What Do You Mean There Are Other Transmigrators In My Harem Fantasy?

Chapter 780: She Sees An Opportunity

You know… I was kind of expecting the fact that I’ve proven that I was stronger to change their attitude towards me… Since you know… I thought they respect the strong and stuff.

But instead of the change I thought I would see, they still looked at me with clear disdain on their faces but at least they weren’t cursing me anymore.

Instead, they simply stalked off while still glaring at me.

“What’s their problem?” I asked no one in particular.

Odeta scoffed, “Ha! They’re definitely just stupid heads who can’t take a loss! They aren’t happy that Sister Aster is stronger than they are!”

I don’t know if that was the case but it’s not like I have another hypothesis for why they were acting this way.

Class was almost over so I guess we should prepare to go home soo–

“Sister Aster! I wanna spar with you too!” Odeta laughed, smashing her fist together.

Well… I don’t mind, I guess?

I was just about to nod at her when Instructor Henry suddenly appeared beside us with a stern look on his face.

“No. The two of you aren’t allowed to spar here. If you wish to fight, do it elsewhere.”

Odeta pouted, “Why not?!”

He gave her a pointed look, “The both of you will just destroy half of the school field if you fight seriously.”

Umm… I don’t think… Actually, ok… I can see that happening…

Odeta looked like she was about to argue with him so I placed a hand on her arm to stop her, “It’s ok, Odeta. We can spar when we get back, alright? We’ll find a good place to have a spar.”

Her face brightened up immediately, “Really? Yay!!”

I’m actually surprised that Odeta wanted to spar with me because last I remembered, she was completely against it since she might hurt me.

I honestly don’t really mind sparring with her in the first place so I guess some things changed while I was away?

Well I guess I should just prepare for a spar with Odeta when we get home then.

At least I don’t need to deal with those boys who are still shooting me angry looks even now.

I told Katsuki about Odeta’s wish to spar with me and I was guided to one of the mansion’s training rooms for that.

She stood by the door and I looked around the training room that the maids would use for their own combat training.

It was a featureless room that was big enough to fit at least a few hundred people inside it. I was also told that the room was enchanted by Mother so we did not need to worry about damaging it.

Odeta was obviously elated to hear that and she was even hopping around in anticipation.

That made me ask the question that had been on my mind.

“Odeta? Why did you suddenly want to spar with me?”

She gasped, “Oh! I didn’t mean to fight with you, Sister Aster! I meant your Shadow Summons! I heard that your Shadow Summons are pretty much the same as you right now, right? Then I can test my strength against them without hurting you!”

Oh… So that’s what she meant… I guess one of the girls must have told her that.

So she didn’t really mean that she wanted to fight me directly but instead, she wanted me to summon my Shadow Guards to spar with her.

Well, I can do that too, though I wonder if she knew that I could possess my Shadow Guards so that I was in control of them as well?

Maybe I should just keep that from her since that might make her change her mind about the spar.

“Hmm… How many do you want to fight against?” I asked.

“Could Sister Aster summon three of them? I wanna fight three at the same time!”

I tilted my head, “Do you want them to also use magic as well or should they only use physical skills?”

“Please make them fight me seriously, Sister Aster!”

I paused, “Umm… Seriously? So…”

“Let them treat me like an enemy, Sister Aster!” Sёarᴄh the nôvel_Fire.ηet website on Google to access chapters of novels early and in the highest quality.

I turned towards Katsuki and raised an eyebrow.

“The room is also enchanted to teleport a person out of the training area when they sustain a fatal blow, Mistress.”

Ah, in that case, that’s alright then.

“Eins, Zwei, Drei.”

The three of them immediately popped out from my shadow and bowed in greeting, “Master.”

Katsuki frowned when she heard that, “Mistress… Why…”

I knew what she was asking and shrugged, “I don’t know why they are calling me ‘Master’ either. When I asked, they said it was just because I am their ‘Master’.”

Katsuki did not look satisfied by that answer but said nothing more.

Odeta went up to them and looked at Eins up and down before circling around her to inspect her.

“Mmm… I don’t get it, Sister Aster… Lisa said that they look like you but I don’t see how she looks like you?”

I made a face at her, “Is it just because their colour scheme is reversed as compared to me?”

“It’s not just that! The feeling is different too, Sister Aster!”

“Well… They aren’t exactly me after all… They’re summons made in my image after all.”

“Hmm… They do feel strong at least so alright! Let’s spar, Sister Aster!!”

She leapt back to create distance between them before lowering herself into a combat stance.

I gave the three of them a mental command to fight her and they spread themselves out as well, their eyes set on Odeta.

While the possibility of directing them was there, I decided to let them fight on their own to see how well they could perform autonomously.

I took out a coin that would mark the start of the spar and flipped it into the air.

Both sides waited as the coin flew through the air before dropping back down to hit the ground with a loud ‘clink’.

Both sides moved at the same time, Odeta charging towards my Shadow Guards with her fist raised up while shouting a war cry.

I was expecting there to be a big clash and braced myself for the impact when Zwei and Drei shot a [Static Bolt] at Odeta before they got close.

Odeta was completely unprepared for it and the two paralysing bolts struck her at her sides, locking up her limbs while her momentum flung her forward.

That placed her right in the path of Eins who mercilessly conjured up a sword using her Umbramancy and stabbed it right through Odeta’s chest.

The moment the sword started piercing through her chest, Odeta immediately disappeared and reappeared beside Katsuki, the Amrap blinking in surprise.

Eins and the other two stopped and came over to me before bowing, acting like nothing had happened.

Wow… Ok… I was definitely not expecting that… Like I wouldn’t be surprised that my Shadow Guards won but I was expecting a drawn out battle where they actually had to work for the win.

Odeta leapt up to her feet with clenched fists, “Sister Aster! Let me try again!!”

I already knew she would not be satisfied with a result like that so I just nodded and got my three Shadow Guards to move back into position.

Odeta went back to hers as well and this time, the face she was showing was more serious than before.

I tossed the coin again and the moment the coin hit the ground, Odeta rushed forward.

Incidentally, Eins did not move but Zwei and Drei moved to intercept Odeta instead.

I thought Eins was acting as support for Drei and Zwei and that thought was reinforced when the two of them clashed against Odeta.

The Amrap punched her fist forward and that punch was met with Zwei and Drei who had punched forward as well, their fists causing a small shockwave that blew the three of them skidding away.

That was when Eins showed her real purpose as she fired a [Laser] that pierced through Odeta’s head.

The Amrap was immediately teleported outside again, unable to do anything at all.

“Sister Aster! Again!!”

Umm… Ok…

They got to their positions once more and I flipped the coin again.

When the coin hit the ground, I totally did not expect Eins to pick Zwei up and toss her towards Odeta.

Odeta was also clearly surprised because she skidded to a stop when she saw the Shadow Guard flying towards her.

She tried to leap towards the side but Zwei summoned a polearm as she flew towards her, swinging it towards Odeta and managing to cleave the bladed part through her neck.

Odeta ended up getting teleported outside for the third time without even being able to land a single blow.

She looked completely stunned by the results and I felt a little bad for her.

Just as I was thinking about how I should console her, Odeta leapt back on her feet and let out a loud laugh that echoed around the room.

“Wahahaha!! Sister Aster! This is the best!! Please let me train with them from now on!! I can get even stronger now!!!”

I should have known she would see this as an opportunity instead…
