Chapter 580: Chapter 366: Aid Plan II (Part 2)

The Flying Dragon gave a weak cry, its gentle gaze fixed on Han Ning’s group.

This was a Brass Flying Dragon with D+ Talent, a Sub-dragon Species. A deep gash had been cut into its abdomen by some unknown sharp object. A thick Gray Mist swirled over the wound’s surface, frantically preventing it from healing.

Normally, the Dragon Race possessed formidable physiques. They didn’t need treatment for minor injuries, or even slightly more serious ones, as they could rely on their own self-healing abilities to recover.

But now, with this strange mist getting in the way, even the powerful Flying Dragon had become incredibly weak.

This was all due to the Curse Secret Technique of the Alatak Clan!

’The Alatak Clan again. Have they also gotten involved in the war between the two races?’ Han Ning’s heart sank.

"Let me! I have Big Brother’s potion!"

Before Han Ning could speak, Gang Lifen rushed forward. As if trying to claim credit, he pulled an Intermediate Beast Type Healing Potion from his bag.

Mimicking how he had poured the potion for the Holy Steel Mammoth that day, he walked over to the Brass Flying Dragon’s wounded abdomen. He stroked the dragon’s body with one hand and poured the potion’s liquid into the wound with the other.

The moment the liquid touched the churning Gray Mist, it was like a burning flame meeting a stream of water, and it immediately let out a series of soft sizzling sounds.

Under Gang Sasi’s watchful eyes, the Gray Mist rapidly dissolved, and the Brass Flying Dragon’s wound began to heal at a speed visible to the naked eye.

"It really works." Gang Sasi took a deep breath, a faint hint of joy appearing on his face.

"Of course. You should consider who made this potion," Bobo Man said with a cold, proud smile.

"Distinguished guests, please come further inside. There are more severely injured Soul Beasts in there."

Unconsciously, Gang Sasi’s way of addressing them had changed from using their names directly to now calling them "distinguished guests."

"Alright."

Han Ning nodded and continued to follow Gang Sasi deeper inside.

The cave was filled with a large number of injured Soul Beasts: Flying Dragons, War Lizards, Steel Elephants, and Steel Snakes whose bodies looked as if they were cast from metal. Various Steel Elephant People were tending to them, using all sorts of methods to treat the injured creatures. Some were physically bandaging wounds, while others summoned healing-type Soul Beasts to cast healing Soul Techniques.

Passing by bodies that were like small mountains, they arrived at the deepest part of the cave, which was also the most heavily guarded area.

Here, three Soul Beasts that weren’t particularly large were curled up.

Although the three Soul Beasts were not large, judging by the formless pressure emanating from them, Han Ning estimated their Power was no less than Monarch Level.

In front of the three Soul Beasts stood three women of varying heights with fiery figures, as well as a handsome man.

"Lord Priest." A female Steel Elephant Beastmaster saw Gang Sasi approach and gave him a slight nod.

Hearing the sound, the other two also turned their heads.

Their gazes met. The moment Han Ning saw the other two people’s faces, a look of surprise flashed across his own, and he blurted out, "Ruiyue?"

"Han Ning? What are you doing here?!"

At first, Ruiyue didn’t recognize Han Ning. It wasn’t until he greeted her that she stared at his unfamiliar face in confusion for a second. She only realized who he was after confirming his Spiritual Fluctuation.

After all, this place was at least a hundred thousand kilometers from the Deep Sea. The human Beast Master she remembered couldn’t possibly have shown up here, especially not with Priest Gang Sasi of the Steel Elephant Race.

"Ah, it’s a long story. Let’s talk later."

Han Ning gave Ruiyue a gentle smile and didn’t say much more.

Meanwhile, the handsome man next to Ruiyue was glaring fiercely at Han Ning with a furious gaze.

"Oh? If it isn’t little brother Taman. Long time no see." Han Ning nonchalantly stuck his right hand into his pocket to hide the glow emanating from a certain ring.

"You know each other?"

Young Steel Ka’er stared wide-eyed, finding it hard to believe that Han Ning also had a connection with the eldest daughter of the Taman Family.

"We’ve met a few times," Ruiyue snorted coldly.

"You can reminisce later. Lady Ruiyue, did you find anything this time?" Gang Sasi cut off their conversation.

Ruiyue shook her head and sighed. "This is a new High Level Curse developed by the Alatak Clan. There have never been any prior cases of infection. I’m powerless to help."

’A new Curse... no wonder.’

Han Ning stood to the side, remaining silent.

’At first, I was puzzled. If the Steel Elephant Race had no way to deal with the Alatak Clan’s Curses, wouldn’t they have been completely steamrolled by the Flame Boars by now?’

’So it’s a new Curse for which they temporarily have no solution. That makes sense.’

’Finding a solution takes time.’

"So there’s no way... Distinguished Guest Han Ning, I must trouble you to give it a try," Gang Sasi sighed, his tone now extremely respectful as he spoke to Han Ning.

"Leave it to me."

Han Ning walked straight to one of the Soul Beasts behind them.

Its magnificent, five-colored scales were dim, and a faint Gray Mist swirled around its small, exquisite horns.

It was an extremely weak Five-Colored Gem Dragon.

Unlike the Brass Flying Dragon from before, this Five-Colored Gem Dragon had no particularly obvious injuries. It just looked extremely weak—so weak it couldn’t even open its eyes.

Seeing someone approach, it let out a low whimper and rested its large head weakly on the ground, silently watching Han Ning draw near.

"Trust me, you won’t be in pain anymore."

Han Ning reached out and gently stroked the Five-Colored Gem Dragon’s cheek, soothing it with a soft voice.

He had a good impression of Gem Dragons because he had received the blessing of a True Dragon.

"Mrowr~"

The Gem Dragon sensed the faint aura of a Giant Dragon on Han Ning and let out a soft, trusting cry.

Without any more pointless chatter, Han Ning took out an Advanced Beast Healing Potion from his coat, uncapped it, held it to the Five-Colored Gem Dragon’s mouth, and helped it drink the potion.

The thick, scarlet liquid flowed into the Five-Colored Gem Dragon’s mouth, quickly went down its throat, and transformed into a potent Life aura that spread outwards.

One second, two seconds, three seconds...

Even after the Life aura disappeared, the Five-Colored Gem Dragon remained weak, lying on the ground and looking at Han Ning with pleading eyes.

"It didn’t work..." Han Ning frowned.

"How is that possible?!!" Bobo Man’s reaction was even stronger than Han Ning’s. This was the ace product of their Bobo Family, effective one hundred percent of the time, yet it had just been defeated by a Curse left by the Alatak Clan.

He found it hard to accept for a moment and quickly floated over to the Gem Dragon to begin a careful inspection.

Bobo Man observed for a while, then took out a potion with an even more potent Life fluctuation from his storage Soul Artifact and poured it into the Gem Dragon’s mouth.

WHOOSH~

The Life aura rippled out like a tide.

Even the Steel Elephants and Holy Crystal People watching from the side couldn’t help but show looks of astonishment.

This fluctuation had completely reached the Emperor Level.

However... even though the fluctuation was extremely intense, this surging Life aura was still unable to dispel the Gem Dragon’s weakness.

"It really doesn’t work..." Bobo Man’s expression sobered as he fell into thought.

He extended a tentacle and touched the Gray Mist emanating from the Gem Dragon, a faint blue light flickering in his eyes.

A moment later, Bobo Man retracted his tentacle, his face full of helplessness. "The Healing Potions are useless. This is a Curse based on genetic information. It requires a Master Alchemist from my clan to specifically develop a corresponding antidote."

"Let me try."

Just then, the silent Han Ning suddenly reached out his hand.

In the palm of his hand, a Little Fatty Silkworm forged from Blood Jade blurred into an afterimage and burrowed into the Gem Dragon’s body.

SHING SHING SHING!

A dense network of blood-red veins enveloped it.

"Mrawrgh~"

In just a single second, the Five-Colored Gem Dragon cried out in pain as a thick Gray Mist suddenly surged from its body.

The Gray Mist condensed above them without dispersing, gathering into the shadow of a ferocious worm. It let out a silent roar at the crowd below before being scattered by the wind from Gang Sasi’s furious punch.

"MROWR!!"

Freed from the Entanglement of the Gray Mist, the magnificent scales on the Five-Colored Gem Dragon immediately began to radiate a brilliant light, and even its roar was now brimming with vitality.

The Steel Elephants and Holy Crystal People behind them watched this scene in astonishment. The fiery-figured female Steel Elephant Beastmaster in particular had an extremely excited expression on her face.

"That’s wonderful! Jenna, you’re finally healthy again!"

No longer able to suppress her emotions, she ran forward and threw her arms around the Five-Colored Gem Dragon in a tight embrace.
