Chloe obviously didn’t look happy and was actually glaring at me throughout the rest of dinner service whenever she had to leave the kitchen.
She must have also told her other sisters because now the second youngest sister, who has a head of messy brown hair and was the one in charge of the smoker, was also glaring in my direction as well.
While the youngest sister who had given me a slice of the brisket earlier wasn’t glaring at me like her sisters were, she was definitely paying more attention to me as she kept sneaking glances at our direction whenever she thought she could get away with it.
I have no doubt by the end of the day, their entire family would know about this…
It made the rest of the night a little awkward but either Odeta didn’t notice or, more likely, she was doing it on purpose, she kept me there with me seated on her lap while she cuddled me from behind and engaged in public displays of affection.
The rest of my girls didn’t seem to mind and even found it amusing so none of them protested against it.
Heck, both Lisa and Emilia seemed to be especially amused and while I can understand Lisa finding this funny, I was more surprised that Emilia was also in the same boat.
But because I didn’t exactly hate Odeta fawning on me… I didn’t try to stop her either so I’m partially at fault for this…
The good thing is that none of the Amrap sisters approached to talk to me anymore especially since we were already done with dinner so I didn’t need to worry about any confrontations after that.
We retired back to the room for the night where I did the usual thing with my girls and made love to them.
Ira and Tsara did the same thing where they just watched from the corner of the room where Ira just watched silently and Tsara masturbated to the sight of our love making.
I was admittedly a little distracted that night since I couldn’t stop thinking about the Amrap sisters that I supposedly, unintentionally cucked… Not that I really consider it cucking since Odeta was never theirs to begin with.
So even though my girls had collapsed from exhaustion, I still found myself unable to sleep when night fell.
Instead of just laying there on the bed and waiting for myself to fall asleep, I decided to go out and clear my head.
“Where are you going?” Ira asked from where she laid on the giant bed.
“Just a walk outside, I’ll be back in a bit.”
Tsara also propped herself up on a shoulder, “Would you like someone to accompany you, Lady Aster?”
“It’s alright, I’ll just be a while. There’s no need to worry.”
The two of them don’t look convinced but they knew better than to try and convince me otherwise so they let me leave without another word.
I wrapped myself up in a simple coat to cover the nightgown I was wearing underneath before slipping out of the room to move downstairs.
The lobby of the inn was quiet with only a single Amrap receptionist still present working the night shift at the counter. But even then, she was fast asleep and had her head slumped down on top of the counter.
I ignored her and walked out of the inn and into the open streets outside and breathed in the crisp, night air of the ’countryside’.
I looked up at the stars and wondered for a moment if they were the same stars I could see back in my old World.
I was just about to pick a random direction to start walking when I heard footsteps coming from the side.
When I turned to look, I found a group of seven Amraps walking towards me with three of them at the front looking especially pissed.
The one at the front was a dark skinned Amrap with short brown hair and flanking her sides was Chloe as well as the smoker Amrap that I had seen earlier today.
Both of them definitely look like they were preparing to go to war or something.
Trailing behind them was a shorter Amrap with curly blonde hair that looked like she was trying to stop them, only for her words to fall on deaf ears.
And then behind her were the rest of the group that seemed to just be following along out of obligation.
Even from here, I could hear the Amraps at the front shouting out curses.
“Don’t you stop me, Ashley! You know darned well how the girls were acting when that ’appened! If ’aye don’t stand up fer’ my girls, who would?!”
The blonde haired Amrap whom I assumed was named Ashley scowled at the shouting Amrap, “I told you to calm down! All of you! You don’t even know the full story!”
“’Aye know enuff’! Don’t stop me Ashley!!”
The blonde haired Amrap jumped in front of the group, using herself to block the path, “That’s it! I’ve had it with all of ya’! Listen to me and go home!! Before ya’ resort to ya’ fists, at least do a little talking first!! And it’s in the middle of da’ night! You’ll wake up the neighbours with yer’ yelling!”
The three Amraps at the front didn’t look too happy but that was when Chloe looked up ahead and spotted me.
She immediately raised a finger and pointed at me, “There!! There she is!! That thieving bitch!!”
Really? I was hoping that you would at least not blame that on me… Because come on… I already explained to you about the customs of this World to you, didn’t I? Why are you still blaming me for that?
I would say the fault kind of lies with you for not understanding this World’s customs and just used your assumed things on your own…
Oh well… Too late to think about it now because those three Amraps immediately resumed their advance and stormed their way towards me.
Ugggh…. Should I call for help here? I have seven Amraps marching towards me right now…
Wait… Seven? I think there were only five sisters, right? So… That means two of them are the parents?
But… Their whole family transmigrated here right? So it can’t be that the sisters were born after the parents transmigrated… So how?
My thoughts were interrupted by the three Amraps stopping in front of me and giving me a look of pure disdain, the short haired Amrap being a good head and a half taller than I was so I had to tilt my head up to look at her in the eyes.
She crossed her arms and glared at me, “So I heard that you are the cause of my daughters’ unhappiness?”
I tried my best to look confused as I tilted my head at her, “I don’t understand? I’m pretty sure this is the first time I’m meeting them, right?”
She scowled, “Don’t try and weasel your way out of this. My girls already told me that you stole their lover. Tell me the truth.”
I raised a finger, “So… First of all… I’m sorry to have to tell you this but they were never really her lover to begin with… She was mine…”
“Bullshit! You were never even here! I don’t even remember seeing you! How could you be her lover?!”
“Err… This might sound pretty weird but… She was basically my childhood friend and we got separated while we were young… But in that time we were together, she had already decided to promise her future to me, so… Yeah…”
“Then are you telling me that she had been using my girls this entire time?!”
I grimaced, “I’m not sure if you know this but… I already told this to Chloe earlier… This World’s standards for sex is different than our old World’s…”
“You think… Wait… What? Old world?”
I gestured at myself, “I’m an Off-Worlder too, just like you and… I presume your family? So… Yeah… I understand why they would have the wrong idea about this but just because Odeta had sex with them did not mean they were in a committed relationship… I’m sorry about that…”
I was hoping that would at least placate this angry Amrap in front of me if she knows I was also one of them but that seemed to have the opposite effect as she reached out and grabbed my collar to lift me up.
“You think that excuse would work on me?! Do you even know what my daughters went through?! And it’s all because of you!”
I wasn’t really intimidated as I sighed, “Look… I’m pretty sure that you chose not to find out about the culture of this World and imposed your own misunderstanding of it on others… You can’t blame me for that…”
“You bitch!! Do you want a beating that badly?!”
I pursed my lips, “Are you really sure you want to fight? I don’t want to hurt you… Because I will defend myself, you know?”
I watched as she pulled back her fist and said fist flew towards my face…
