Wizard: Grinding to Lord of Truth
Chapter 349: Chaos Divine Kingdom
Chapter 349 -350: Chaos Divine Kingdom
Transcendence. When Angtette spoke that word, everyone fell silent.
Even Andeta was silent. When they became Truth Great Wizards, they discovered that the path they walked seemed to come to a dead end at the level of a Level 7 Truth Great Wizard.
However, some of the most brilliant among them had joined forces, managing to extend the path through sheer will. They forged a new Realm for Level 8 Creatures—the Realm of Concepts.
Yet in the hundreds of millions of years since the Star Realm’s birth, while many Level 8 Creatures had emerged, none had ever surpassed that level.
To break through this barrier, many Level 8 Creatures conducted endless experiments, testing their own paths. Others sought alternative routes, such as devouring worlds and forcing the world consciousness to believe in them as a means to advance.
But no matter what they tried, it seemed that Level 8 was the absolute limit the Endless Star Realm could accommodate.
To take that next step, the powerful experts of the Star Realm began to look beyond the Endless Star Realm, to the very place from which it was born.
These experts made many preparations in their bid to leave the Endless Star Realm.
Special artifacts like the Chaos Pool and the Chaos Source Mountain were products of this very ambition.
In the eyes of these powerhouses, if the Chaos outside the Endless Star Realm could erode them,
then why couldn’t they use something to envelop themselves and resist its corrosion?
Thus, things like the Chaos Pool and the Chaos Source Mountain began to appear.
Andeta’s plan to devour the All Gods and establish a Chaos Divine Kingdom was, in essence, a variation of such an artifact.
But compared to simple tools like the Chaos Pool and the Chaos Source Mountain, Andeta’s idea was a level above.
Andeta’s idea was to use a Chaos Pool to create a Chaos Divine Kingdom.
Then, he would divide the Chaos Divine Kingdom into various distinct regions.
He would use these regions to separate the Chaos Qi, creating zones with varying concentrations.
Once that step was complete, he would select a portion of his kinsmen from the Tower of Black Stone and send them into the Chaos Divine Kingdom.
He would have them adapt their bodies to the corrosion of the Chaos Qi. Once they could withstand it, it would be time for the Tower of Black Stone to depart from the Endless Star Realm.
As for why he chose to create a Chaos Divine Kingdom rather than some other artifact…
It was because Believers were so numerous within the Endless Star Realm, and their spiritual essence was incredibly potent.
As long as their Souls were preserved, preventing them from dissipating, and they were made to believe their Divine Spirit was right before them, they would provide an endless supply of the Power of Faith to sustain the Chaos Divine Kingdom.
In this way, the Chaos Divine Kingdom would have a perpetual power source.
As for turning the Believers into sensors for the Power of Truth, that was merely one of the most inconspicuous parts of the Chaos Divine Kingdom plan—one might even call it an incidental function.
This was because of the Chaos Divine Kingdom’s unique nature.
Once a Chaos Divine Kingdom formed, the Chaos Qi within would constantly collide, giving birth to countless microscopic worlds.
After these worlds were born, Laws and Rules would emerge within them.
Although these worlds were minuscule, their Laws and Rules were genuinely real.
In fact, because these worlds were so weak, their Laws and Rules were far easier for Wizards to master.
It was also precisely because these worlds were weak that the Believers could glimpse the existence of these Laws and Rules.
Even if the vast majority of Believers were unable to perceive their existence, with such enormous numbers, there was no shortage of lucky ones among them.
Combined with the special amplification from the Witchcraft Array, the Believers’ sensitivity to the Power of Truth was by no means insignificant.
Andeta had previously conducted this very experiment in a Chaos Pool and confirmed the plan’s feasibility. That was why he proceeded as planned, continuously selecting members of his clan to carry it out.
At this point, one might ask: if the ultimate version of the plan to devour the All Gods is the Chaos Divine Kingdom…
…then what is the purpose of Andre’s experiment? And how can this truly be called “devouring the All Gods”?
These are two separate questions. The answer to the first is that Believers do not exist in the world of Wizards.
Believers only exist in the Pantheon World Group and certain other worlds.
Furthermore, it is very difficult to make Believers put their faith in a Divine Spirit that appears out of nowhere.
Therefore, someone must act as a Divine Spirit to attract a massive number of Believers, either directly or through other means.
Only then can the cornerstone for the Chaos Divine Kingdom be laid.
But as mentioned earlier, getting Believers to place their faith in a new, unknown Divine Spirit is extremely difficult.
Unless the world that this Divine Spirit inhabits is plagued by numerous disasters, and the Divine Spirit constantly performs miracles to save people, it’s unlikely that many will convert their faith to him.
Otherwise, a mass conversion of Believers is highly improbable.
Since this scenario is so unlikely, Andre, who possesses the Soul Splitting Thousand Cuts, is undoubtedly the perfect candidate.
This brings us to the answer to the second question: Soul Splitting Thousand Cuts.
This special Witchcraft allows one to devour the Soul of another creature and take its place.
And compared to other soul-devouring forms of Witchcraft, its side effects are minuscule.
If Andre could devour the Souls of a thousand Divine Spirits, then by taking the place of those 1000 Divine Spirits, he would gain their countless Believers.
With that, the first step of the Chaos Divine Kingdom plan could be taken.
Now, some might say, “Are the Believers of 1000 Divine Spirits enough?”
Of course, the Believers of 1000 Divine Spirits aren’t enough, but Andre can have children!
With the aid of the Power of Time, Andre’s descendants could be produced in droves.
In time, the number of Divine Spirits he could replace would be beyond count.
The only things limiting this plan were the memories of the Divine Spirits and the hindrance of the Poison of Faith.
Each Divine Spirit’s memories are unique, so every time Andre devoured a Soul, he would be inundated by the memories of his victim.
If he couldn’t withstand the influx, it would cause his own mind to fracture.
Fortunately, these fragments could be split off, then crushed and erased.
But the Poison of Faith was the most dangerous obstacle.
This was the very thing that could cause a Divine Spirit to fall from their Divine Throne, shatter their Divine Kingdom, and be reduced from a god to a so-called Saint.
Because Believers always have desires. If the Divine Spirit they worship cannot fulfill those desires, the Believers will either convert their faith or curse the god.
Converting faith was one thing, but a curse was another matter entirely, especially within the worlds of the Pantheon World Group.
In these worlds, the Laws and Rules related to the Spirit are exceptionally active and powerful.
This is why the path of deification through faith was able to flourish. And because these Rules are so uniquely active, the curses and resentments formed from the Power of Spirit can manifest as a real, tangible force.
Once that happens, it signals the impending doom of the All Gods.
Among all curses, those from Believers are the most unique. Because their faith is exceptionally pure, when it sours into a curse, that curse is equally pure.
And this purity means it is incredibly difficult to dispel, which is why it is known as the Poison of Faith.
