There was only silence that hung in the air while they waited from their hiding spot for the outer sect disciples of the Kunlun Sect to appear.

Though the longer that they waited, the more that Ye Qing Huan started to worry again.

After all, they weren’t certain that this was the right place.

If this wasn’t the right place and if the other side was waiting for them in a different place, it would only be a matter of time before the other side realized that they weren’t who they said they were.

The moment that she did, Lin Fan turned to look at her instead of looking in the same direction.

So Lin Fan took out the cloaks that they had gotten from the spies that they caught previously and prepared to go down to meet the outer sect disciples of the Kunlun Sect.

The Kunlun Sect group all knitted their brows when they heard this, but they didn’t say anything. It didn’t seem like any of them were doubting what Lin Fan said, but it did seem like they were weighing their options.

“I can think of a way, but I’ll need something from you as well.” Lin Fan said in a calm and cold voice that had no ripples in it.

The leader of the Kunlun Sect group couldn’t help knitting his brows when he heard this before saying, “This is for the sake of the plan which benefits both of us. You should be aware of what happens if this plan fails, so we all have to do our part.”

With a snort, Lin Fan said, “You can say that, but you know what the truth is.” Then in a more serious voice, he said, “If you want me to go along with your plan, you better play by my terms or else.”

The expressions of the Kunlun Sect group turned ugly when they heard this.

Though it looked like they wanted to reject what Lin Fan said, the truth of the matter was that they really couldn’t.

Even if they didn’t want to, they knew that they had no choice in the matter since this person in front of them knew more about this place and the Ye Family than them. If they really wanted this plan to work, they had no choice but to work with them.

Even if they looked down on them for being a filthy spy.

“What do you want then?” The leader of the Kunlun Sect group asked with an unhappy look on his face.

“It’s very simple, I can get you things that will help you feed the embryo that you’ve hidden. All I need is a distraction from you to keep the Ye Family busy so that they won’t notice what I’m doing.” Lin Fan repeated what Ye Qing Huan told him even though he didn’t know what her plan was.

“What kind of distraction?” The leader of the Kunlun Sect group asked in a heavy voice.
