
“Are you the wizard organization expeditioning this World Group?”
The Dean nodded in response to the Silver-White Avatar’s words.
“No need to be so tense. I’ve just come to move some things.”
The Silver-White Avatar looked at the extremely tense Dean and captain, then smiled and waved his hand dismissively.
“Move some things? There doesn’t seem to be anything here that belongs to you, does there?”
the Dean asked, mustering his courage as he looked at the Silver-White Avatar.
“A child of my family obtained the position of a Child of the World in this World Group. I’m here to help him move this world back to our family.”
The Silver-White Avatar’s words exploded in the ears of the Dean and the captain like a clap of thunder.
‘The Child of the World, Andre… Andre returning to his family? How is that possible?’
Andre’s records showed that he was a native born in the Senbai World.
‘Even if he had a family, it would be a native family from the Senbai World. How could he possibly be connected to this Truth Great Wizard before me?’
“As far as I know, Andre is from a native race born in a Level 3 World. Isn’t what you’re saying a bit of a stretch?”
The Dean could only say this stiffly as he faced the Silver-White Avatar.
The Silver-White Avatar before him was, according to his perception, a genuine Truth Great Wizard.
He was only one Realm away from a Truth Great Wizard, but the gap between these two Realms was like the difference between heaven and earth.
With a full-power strike, he could instantly destroy a Level 4 World and shatter a portion of a Level 5 World’s territory.
But even such Power was far inferior to that of a Truth Great Wizard.
A Truth Great Wizard, on the other hand, could reduce a Level 4 World to dust with a single breath. That was the Power of a Truth Great Wizard.
And now, he had to argue over possessions with this Truth Great Wizard.
Facing this Truth Great Wizard whom he had never met and whose temperament he couldn’t gauge, the Dean had no choice but to bite the bullet and argue with the Silver-White Avatar to determine the fate of the Cosmic Sea World.
This wizard expedition was jointly launched by three Wizard Academies. It had been underway for some time, and the three academies had conquered many worlds.
But among all those worlds, the Cosmic Sea World was the only Level 5 World that the White Sea Wizard Academy had acquired so far.
And now, the Silver-White Avatar was about to take away the highest-Level world they had gained in this wizard expedition. This was something the Dean simply could not accept.
“According to the dialectics of Bloodline inheritance, he is indeed of our family’s Bloodline.”
“When you previously hired the Wizards from the Tower of Fallen Stars to help you attack the World Group you were occupying, one of our family members was among them.
“He was a helper you hired. Due to an accident, he left his Bloodline behind in that Level 3 World you mentioned.”
“After a long time, a descendant within that Bloodline finally awakened the family’s true Bloodline. That is why the family is retrieving him and moving his belongings.”
Seeing the Dean argue with him for a few sentences, the corners of the Silver-White Avatar’s mouth curved upward. He concealed a part of Andre’s history and said to the Dean.
“But, great Truth Great Wizard, according to the ancient wizard treaty, during an expedition led by an academy, all spoils of war…”
As the Dean spoke to this point, the Silver-White Avatar’s expression shifted, and he shot the Dean a glance.
“According to the ancient wizard treaty, any world conquered by academy members during an expedition belongs to the academy.”
“You’re now planning to move the Cosmic Sea World, which violates the agreement in the ancient wizard treaty.”
The Dean had no other choice. He could only place all his hopes on the wizard treaty signed by various wizard organizations when the Supreme Wizard Alliance was founded.
This treaty contained many regulations regarding the distribution of spoils from wizard expeditions, as well as other matters.
And now, the Silver-White Avatar’s plan to move the Cosmic Sea World happened to violate one of the clauses in this treaty.
That was why the Dean brought up the treaty, hoping it could stop the Silver-White Avatar’s actions.
“Such a provision does indeed exist. However, the wizard treaty also stipulates that a family member reclaiming their own property does not require the consent of others.”
The Silver-White Avatar’s words made the Dean and the captain’s faces turn deathly pale.
