Shrugging helplessly, Long Ao made no attempt to hide the truth. "The difference in our Realms is hard to make up for. If we were at the same Level, I wouldn't have run."

Shi Potian nodded. "Your growth is astounding, Long Ao. It looks like it won't be long before you can join forces with me."

Until now, Long Ao still had no idea who Shi Potian was. Before, he would never have asked, but things were different now. He said, "I don't know why you chose me, but you did. That means I need to know your identity. I don't need to know everything—I just need to know who you are."

Long Ao had made up his mind. If Shi Potian refused to reveal his identity, he would not continue their partnership, even if it meant offending him. 'How can I work with someone when I don't even know who they are?' he thought.

The Snake Emperor was extremely worried. He knew that a Holy Beast had been hunting the Sect Leader within the former Cloud Sect's territory. Seeing his Sect Leader return safely, the Snake Emperor finally breathed a sigh of relief.

Shaking his head, Long Ao said, "I'm fine. Elder She, I want to ask you something. Do you know of the Ten Thousand Beasts Sect?"

Upon hearing the words "Ten Thousand Beasts Sect," the Snake Emperor's expression changed instantly. He nodded and said, "I do. May I ask why you're suddenly inquiring about them, Sect Leader?"
