Chapter 1232: Stunning display

“Why are you smiling like that?”

Lin Fan didn’t say anything even though Haku was looking at him with narrowed eyes.

Today was the ceremony that they were holding to recognize those that had contributed in the Laver Empire’s crusade against the Kalos Empire. That meant that this was a place where everyone of any importance in the Laver Empire was gathered.

Though there were also some that were still taking care of a few things in the Kalos Empire.

After the fierce infighting, there were only remnants of the Kalos Empire left.

Even though the Laver Empire wasn’t able to secure everything that the Kalos Empire had, they were able to secure at least 80% of what the Kalos Empire had. That was in terms of territory and treasures that the nobles possessed.

But of course, that was only when it came to nobles that had gone against the Laver Empire.

Those that didn’t try to fight the Laver Empire and surrendered had the rights to become nobles of the Laver Empire.

After a few more sonic booms, there were a few things that appeared in sight.

When everyone looked at them, they saw that these were humanoid figures that seemed to be flying through the air. Seeing them made everyone knit their brows as well since anyone that could fly through the air like this was either an expert or rich enough to afford magic tools.

Anyone that could do this definitely wasn’t simple.

But they didn’t seem worried since Haku and the rest of her subordinates were here.

These were the strongest experts of the Laver Empire that were sitting over this ceremony, so it wasn’t as if they would let these people do anything.

They seemed more interested in what these things flying through the sky were rather than being afraid that they were in danger.

Once they were standing on stage, that was when those humanoid figures flying through the air suddenly started coming down. With the way that they dived, it seemed that their target was the stage.

These humanoid figures spun a few times while they were diving down while also releasing smoke. It wasn’t smoke that was to be used as cover, but rather it was smoke that was coloured that seemed to be used as some kind of decoration.

As they spun, the smoke was spread out in different ways to create different shapes.

When they landed, there was this display of flowers that was created by the smoke.

However, no one really seemed interested in the smoke display.

Everyone seemed interested in the humanoid figures that landed on stage.

After the smoke from their landing cleared, everyone could see that these things were humanoids that seemed to be made of iron.

While everyone was still trying to figure out what these things were, these iron humanoids suddenly stepped forward towards Lin Fan and Rokuko.

When everyone thought that these iron humanoids would do something to the two of them, these iron humanoids suddenly bowed down in front of them to everyone’s surprise.

Seeing this, they just couldn’t believe what they were seeing.
