Hearing the System’s warning, Vikram quickly pulled his hand back.

He hesitated for a brief moment. Even though the golden blood continued to tug at him with a strange, magnetic pull, he understood the gravity of the situation.

The Plant System had never issued such a direct warning before. Touching the Origin Blood right now would almost certainly be extremely dangerous.

Finally, Vikram stepped back. Without further hesitation, he turned and headed toward the deepest section of the Treehouse.

The moment he entered the central chamber, he saw it.

The Treehouse Core.

A glowing emerald-green crystal floated silently at the center of countless ancient roots. The instant Vikram appeared, the Core reacted violently.

THUMP!

The entire Treehouse trembled.

Before Vikram could even take another step, the Core shot toward him, as if it had been waiting for countless years for his arrival. It plunged straight into his body.

BOOOOOOM—!

An overwhelming surge of energy exploded through Vikram’s entire being.

Before he could fully react, the gigantic underground Treehouse began collapsing. It dissolved into countless glowing green particles. The roots vanished.

The branches disintegrated. The massive structure rapidly broke down, as though it had finally fulfilled its purpose.

Outside, both Hunters and Vampires froze mid-battle.

The colossal underground Treehouse had completely disappeared.

In the center of the vanishing light and swirling particles stood Vikram.

The moment the gigantic underground Treehouse disappeared, the entire battlefield froze.

Hunters and Vampires alike turned their eyes toward Vikram. No one understood what had just happened. A colossal ancient structure had simply vanished, leaving Vikram standing at the center of where it once stood.

The Hunter side was stunned. Even Charles Xavier frowned deeply, his expression one of rare confusion. In all his years of experience, he had never seen anything like this.

The Vampire side, however, reacted with pure panic.

For the first time since the battle began, the faces of the Vampire Princes twisted in shock. They understood the Treehouse’s true importance far better than the Hunters. Without it, the hidden pond, and the Origin Blood within it, was now beyond their reach.

Prince Kael Veyrion’s expression distorted with fury.

"STOP HIM!"

His roar shook the entire underground world. In the next instant, multiple Vampire Princes and high-ranking nobles abandoned their fights and surged toward Vikram at terrifying speed. The battlefield itself seemed to explode beneath the force of their charge.

Seeing the Vampires suddenly shift all their focus onto Vikram, the Hunters immediately realized the situation had changed drastically. Whatever had just happened was clearly devastating for the enemy.

"Protect Vikram!" the Mist King shouted.

His endless gray mist erupted violently across the battlefield. Isha smashed through several advancing Vampire nobles with raw power. Carol unleashed wide-ranging illusion domains to disrupt the enemy. Team 11 regrouped instantly around Vikram.

At the same time, Vikram’s Plant Army moved with perfect coordination. Guardian Druids raised powerful defensive barriers.

Feiry unleashed massive inferno explosions. Stormy blanketed the area in raging lightning storms.

Phanty slipped through the shadows, silently assassinating any Vampire that tried to slip past the defenses.

But the Vampire side had gone completely berserk.

The disappearance of the Treehouse had struck at something vital. Even the Vampire Princes abandoned their previous opponents and charged directly toward Vikram.

Prince Lucien Mordrath shattered through multiple sand barriers summoned by Charles Xavier. Another Vampire Prince violently tore through the Mist King’s domain.

The pressure became overwhelming.

One Vampire Prince finally broke through the defenses and closed in on Vikram. His clawed hand shot forward, aiming to tear into him.

But before the strike could land, Luna appeared directly in front of Vikram.

Her golden hair whipped upward as if caught in a storm. Her golden eyes blazed with blinding intensity. Then, with every ounce of her power, she screamed:

"STAY AWAY FROM HIMMMMM—!!!"

BOOOOOOOOOOM—!!

A terrifying invisible shockwave erupted from Luna, exploding outward with devastating force. Nearly every Vampire in the vicinity was blasted backward.

Even several Hunters staggered from the sheer pressure. Cracks spiderwebbed across the walls as the entire underground world trembled violently.

The expressions of the surrounding Vampire Princes changed drastically.

At that exact moment, they felt something impossible, soul suppression. It was not mere physical pressure, but the overwhelming dominance of a higher Vampire existence bearing down on them.

Many lesser Vampires collapsed to their knees instinctively. Others trembled uncontrollably. Even the Vampire Princes felt their own bloodlines growing unstable and restless.

Prince Kael’s eyes widened in disbelief.

"...Royal suppression?"

His voice carried genuine shock. This level of bloodline dominance should have been impossible, especially against Princes.

Luna stood protectively in front of Vikram, a radiant golden aura continuously spreading from her body. At that moment, the Hunters finally realized something terrifying.

Luna was not simply an experimental subject.

While the battlefield was still reeling from Luna’s terrifying suppression, space itself suddenly distorted behind Vikram.

SHHHHH

A massive ancient gate slowly materialized in midair. Dark green energy flowed across its surface like living vines, and the surrounding atmosphere grew unstable.

The moment Vikram saw the gate, his expression changed. He immediately recognized the familiar feeling. This gate was connected to the Treehouse Core.

Without hesitation, Vikram activated his summoning authority. In the next instant, all his Plant summons vanished back into the summoning space.

Feiry. Phanty. Stormy. Frosty. Guardian Druids.

They all disappeared at once.

Both Hunters and Vampires stared at the mysterious gate in shock, unable to comprehend what was happening.

Vikram took one final look across the battlefield, at the Mist King, Isha, Carol, Team 11, Charles Xavier, and all the others. Then he shouted loudly, his voice echoing through the underground world:

"I’m leaving now! If fate allows it... we’ll meet again! And I know, fate will bring me back to all of you!"

Without another moment of hesitation, Vikram stepped directly into the mysterious gate.

In the chaos, he didn’t notice Luna silently following right behind him.

Before anyone could react, the gigantic gate began to close.

SHHHHH

It vanished completely, leaving only empty space behind.

The entire underground battlefield fell into sudden, heavy silence.

Everyone froze. Vikram... had vanished.

"VIKRAM!" Isha cried out, her expression filled with shock and desperation.

Carol immediately rushed toward the spot where the gate had been, but nothing remained, not even a trace of residual energy.

Even Charles Xavier looked genuinely stunned. In all his years of experience, he had never witnessed such a phenomenon.

The Vampire side was equally stunned.

Especially the Vampire Princes. Even now, they still felt the lingering fear from Luna’s overwhelming soul suppression.

Prince Kael slowly rose to his feet, his expression still shaken.

"...Who was she?" No one answered. None of them knew.

Despite their confusion, the Vampire Princes quickly realized the grim reality. The Treehouse was gone. The golden blood was once again inaccessible. Continuing the battle now would only lead to pointless losses.

Prince Lucien growled coldly:

"Retreat." Without hesitation, the Vampire forces began withdrawing immediately. One after another, their bodies dissolved into swarms of black bats.

Although the Hunters reacted quickly, the battlefield had already fallen into chaos.

"Stop them!" Leon Hart shouted, attempting to pursue several Princes.

But Charles Xavier suddenly held him back.

"Leave them." Everyone understood. The real objective had already vanished.

Within moments, the sky above the underground world filled with countless black bats. The entire Vampire force melted into the darkness and disappeared.

They left behind only a devastated battlefield, collapsed tunnels, and stunned Hunters.

Inside the now-silent underground cavern, Isha stared fixedly at the empty space where Vikram had disappeared. Her fists tightened slowly.

Despite everything that had happened, one question remained unanswered.

Where exactly... had Vikram gone?

Vikram slowly opened his eyes.

He found himself standing outside the ruined hospital, the cold night air brushing against his skin. The chaotic underground battlefield felt like a distant dream. He quickly turned his head and saw Luna standing right beside him, her golden eyes still glowing faintly.

His Plant Army had also materialized around him, Feiry, Phanty, Stormy, Frosty, Earthy, and the various Druids. With his exit from the Ruin, the independent summoning space had been erased, forcing all his summons into the real world.

Before he could speak, the abandoned hospital behind them began glowing with brilliant light. Ancient runes flickered across its crumbling walls. Then, with a soft chime, a large floating reward box materialized in front of Vikram.

He immediately recognized it as the completion reward for clearing the Ruin.

Without hesitation, Vikram reached out and opened the box.

Golden and purple light burst forth as multiple items floated out one by one, each accompanied by a clear system notification.
