The Hulking Zombie roared and swung its massive fist toward Isha, the air itself trembling under the force of his punch.

But before the punch could land, it stopped.

Isha had caught it easily, she stood there calmly, one hand raised, gripping its fist mid-air effortlessly.

A faint white aura shimmered around her body, flowing like soft light yet carrying an overwhelming presence. The impact was completely nullified, as if it meant nothing.

The Hulking paused for a fraction of a second, but before becoming angry again.

Its muscles bulged, veins tightening, and it let out another furious roar. Its other arm swung toward her with even more force.

“ROOOOOOOAAARRR!!!”

But again, Isha easily caught it with her other hand. Now both of its arms were held, and controlled, it felt powerless.

It was again going to roar, but before he could, Isha with a twist of her body, pulled his both arms forward and slammed the Hulking Zombie over her shoulder.

“BOOM!!”

The massive body hit the ground with enough force to shake the earth.

Before it could even react, Isha stepped forward and delivered a powerful kick to its side.

“THUD!!”

The force sent the giant body sliding across the ground, tearing through dirt and corpses alike.

Vikram even looking from forward, can’t imagine how a small body, easily toying with the giant.

And yet, Isha didn’t look strained, it looked so easy for her.

The Hulking groaned as it pushed itself up. Its body twitched, its head tilting, before it roared again, in loude and angrier tone.

“ROOOOOOOOAAAAARRRRR!!!”

Its eyes burned brighter, and its muscles expanded slightly. He activated the ability of Rage Amplification.

The ground cracked beneath its feet as it charged forward again, faster and stronger than before. It slammed both fists downward toward Isha.

“BOOOOOM!!!”

The ground exploded on impact, but it wasn’t able to touch Isha. She had already moved away to the side, and his attack had missed, and he started falling from his own weight.

Before the Hulking could control himself, Isha palm shot forward and landed on its chest.

“THUD!!”

It looked like a simple push, yet the force behind it was monstrous.

Already unbalanced Hulking staggered back, its massive body lifting slightly off the ground before crashing down again.

Still, it didn’t stop, since he didn’t feel pain, only anger.

It roared again, swinging wildly now, abandoning control for pure destruction. His each punch cracked the ground, sending debris flying.

But it wasn’t even able to touch a single hair of Isha, she moved through it all like flowing water.

She appeared near him, and before Hulking could react properly. She tightened her fist and struck him.

“BOOOOOOOM!!!”

The punch landed directly into the Hulking’s chest. A shockwave burst outward, and the air itself rippled from the impact. The massive body was launched backward.

“CRASH!!”

It smashed into the ground, rolling several times before finally stopping. A deep dent was now visible in its chest.

But even then, it didn’t stop and began to rise again, its body trembling. Its mouth opened in rage.

Isha watching it rise again, took a step forward, and didn’t give the Hulking Zombie even a moment to recover.

The instant it staggered up again, “THUD!”

Isha’s fist struck first, a direct hit to its jaw.

The massive head snapped sideways, its entire body losing balance. Before it could stabilize, she stepped in again.

Her hand lifted, and light began to gather there, compressing and condensing in her palm until a blade formed, pure white, sharp, and materialized from her will.

Vikram’s eyes widened. Without hesitation, she swung.

“SLASH!!”

The blade cut cleanly through the Hulking’s leg. For a brief moment, nothing happened, then the massive limb separated.

“BOOM!!”

The Hulking’s body tilted violently, losing balance as it stumbled to one side.

“ROOOOOOAAARRRR!!!”

It roared in fury, but before it could react, another flash followed.

“SLASH!!” The second leg was severed.

The enormous body collapsed completely, crashing to the ground with a deafening impact.

“BOOOOM!!!”

“Wow…” Vikram couldn’t help but say it out loud, his eyes still locked on the white blade in Isha’s hand.

She had created a weapon out of nothing. That was what shocked him the most.

“Aunt has super strength… and she can create anything, right?” he asked, his mind already racing.

Because the moment that thought appeared, it didn’t stop.

If she could create things, then couldn’t she create daily life items too?

His imagination exploded instantly.

Food, fresh meals appearing out of nowhere. Hot dishes, meat, fruits, even snacks. He didn’t need to hunt. No need to store food.

He even started thinking about comfortable things, like beds, soft mattresses, blankets, clothes, new clothes, better clothes, even luxury clothes.

Then modern things, a refrigerator, an air conditioner, fans, lights, even a television, a phone, a laptop, generators, batteries.

Everything, just created. No need to search and scavenge.

Even weapons, guns, ammo, armor, an endless supply. And then his thoughts went even further.

A house, a villa, a palace, a kingdom..

Everything will instantly be created. His eyes lit up slightly. If that was true, then this power was insane.

But his thoughts were shattered immediately.

“Captain is a dual awakener,” Sana said, breaking his imagination completely. “She has super strength, enhanced mobility, and the ability to materialize objects through willpower.”

Kavya added, “But those creations don’t last. They disappear after use. They’re not permanent.”

“And it puts a heavy strain on her,” Sana continued. “That’s why Captain is always looking for ways to increase her willpower.”

Vikram blinked.

“Oh…”

Just like that, his entire fantasy collapsed. There were no permanent items, no infinite resources, and no easy life, only temporary creations meant for battle, limited and taxing to use.

“…So it’s only useful in fights,” he muttered.

It was still powerful, but not what he had imagined, and not something he could exploit.

Meanwhile, the Hulking Zombie roared again. Even without legs, it tried to crawl forward, its massive arms digging into the ground as it dragged its body with pure rage.

“ROOOOOOOOAAAAARRRR!!!”

Isha stepped forward calmly, her blade still in hand, while listening to his roaring, “Keep quiet.”

She murmured, and slashed. One arm was severed. “SLASH!!” The second arm followed.

Now only the torso remained.

The once terrifying Apex Zombie had been reduced to nothing more than a writhing mass. Its roar weakened, becoming distorted as it slowly faded.

Isha didn’t hesitate. She reached down, grabbed its head firmly, and lifted it slightly. Then the blade moved, slow and deliberate.

“SHHHHK—”

It cut cleanly through the neck, slicing through bone and flesh alike.

The head separated. The body twitched once… twice… and then went completely still.

The Hulking Zombie was dead.

Seeing that the third wave had ended, Isha leapt back onto the wall and landed beside Vikram in a single smooth motion.

She glanced at the time.

8:20 PM.

A small nod followed.

“Kavya, boost everyone’s stamina again,” she ordered calmly. “The next wave will be more dangerous than this.”

“Yes, Captain,” Kavya replied immediately.

Arjun moved at once, gathering everyone into position. Within moments, Kavya began boosting their stamina again, her ability flowing across the team, restoring their energy and stabilizing their condition.

Isha watched silently, then turned toward Deepak.

“Now take out the advanced guns and ammunition. If we clear this wave efficiently, we’ll have the entire night to prepare for the last one.”

“Yes, Captain,” Deepak nodded, then gave orders to his team.

Soon, new weapons began appearing, heavier, sharper, and more refined. Advanced rifles, enhanced assault guns, and reinforced magazines were distributed, each clearly superior to what they had used before.

James stepped forward and selected a sniper rifle, a long, sleek weapon with a reinforced barrel and high-grade optics.

The Viper-X Longshot, his favorite. A weapon usually reserved for Sunday waves. But today, he brought it out on a Saturday.

That alone showed the seriousness of the situation.

Others also picked their weapons accordingly, choosing what suited their abilities best. Arjun moved rapidly across the wall, distributing weapons with his usual speed, ensuring every defender of Cameron Town was fully equipped.

Isha then turned her gaze toward Vikram.

Originally, she had planned something else. She wanted him to observe the first wave, then participate in the second, training him gradually.

But everything had changed. Too many elites. An Apex appearing early. This was no longer a controlled situation.

The next wave would be even worse. And she didn’t want him to get hurt.

“Vikram,” she said, her tone softer now, “do you want to go back home and rest?”

Vikram shook his head immediately. “No.” His eyes remained fixed on the battlefield. He wasn’t just watching the battle, he was learning, analyzing.

If something like this happened in the Wasteland near his shelter, how would he defend it? How would he survive? This was valuable.

“Okay…” Isha nodded, letting out a small sigh.

Part of her wanted to send him back, to keep him safe, but another part wanted him to see this, to understand. So that from tomorrow, she could train him properly.

First wave. Second wave. Step by step.

But for now, he can only watch.
