Chapter 891: Chapter 890: Want to Do It on the Plane

Bella Acker was momentarily stunned by the words, her heart feeling a bit sweet, but she had to pretend to be indifferent on the surface, saying, "Go ahead and corrupt me. Every time I want to lose weight, you find any excuse to stop me. I won’t fall for your tricks."

Saying this, she twisted her neck and shoulders, feeling much more comfortable than before.

"You are more comfortable to hug with a little bit of weight." Damian sighed, lowering his voice and saying, "You’re too thin. Every time I wrap my arms around your waist to lift you, I’m afraid of breaking you."

This rascal, speaking of serious matters, has his mind wandering to such things again.

Bella’s face turned red, speechless, "President Sinclair, can your thoughts be a little more wholesome when you’re with me?"

"No," Damian said seriously, "I think about getting into bed with you anytime, anywhere."

He said it so earnestly, discussing getting into bed as if it were a shocking state affair. Bella’s eyes widened slightly, caught off guard and not knowing how to respond.

Indeed, having a thick skin is always advantageous.

Bella rolled her eyes at him, not wanting to engage further, and picked up the script sent by Director Ford to begin browsing through it.

Seeing her silent, Damian added, "The book says a man who wants to get into bed with you doesn’t necessarily like you, but a man who likes you definitely wants to get into bed with you—forever. I think this statement makes a lot of sense."

Bella’s ear tips turned beet red, fearing that the people seated nearby would hear Damian’s words. She used the script to shield her face, turning her head to glare at him fiercely, "Stop talking."

Seeing her blushing redder, Damian’s eyes shone with amusement, "I can stop speaking, but after reading the files, I’m tired. Let me rest against you for a while."

"If you want to sleep, reclining your chair is more comfortable than being on me," Bella continued glaring at him.

"But I just want to rest against you." Damian was fully prepared to start the earlier topic again if she disagreed.

Bella was speechless, "President Sinclair, you’re shameless."

Damian remained silent, just looking at her.

Their eyes met, and in the end, Bella surrendered, "I admit defeat, rest against me however you want." She complained verbally, but she leaned her body slightly towards Damian, indicating he could lean on her, and offered her not-so-wide shoulder for him to use.

Seeing her actions, despite her words, Damian’s eyes twinkled with amusement.

He closed his laptop, covered them both with the blanket originally draped over her, and took her hand, resting against her with closed eyes, softly asking, "Changed to a new perfume?"

Bella froze, "Is it unpleasant?"

"No, it smells nice." Damian leaned closer to her neck and inhaled twice.

Bella moved away, warning him softly, "We’re on a plane, don’t you dare."

Damian chuckled, whispering only loud enough for her to hear, "I quite fancy the idea of joining the mile-high club. It must be an exciting experience."

"You!" Bella’s face blushed so hard it seemed ready to drip blood.

Sometimes, she truly didn’t understand how Damian appeared so cold and distant usually, wearing suits that radiate a no-nonsense aura, yet when it comes to matters of intimacy, he’s wild and domineering, enjoying new experiences that contrast sharply with the composed persona he typically projects.
