“Lady Aster… Haaaahhhnnn~ I take back everything I said… Please make love to me like this again~” Tsara moaned while rubbing her face against mine.
On the other side, Ira was also doing the same thing, “Mmmm~ I feel stupid for holding back as well, Aster~ Let me in on those night sessions of yours from now on~”
I shuddered, still trying to come to terms with what I’ve done with them.
At least I still had the sense to stop myself from kissing any of them so that’s a good thing.
But still… There’s one thing I’m concerned about though… It’s whether I angered goddess Nilali by forcing myself on them…
I might have to go and look for her to see if I have to repent or something…

Those were the thoughts running through my head while we were headed back to the spectator box.
The moment I stepped inside the box, my girls immediately ran up to me, joining Ira and Tsara in cuddling me.

Emilia perked up, “There is one inside the village, Boss! Do you want to go there right now?”
I nodded, “There’s something I wish to check… I mean… I did kind of force myself onto them, didn’t I? I want to see if goddess Nilali is mad at me for that… If she is… I might need to atone for it…”
“No!” Tsara cried out almost immediately which made me jump a little.
She seemed to be a little embarrassed at how quickly she reacted to me but recovered just as quickly.
“I mean… Surely Goddess Nilali could see that you did not force yourself onto us, Lady Aster! We wanted it as well! You definitely did not take us against our will! Especially since you were under the effects of an aphrodisiac that impeded your thoughts!”
I don’t know why she’s so panicked about that…
Hmm… Maybe she’s afraid that because of her, I fell out of favour with the gods and lost my status as their favourite or something.
I sighed, “It still does not excuse what I did though… Maybe I need to do something to repent for it…”

Before I could say anything else, another group of people entered the spectator box and I was immediately pulled out from the group cuddle with my girls to be deposited in Mother’s embrace.

I tilted my head at her, “What is wrong, Tsara? You can tell me, you know?”
She shook her head, “It’s… No… I suppose I should not hide this from you, Lady Aster… It’s not you that I’m worried about, it’s me…”
I blinked at her, completely not seeing any problems with her.
She gestured to herself, “Lady Nilm… Did you forget who I am?”
Oh, she’s even addressing me by my family name so this must be serious…
I thought about it for a moment, wondering if there was anything I might have missed.
She’s the priestess of Srii… And the head of a cult that is seeking to stop Ira’s cult from taking over the World and overthrowing the gods…

Err… I got nothing? What’s even wrong with any of this that it might be a problem for me to meet goddess Nilali with?
I just stared at her to show that I had no idea what she was talking about.
She gave me a serene smile, “As expected of Lady Nilm… You might have forgotten this… But as a priestess of Srii, I am not someone who is welcomed. After all… The Goddess I serve is also an outcast.”

I was so surprised that I spoke without thinking.
She nodded, “You’ve seen how her temples are treated, right? Most of them are hidden away or have fallen under disrepair and neglected. My Goddess is not welcomed and I am afraid… That if Goddess Nilali meets you or the other Gods know that you are associated with me… You might lose favour with them.”
I pointed at myself, “Tsara? I’m not sure if you remember but I’m… Oh gosh, I feel so weird saying this… But I’m a favourite of your goddess you know? Don’t you think that’s something that would be troubling to the other gods if they really hated her that much instead of just being a priestess?”
She shook her head, “That’s different, Lady Nilm. After all… You are special while I am not.”
What? Wait… I never knew she had such a low self esteem but… Really?
I would have never thought she had that problem with how she kept butting heads with Ira every single time… Though maybe that’s because she saw her as someone even lower than she is because of what she was planning to do.
Well… In that case…
I turned back to Mother, “I’ll seek an audience with the gods, Mommy.”
Mother giggled, “Ufufufu~ Of course, my little one~ Mary, take us there, won’t you?”
I heard a distressed cry come from behind me but I ignored it. Not that I had any other choice because Mother had stuffed my face into her chest once again and all I could see was the darkness that was in between her bosoms.
I heard Mary summoning her portal before Mother moved towards it, stepping through the portal to appear at where I assumed was the temple that I was looking for.
Mother released me to let me stand on my own feet and sure enough, I found myself standing inside a temple.
This temple seemed to be made not with just one particular god in mind because at the very end was a carving that showed several figures all standing in a group looking down towards the temple’s interior.
Incidentally, the place was empty without a single priest or priestess in sight. Though I guess everyone was most likely out at the arena to watch the competition.
I heard a tongue click behind me, “Tsk… As expected of these Gods to make something so unnecessarily flashy even when they don’t do anything.”
Ah, looks like everyone including Ira had stepped through the portal to follow me.
Tsara looked particularly nervous as she looked around the temple as though expecting herself to get attacked.
I smiled at her, “Don’t worry Tsara… You’re mine now. No one can hurt you without getting through me, not even another god.”
She blushed at that and looked away to hide her face.

I moved towards the carving and clasped my hands together, wondering if it was alright for me to call on goddess Nilali directly.
I decided against that so I went ahead to call Drebann instead.
I felt the familiar sensation of being transported away and I opened my eyes to see myself…
In a forest that was currently on fire?!
