Wizard: Grinding to Lord of Truth

Chapter 289 - 291: Blessing and Transformation

  • Next Chapter

The Demon of all Demons watched the endlessly roaring Wizard Civilization Will, desperate to stop it from gaining more power.

But the Wizard Civilization Will paid it no mind. In the end, the Demon of all Demons could only dissipate in frustration.

As the Wizard Civilization Will continued its metamorphosis, a formidable power erupted within the Cosmic Sea World, instantly crushing its world consciousness.

A pillar of light that pierced the heavens then descended upon Andre.

Then, everything Andre had ever understood—Demon Patterns, Witchcraft, Witchcraft Arrays, and Potion formulas—flew out of his mind.

Within the pillar of light, these concepts combined, ascended, and collided, evolving into new Demon Patterns, new Witchcraft, new Witchcraft Arrays, and entirely new knowledge of Potions.

In the end, all of these concepts returned to Andre's mind.

But it wasn't over. After descending, the pillar of light transformed into the phantom of a Magic Staff, which settled into the web of Andre's right hand.

At that moment, the Dean, standing not far from Andre, completely changed his demeanor. He faced the pillar of light with a reverent expression and bowed deeply.

Only after the pillar of light slowly faded did the Dean straighten up. He stared at Andre, his eyes filled with astonishment.

He couldn't fathom what Andre had done to cause the Wizard Civilization Will to traverse such a vast distance just to bestow its power upon him as a blessing.

'Could this be the change brought about by the special path Andre is walking?'

'If so, it's no wonder Klein forbade Andre from speaking about his path.'

'A special path like this is a great boon for the Wizard World, for the Wizard Civilization, and for the Wizard Civilization Will itself!'

But for other civilizations, it would be an absolute catastrophe.

"HAAH!" With this thought, the Dean let out a sharp cry. His clothes began to shift and writhe, finally transforming into a Magic Robe embroidered with infinite arrays of Demon Patterns.

As the Dean's robes settled into their true form, a Magic Staff materialized in his hand.

The Dean then raised his Magic Staff high and began chanting a long, abstruse Spell.

As the Dean chanted the Spell, his body began to glow. Finally, the Demon Patterns embroidered on his Magic Robe lifted off the fabric and merged with the Witchcraft he was casting.

Once the final Demon Pattern merged with the Witchcraft, the Dean had successfully cast the spell.

"In my name, I summon the power of spacetime! Time Annihilation!"

The Dean bellowed the final lines of the Spell and slammed his Magic Staff into the ground. A silver-white light immediately enveloped the area.

And this light was the very Power of Time.

"Erase it all!"

The Dean held nothing back, burning the Power of Truth he had mastered.

Streams of silver-white light erupted from the Dean's body, fusing with the Power of Time summoned by the Witchcraft.

Time in the area began to flow backward, and everything that had just occurred was erased by the Power of Time.

After the Dean had erased every trace of the event, a pillar of light descended upon him.

However, this pillar of light was much smaller than the one that had descended upon Andre.

But there was not a trace of complaint on the Dean's face; instead, he gazed at the pillar of light with pure joy.

For this was a sign of the Wizard Civilization Will's recognition and attention.

With this recognition, his probability of becoming a Level 7 Truth Great Wizard in the future rose to thirty percent. Thirty percent! What did that mean? It meant it was a chance worth risking his life for.

'It wasn't a waste to burn the Power of Truth I've accumulated over the past three thousand years. To think that concealing this place's timeline would actually earn me the attention of the Wizard Civilization Will.'

'The attention of the Wizard Civilization Will... How many Wizards spend their entire lives without ever earning the slightest sliver of it?'

The Dean's eyes burned with fervor as he watched Andre, who had not yet completed his breakthrough.

At this moment, he already knew the Wizard Civilization Will had undergone a metamorphosis.

And the trigger for this metamorphosis was the man right in front of him: Andre.

Although he had no idea what Andre had actually done to trigger the Will's metamorphosis.

The metamorphosis of the Wizard Civilization Will was an immense blessing for every single member of the Wizard Civilization.

It was the kind of blessing one couldn't even dream of asking for.

Just then, Andre completed the final stage of his transformation into a Level 3 Wizard.

His once-illusory Soul, infused with the Power of World Origin and blessed by the Wizard Civilization Will, instantly solidified into a tangible substance.

Furthermore, thanks to these two sources of power, special divine lights began to emerge on Andre's Soul. These lights constantly evolved, transforming into one new Talent Witchcraft after another.

As his Soul solidified, Andre felt his own Power shatter a barrier and begin to rise continuously.

As his Power surged at a terrifying rate, the storm of Magic Power around him grew larger and larger.

In the end, it enveloped the entire continent.

'A breakthrough of this magnitude... In the entire history of the Wizard World, only a few progenitors have ever created such a spectacle.'

'Could Andre be the reincarnation of one of those progenitors, seeking to lighten his own burden?'

The Dean watched the storm of Magic Power around Andre, a flicker of doubt in his eyes.

But the Wizard Civilization Will had already placed a gag order on him, so he had no way of questioning Andre.

If he dared to ask, the blessing just bestowed upon him by the Wizard Civilization Will would transform into a divine punishment and erase him from existence.

This was true even though he was a highly advanced Red Sun Great Wizard who had accumulated a great deal of the Power of Truth.

That divine power could still annihilate him completely and effortlessly.

「In the Wizard Ancestral Land」 The Wizard Civilization Will completed its metamorphosis, and the rate at which its power grew began to slow.

The Wizard Civilization Will then slowly faded from the presence of the numerous Truth Great Wizards.

By now, no fewer than a hundred Truth Great Wizards had gathered around the Will.

And many more Truth Great Wizards were still on their way.

Even for Truth Great Wizards, crossing the vast territories under the Wizard Civilization's rule to reach the Will's location on short notice was a difficult task.

These hundred-plus Truth Great Wizards were in a heated and unending argument over the Will's metamorphosis.

They were debating a single topic: what had caused the Wizard Civilization Will to undergo such a metamorphosis.

But after arguing and debating for a long time, they came to no conclusion.

In the end, the Truth Great Wizards could only disperse, their disagreements unresolved.
