Chapter 1480: Generals for the soldiers

After Xiao Mu finished taming the white tiger, it actually named it.

Though the name that Xiao Mu gave...was certainly a mouthful.

Lin Fan and Ye Qing Huan didn’t stop Xiao Mu since it seemed like the white tiger actually enjoyed this name. It seemed like this name was exactly to the taste of the white tiger with how it looked after Xiao Mu named it.

Though for Lin Fan and Ye Qing Huan, this name was a bit of a mouthful.

So they just shortened it to ’General’ in the end.

Once Xiao Mu finished taming it, all three of them waited to see if there would be a reaction from this place. They were waiting for the same voice as before to say something.

However, that voice didn’t appear.

It seemed like just taming a single spirit beast wasn’t enough to pass whatever the test was in this place. Even if it was a spirit beast of the white tiger’s level, it seemed like this alone wasn’t enough.

After all, they would be among the first to follow this new master of theirs.

With his abilities, it was easy for Lin Fan to send out Clear Water around him and trap all of the spirit beasts that were there. They tried to break out of the water bubbles that he formed around them, but there wasn’t anything that they could do to break out.

Though that was part of the reason that Lin Fan put them into the water bubbles together. With his abilities, it would have been easy for him to separate the spirit beasts into different bubbles.

By showing the spirit beasts the difference in power between them, he was able to easily invoke fear and raise the affection needed to tame them. Of course, letting them combine their power together increased the affection even faster.

In no time at all, Lin Fan was able to tame his first batch of spirit beasts.

Since this was taming done with the Love Gauge Taming, there was no worry that they would rebel against him.

At the same time, he obtained quite a bit of information about the spirit beasts. It gave him even more information than his Appraisal Eyes gave him.

Once he finished with this batch, Lin Fan had no hesitation as he sent all of these spirit beasts into the Minor World.

Right now, there was no need for him to keep these spirit beasts out which was why it was better for him to send them into the Minor World. Once they were in there, they would be able to start forming groups inside of the Minor World.

There were all kinds of spirit beasts that were gathered inside of the Minor World, but the problem was that they weren’t actually tamed by Lin Fan. After all, there were just too many spirit beasts in the Minor World to begin with.

Which was why Lin Fan was now using the spirit beasts that he tamed to take control of those spirit beasts. With all these different kinds of spirit beasts, it would be easy for them to form tribes with the spirit beasts that were there.

In short, he had obtained a bunch of generals to take control of his soldiers.

After sending these spirit beasts in, Lin Fan summoned out a few from his Pet Storage Space.

These were the ones that had been with him since the beginning and the ones that he was relying on now.

"Go and find them." Lin Fan said before letting these pets of his roam around.

He wasn’t actually worried that they would be in trouble since they were trained by him. They were spirit beasts that were on a completely different level from other spirit beasts.

Even if they encountered spirit beasts at the same level, they would be able to easily overpower them without any trouble at all.

What he was doing was sending them out to drive out the spirit beasts that were hiding in this forest.

Spirit beasts had ways of finding other spirit beasts, so it was best to let spirit beasts handle this.

But the main thing was that this was a chance for him to let them out for some fun.

Though they didn’t say it directly, the pets were a bit unhappy about being cooped up all the time. This forest was the perfect chance for him to let these pets out since it didn’t matter if they appeared in this place.

It didn’t take long for the next batch of spirit beasts to be driven out by the pets and Lin Fan did the same thing as before where he used his Clear Water to trap them.

With them trapped, there was nothing that they could do except be tamed by him.

Just like this, they continued moving through the forest taming more and more of these spirit beasts.

But during this time, Hayase came back from the separate mission that he had been assigned.

"There’s ten bosses in this forest."

The other reason that Lin Fan had summoned out the pets was just for this.

Hayase had the ability to communicate with spirit beasts, so it was easy for him to go around and get some information from the spirit beasts that lived in this place.

It was much easier than wandering around blindly, but that only applied for the strongest spirit beasts that lived in this place. Lin Fan didn’t just want the rank and file spirit beasts that lived in this place, he also wanted the strongest ones as well.
