Pov Hinata:

Hinata couldn’t understand. Master seemed to be suffering something, but I didn’t understand. The same thing was happening to my brothers. Nix sometimes laughed and other times cried. Layla laughed strangely while repeating, “Cake, cake, more cake.”

Even Ragnar, Orion, and Sakura were lost in their thoughts. I didn’t understand what was happening, but I had to take control of Master’s body twice so he wouldn’t be hurt. It seemed like this beautiful girl was doing something to them.

Hinata just watched. She had to be alert to help control her body again in case Master lost control again, which fortunately didn’t happen.

My concern changed as I watched Master pushing himself further and further beyond his limits. His body was at its limit, his Soul was also heavy, and strange emotions of sadness, loneliness, anger, and hatred were floating around. I tried to help but couldn’t. I’m not good with emotions, but fortunately, Master is good with emotions and took care of everything.

Hinata doesn’t like seeing Master suffer, but Mrs. Selene told Hinata that suffering is part of growing up. Hinata doesn’t understand that. I’m always happy. I like eating enemies, I like eating sour Souls, I like hugging Master’s Soul, I like bathing in Master’s Aura, I like being close to my brothers, I like how they play with me, I like the way Master looks at me with his bright eyes.

Hinata is always happy, always cheerful, and that’s why I sleep so comfortably, but when Master is sad, it hurts me. Hinata doesn’t like it when Master gets hurt badly.

Looking into the master’s eyes, Hinata’s gaze met the gentle woman’s, and Hinata walked over to her.

“Aren’t you going to help the master?” (Me)

“No, my help comes at a price. My influence, even though greatly diminished, can still cause disasters, since she was born indirectly from my power.” (Paradox)

“But she wasn’t born…” (Me)

“In a way, yes… she was born incomplete, very incomplete…” (Paradox)

The gentle woman paused sadly as she spoke. She is very kind. Hinata has seen her help the master many times, but she always seems hesitant and afraid. Hinata feels sorry for her.

“…” (Me)

Suddenly, Hinata senses something. Hinata’s eyes look into the master’s eyes. Hinata sees the master’s weapons devouring the kind woman. The girl’s energy enters the weapons and then flows into the master’s body.

Hinata is curious and approaches. I see the energy, which looks delicious, but when I feel it more closely, it doesn’t seem right. Too much mixture, it seems wrong, it seems strange. They ruined beautiful food. Freya said this is a horrible sin.

“It seems the destruction you caused was great. I didn’t expect a mistake to go so far…” (Paradox)

Hinata wants to comfort the kind girl, but as I’m opening my arms, I realize I have too many arms and tentacles. Nix always says I can’t overdo it, so I leave only two long arms so I can hug her better.

“Don’t try to touch me, young lady. That would be bad for your master for now.” (Paradox)

“But Sakura said she needs to hug to comfort…” (me)

“I thank you, but I’m fine, and I’m happy for your good intentions. Of all the boy’s Divine Beasts, children, Heroes, Saints, Wives, and Heralds, you’ve always been the one I love the most.” (Paradox)

“Capable of so much horror and yet so pure, such a perfect and harmonious contradiction~.” (Paradox)

“Thank you…?” (me)

“Hahaha~…” (Paradox)

“What a cute child, keep it up forever, my beautiful Lady of the Abyss…” (Paradox)

Suddenly I feel it again and look at that energy, a true tragedy, something so beautiful and Hinata can’t eat it, so bad.

I soon see the master getting agitated. It seems the more the master devours the beautiful woman, the more the master becomes agitated.

Hinata wanted to interfere, but couldn’t. Master was trying hard, so Hinata helped as best she could without getting in the way. Even so, Master’s Soul was trembling, and Master’s body felt unwell with all the energy.

It was when Master fell asleep on the Twins’ plates that Hinata felt something else. The energy now swirled and swirled, becoming more beautiful. But Hinata was hearing things. Hinata’s curiosity was getting the better of her, so I called the kind girl to accompany me. That’s when I saw her talking to Master.

“Want to walk with Hinata?” (Me)

“Where do you want to ‘walk,’ child?” (Paradox)

“Huh…?” (Me)

“This way…?” (Me)

“(I point to the path, can’t she see?)” (Me)

“Interesting~… then you can go ahead, dear~.” (Paradox)

Hinata nodded and walked forward. The green path was all broken, but Hinata could still see where to go. Hinata saw many handprints as well as handprints sunk in some places. It was interesting.

Hinata walked, looking at everything, and every now and then she found a hand-shaped candy falling from the spinning circle above. These sweets were delicious to eat, making me happy.

Walking, I found doors; they were all so beautiful. Hinata chose one that smelled of the elements—it was Layla’s scent. When I passed through the door with the kind woman right behind me, I saw so many colors—it was an entire forest full of cakes.

The trees were cakes, the fruits were cakes, the river was frosting—everything was so colorful and beautiful. Layla was flying restlessly, sinking into the river of sweet frosting, and others were hugging the trees—cakes that she bit into while crying.

“This is a new level of food fanaticism.” (Paradox)

“Layla likes sweets, especially cake. She loves cake.” (Me)

After Hinata realized there was nothing interesting left besides more sweets, Hinata left, smelling blood that led to another door across the way. The one Hinata found there was Orion lying with his head in the lap of a fake master. I don’t like fake masters, so as soon as I realized there was nothing interesting left, Hinata left.

The further Hiana walked, the more she discovered, and I even discovered a door that smelled like Nix. But her Aura was slightly sad, and her Aura seemed to resist Hinata a bit. It seems Nix wants to be alone, so I started walking again, giving Nix some space for now.

Hinata soon smelled her master’s scent. Hinata ran happily, leaving the other doors aside, jumping over the holes along the way and avoiding falling. Even so, I arrived and entered.

“Interesting… he really is thinking about her.” (Paradox)

“Isn’t that Master…?” (Me)

Hinata was confused. Master was so close, and yet he didn’t seem like Master at the same time. Something was wrong. Hinata’s head tilted to the side, uncomprehending.

“This is just a part of him. He can’t even see us… maybe a memory…?” (Paradox)

Master was different. He didn’t look like the Master Hinata knows. He was different and younger. He was looking out a window. There were many small beds in the room. He was silent, staring out the window with unfocused eyes, then suddenly he started talking.

“Why…?” (Master?)

“Master… why can’t Hinata hug?” (Me)

Hinata was trying to hug him, but I pass through him every time. I can’t hug him.

“This is mostly a memory. You can’t reach the past, forget it.” (Paradox)

“…” (me)

Hinata leaves, upset that she can’t hug her teacher, but as she leaves, she suddenly feels it. I was at the top, a ladder forming. It was very broken and had missing steps, but Hinata could still climb it.

After a little effort, Hinata reached the center of the spinning circle. It was very beautiful. There was a beautiful dragon biting its tail, spinning in the opposite direction to the green circle. There were seven lights inside the circle; it was beautiful to see.

Hinata only looked briefly before heading to the center where the Eclipse was, which was actually a hole. I entered, and everything was dark; it was boring.

“That way…” (me)

Hinata walked, looking around, but always following a straight line. There were screams in the distance, whispers nearby, figures in the darkness, and an unstable presence that tickled Hinata’s mind.

This continued for a few minutes until she reached where Hinata sensed something. Then a woman in tattered clothes and disheveled hair was smiling while covered in blood, her eyes bulging, her hands clutching her large belly so tightly that her fingers dug into it.

“Son… hahaha… my… my… hahahahaha… my… son… hahahaahahahahahaha…” (???)

Her blood drained, her Soul burned, and her Existential Spark extinguished. She left so quickly that I didn’t know what to do other than get closer, looking at her large belly. There was nothing inside, she was empty, there was no body, no Soul, and there was nothing.

Soon, nothing remained, not even anything of what this woman once was, but the presence remained, in fact, it grew stronger. This presence was composed only of Will, a Will that remained in the body while it rotted and bodies piled up around it.

Hinata saw that when only the woman’s bones remained, there were already three mountains of bones around her. Will broke free from the bones, which crumbled to dust, and grabbed what appeared to be an illusion of a child fetus, a fake. Even so, a blurred form of Will held her tightly, hugging her with its hand near the area where her stomach should have been.

Her increasingly strong and objective presence saw what was missing and wanted to collect it all. Her hands grasped the bones, the energy of death, and even the surrounding space, distorting it all as she delivered it to the fetus. This continued as the mountains of bodies rose higher. At this point, Will used the remains of her Soul to form a spectral body around herself and the illusory fetus.

This only increased the Will to give to the Fetus. More hands appeared, initially torn off and, over time, becoming natural, their mere presence now corrupting the surroundings as their hands automatically extend throughout all creation, taking possession of everything for the illusory fetus without ever truly creating life.

“I will give this as a gift to the master…” (me)

With this thought, I step forward and embrace the crystal containing the illusory fetus. There was no Existential Spark, no Soul, no mind, no body, yet there was a Will, as well as the Master’s Chaos power, so I want to give it as a gift to cheer him up.

I grab it and carry it away. Several hands come out of the darkness trying to grab me, but they can’t touch my body without being bitten by many of my mouths.
