Chapter 3448: Clash Of Two Great Bodies!

Chapter 3448: Clash Of Two Great Bodies!

This time Cattaleya did not use a single strike. She unleashed a storm.

Her fists, elbows, knees, and even her shoulders became weapons. Every movement was wrapped in thorns of dark immortal essence, every step cracking the ground.

Lin Mu met her head on.

Fist met fist. Knee met elbow. Shoulder met shoulder.

Their bodies collided again and again, each impact exploding with thunderous sound.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

The stadium shook so violently that even the floating spectators in the sky had to stabilize themselves with techniques.

Below, the elders and formation masters were sweating.

"More power into the core arrays!" one of them shouted.

"Do not let it collapse!"

Immortal Qi poured into the formations like a raging river.

In the ring, Lin Mu ducked under a swinging fist and slammed his shoulder into Cattaleya’s abdomen. She grunted and flew backward, but twisted midair and kicked off the barrier, launching herself back at him.

Her boot struck his chest.

CRACK!

More cracks appeared on his skin, spreading like spiderwebs. But his recovery rate was far too fast.

Lin Mu grabbed her leg midair, spun once, and hurled her into the ground.

She crashed down, bouncing once, then twice, before skidding to a stop.

Before he could follow up, thorned chains of essence erupted from her armor and whipped toward him.

"Duskthorn Style: Binding Thorn Storm!"

The chains wrapped around his arms, legs, and torso, tightening instantly.

Lin Mu felt pressure like mountains pressing against him.

He inhaled deeply.

Golden light surged.

The symbols of his Burdenless Dominator Physique flared brighter.

CRACK CRACK CRACK

SHATTER

With a single flex of his body, the chains snapped apart like dry vines.

Cattaleya’s eyes widened slightly behind her helmet.

She had not expected that.

She raised both fists and slammed them together.

"Duskthorn Style: Calamity Hammer!"

A gigantic phantom hammer of black and crimson energy formed above her and fell toward Lin Mu.

Lin Mu did not dodge.

He stepped forward and punched upward.

"Mountain Collapsing Fist: Impact!"

BOOM!

Hammer and fist collided.

The explosion of power blasted outward in a sphere, flattening everything in its path. Several layers of arrays cracked at once, and formation masters cried out as they poured in more energy to make them recover immediately.

The hammer shattered into fragments of light.

Lin Mu was driven back a few steps.

Cattaleya was thrown backward as well, flipping twice before landing.

They stared at each other through the dust.

Both were smiling.

"Again!" Cattaleya shouted.

She raised her arms, and the thorns on her armor began to grow longer, sharper, more numerous.

At the same time, Lin Mu’s body glowed brighter. The symbols across his skin moved, shifting like living landscapes.

They charged again.

This time, neither held back.

Cattaleya’s fists became blurs of black and red.

Lin Mu’s punches became streaks of gold and brown.

They struck each other so fast that the audience could barely follow.

Only the shockwaves told the story of their movements.

The ring was no longer a ring.

It was a wasteland.

Craters overlapped craters. Stone had been ground into dust. Even the reinforced bedrock beneath had begun to fracture.

Lin Mu feinted left, then struck right, landing a punch on Cattaleya’s shoulder.

Her armor finally dented inward.

She countered by headbutting him with her helmet.

CRACK!

His forehead cracked slightly, light seeping out before instantly sealing.

He laughed.

She laughed too.

They looked less like enemies and more like two maniacs enjoying a deadly game.

Cattaleya suddenly leaped backward, creating distance.

She spread her arms wide.

The red lines across her armor blazed like fire.

"Let us end this part," she said. "I want to see how much you can really take."

Lin Mu nodded.

"Then I will not disappoint."

Cattaleya slammed her fists into her chest.

The armor pulsed violently.

"Duskthorn Style: War Bloom Cataclysm!"

From her armor, countless thorned tendrils of essence erupted, forming a massive flower of destruction around her. Each petal was sharp enough to cut space itself.

The flower closed, then exploded outward, launching every thorn toward Lin Mu as Cattaleya spun in a deadly dance.

It was like a rain of spears.

Lin Mu raised both arms and stepped forward into the storm.

"Tyrant Bull Marrow Secrets: Tyrant Slam!"

Golden light thickened around his body, forming an illusory bull that charged with him. This was the first time Lin Mu was using the third skill of the Tyrant Bull Marrow Secrets that came with him reaching the fifth stage of the technique.

Thorns struck him from every direction.

CRACK! CRACK! CRACK!

His skin shattered in dozens of places, blood trickling, only to seal again almost instantly.

He kept moving.

He pushed through the storm of thorns, each step shaking the ground.

Cattaleya’s eyes widened.

"Insane..." she whispered.

Lin Mu burst out of the storm and appeared before her in an instant.

He drew his fist back, golden light swirling violently.

"Your turn," he said calmly.

"Mountain Collapsing Fist: First Form, Impact!"

He punched with fifteen percent of his immortal essence!

Cattaleya crossed her arms and braced.

The impact was like the end of the world.

BOOOOOOM!

A column of light shot into the sky. The ground vanished beneath them, turning into a bottomless crater.

Several outer layers of the array shattered completely, forcing Patriarch Xiong Tian to roar and pour his own power into stabilizing the Great Heaven Covering Open Palm.

Cattaleya was blasted backward, flying like a comet, crashing into the barrier.

The barrier cracked deeply.

She slid down slowly, smoke rising from her armor.

For a moment, the stadium was silent.

Then she laughed.

A deep, wild, delighted laugh.

She pushed herself upright, cracks running across her armor, red essence leaking like blood.

Her voice echoed.

"That was perfect."

Lin Mu stood at the center of the crater, chest rising and falling slowly, golden light dimming slightly.

His skin was full of cracks, healing more slowly now.

He smiled back at her.

"And you are still standing."

Cattaleya rolled her neck once.

"Then we are not done."

She raised her fists again.

The final stage of their battle was about to begin.
