Chapter 628 – Gathering of Villains and Heroes

Ares glared at Adam in resentment.

After they had exchanged 1,000 blows, they couldn't harm each other. As for Fu Daotian, the sly vampire simply avoided the fight and secretly stole Providence Qi from Ares by sniping the Olympian soldiers.

"I've had enough," Ares lost patience. He destroyed both his treasure spear and shield.

Adam narrowed his eyes as he was aware of Ares' deeds in the other timelines, "It's about time you take out your brother's artifact."

"Not his. Mine!"

"Whatever. You probably stole it from him. But in the end, he is still the true owner of that smith hammer. What are you going to steal from him next? His wife? Will you become a sex-addicted psychopath like Zeus?"

"Don't mention my father, you incompetent robot! Now, die!"

Adam smirked, "A knight piece can never defeat a king piece."

Ares transformed into a galactic titan soldier while Adam simply turned into a massive apple tree. A trillion giant leaves transformed into a trillion golden lances, raining upon the titan.

Ares sneered as he raised a new hammer, which he had pulled out from his dantian space.

"Hahaha! Destroy that law and reality, Hammer of Chaos Flame!"

Ares swung the smith hammer at the incoming golden lances.

With one swing, the transformation of Adam and the miasma of the Dark Forbidden Zone was cleared!

The trillion lances dissipated, and Adam reverted back to his elf body. Cracks appeared on his face and his skin as his soul was damaged.

Ares burst into laughter, believing that he had won, "See? Checkmate, little king! Your elven blood shall become my finest shoe cleaning water for centuries!"

Adam had expected it. He was expressionless as everything went according to his prediction.

As soon as the miasma was dispersed, several groups and armies from Heavenly Dao Central were visible in a distance.

Netherworld Army

Including the four major forces, many deities led their men to observe the conflict and the appearance of Xu Chu. Among them, the Trumpet Alliance, led by Macho Joshua, stared at the fight between Ares and Adam.

Adam glanced at the opportunists and smirked.

"True. I'm not the opponent of that hammer. But do you think you can handle the consequence of your action? Look around."

Ares scoffed, "I don't fear Heavenly Dao's gods. They're merely weaklings!"

"Yeah. So weak that Gaea and Uranus have to migrate the Olympus Mountain Plane to the Dark Forbidden Zone and begged me to create a defensive array to protect this area. And now, you've just dispersed our only defensive mechanism of our domain. I wonder how the Olympus Mountain Plane's gods will do when all those greedy Heavenly Dao's gods arrive. Oh, I want to see your grandparents' reaction as well."

The expression of Ares changed. He turned around to check on his homeland.

It was still safe. However, he noticed that many groups of gods started heading toward the plane.

The army of Qin Clan was heading directly toward the Olympus Mountain Plane at light speed. Headless monsters and descendants of Hundun rushed there as well.

At this rate, Olympus would be raided by two armies of sages.

Ares took a deep breath. He had a stiff smile on his face, "Nice bluff. I doubt they dare to offend my father and uncle."

"I heard Aphrodite's beauty is on par with Xu Chu. I think that crazy emperor wants her as his consort. Oh, do you know what Hundun enjoys the most? It's women's flesh. They usually violate women before they eat them. I'm sure Aphrodite won't survive this ordeal."

Ares' mouth curved down. He frowned and raised his hammer, "Shut up! You know nothing!"

"Why are you angry? Aphrodite is your brother's wife. He has nothing to do with you. Oh, wait. By chance, have you been fucking your brother's wife? I thought she preferred someone with a bigger dick."

Ares paused. His face reddened in anger, "What did you say?!"

Adam giggled and stared at Ares' crotch, "I doubt your tiny dick can please her."

"That's it. DIEEEEE!!"

Ares swung down his hammer once more.

Fu Daotian wryly smiled and disappeared. He instantly fled at the sight of trouble as usual.

As for Adam, he shrugged and pointed his finger at Ares' forehead. A small beam pierced through the latter's protective helmet and his skull, knocking back Ares a few steps.

Another beam came from Adam's finger. This time, the beam destroyed Ares' right hand, and the hammer slipped out of the latter's hand.

The mysterious power of the smith hammer failed to activate.

Ares panicked. He turned around and used the other hand to grab the hammer before it could return to its true owner.

The split second of distraction was enough for Adam to run away. He vanished from the spot and reappeared on the surface of Eden Garden Planet.

Ares turned around. Realizing that Adam had fled, he was frustrated.

He turned to the nearest stars and planes of Eden Garden Sect next.

As Ares was still at the border of Eden Garden's territory, his location was far from the Eden Garden Planet. The nearest thing in his sight was a chained network of planes, spaceships, and random stars of cultivators.

Ares pointed at the chained network, "Destroy everything! Kill every man. Enslave every woman. You are free to pillage every town!"

The army behind Ares roared. They charged toward the planes and stars without caring about the potential intruders from Heavenly Dao.

Aves Continent

Meng Xin gazed into the sky, watching the army of Ares getting closer.

Having inherited Samsara Title from Heavenly Dao, Meng Xin's cultivation soared. He had opened Heavenly Gate Meridians and condensed 133 stellar stars in his dantian. Also, he learned the Providence Law of Samsara and cultivated Providence Qi while he was still an immortal.

Moreover, Meng Xin retained his ability, which could tamper with someone else's karma strings. He could erase deities like how Miaomiao could do.

Realizing that enemies would raid the Aves Continent Plane soon, Meng Xin got excited. He stretched and prepared to solo the oncoming army of immortals.

"Are you going to fight?"

Mike stood on top of OHUHU's head, looking at the soldiers of Ares as well. He brought out his latest modified anti-material rifle and loaded a special-round cartridge, specially designed to kill immortals.

Meng Xin shook his head, "If they don't attack our plane, I'll leave them alone."

"If they do?"

"I'll kill them all."

"That's unlike you. You were always indifferent whenever random cultivators wanted to enter our continent."

"Those insects are too insignificant for me to take action. That's why I left them all to you."

While they had been chatting, a large vermillion bird glided in the sky, looking down on the two men.

"Lady Third does not approve of those mongrels. Meng Xin, do something!"

"Do it yourself. I'm resting," Meng Xin smirked and shook his head. He turned away and gazed at the southern region of the continent.

Susano's soul was still trapped in the strange stone. He tried to trick him several times, but Meng Xin didn't fall for it.

But after seeing multiple armies of deities, Meng Xin doubted that he could fight everybody on his own.

'Should I bring back an undying player from the first calamity? If I bring him back, will he destroy the universe?'

Meng Xin hesitated for a moment. He bit the tip of his finger and extract a drop of blood essence. Then, he fired it at the strange stone, where Susano had been sealed inside.

This is what he could do for the guy. If Susano was smart, he would use Meng Xin's blood essence to condense his physique.

An Asian-looking teenager in an emperor gown and yellow dragon robe stood on a wooden ship, gazing into the void.

He was the patriarch of the Qin Clan, known as Qin Shi Huang. He was a pseudo-sage like Adam and many King Pieces of the sages.

His presence was domineering and terrifying. Yet, his charm soothed his followers' hearts and kept them calm.

While the emperor had been gazing at the starless void, one of his subordinates came to him and saluted.

"Your Majesty, the homeland of Zeus is in front of us. What will be your next order?"

Without looking at his subordinate, Qin Shi Huang ordered the eunuch while his expression was indifferent.

"Deploy Meng Wu and Bai Qi. Tell them to poke Olympus Plane and draw out Zeus and Poseidon to fight outside of their domain. Once they are entangled in the law domain battle, secretly deploy Xiang Yu and Huan Yi. Let those brutes and his men pillage Olympus."

The eunuch looked surprised. He nodded and teleported away.

After his subordinate had left, Qin Shi Huang sighed.

"Without Wang Jian, this war seems complicated. I should have killed Devil when I had a chance."

Netherworld Realm Army, at the edge of the Dark Forbidden Zone

Lilim had been crossing her arms, sitting on a massive black dragon, Nero.

Nero had regained his power. With Leviathan's help, he managed to advance to the initial dragon god realm. However, he was far from being useful in this battle aside from being Lilim's mount.

Leviathan flew at the forefront of the army of dragons and monster girls. She looked around, searching for a trace of Miaomiao and Xu Chu.

It didn't take long for Leviathan to locate Miaomiao.

"Found him. Mao Miaomiao is flying out of the second layer of Eden Garden's defensive chained network. He is heading toward the Olympians."

Lilim stood up. She laughed, "Finally! Levy, lead all dragons and capture that motherfucker! You may destroy his fleshly body and leave only with his soul. I'll torture that asshole myself!"

"Understood."

Leviathan transformed into her true form, a stellar-star-sized water dragon.

Behind Levy, a hundred dragon gods roared and followed their leader. Among them, a sinister black-scaled dragon with the head bigger than the Sun slowly followed them as if he was an adult, looking after his grandchildren.

Tiamat, the pseudo-sage dragon of chaos, only glanced at Lilim and Nero for a moment before he vanished. Nobody could track for find his presence anymore.

Lilim clicked her tongue, "Damn remnant of Devil. He's vessels are everywhere!"

Nero smirked, "Ain't I one of them?"

"You shit can stay here and be my mount. I still haven't forgiven you for helping Mao Miaomiao!"

"But that was Devil's order!"

"Because of you, Mao Miaomiao has grown too strong to the point that he almost killed my mother! As long as Mao Miaomiao is alive, you are stuck here with me!"

Nero grumbled. He looked at the second chained network.

Jade Emperor's Warship, Jade Sage's private army

A refined and graceful elf woman stood next to an elderly emperor at the flagship's front deck. The latter donned himself with a golden robe, decorated with green jades and a halo as a crown.

He was the Jade Emperor, the King Piece of Jade Sage.

As for the elf woman, she was none other than Eve, one of the war marionettes. She only had a few pieces of red silk to cover her private parts.

Eve's eyes shone in silver light while Jade Emperor's green eyes stared into a distance.

Jade Emperor muttered softly, but a hundred deities behind him could hear it.

"Where are my war gods?"

A valiant general walked forward. He knelt, "Report for duty, your majesty!"

"Tell the men: Do not attack anyone yet."

"Your majesty?"

"Let that upstart brat take the brunt first. Order the ship captains to bring us to the flank of the Qin Clan Army. Once they defeated the Olympus, we shall strike them from behind. But if they are defeated, kill Qin Shi Huang and capture their soldiers."

Hearing the order, Eve sneered at Jade Emperor, "Either way, we kill Qin Shi Huang?"

"His ambition is a threat to Heavenly Dao and the immortal worlds. We also need to reduce the number of competitors before the Heavenly Dao can be unified."

Eve scoffed. She averted her eyes from the army of Qin Shi Huang to look at something else.

She soon found Lilim and the dragons, who were charging toward the first line of Eden Garden's chained network.

"What about Xu Chu and the Netherworld Realm? Lilith is heavily injured and the Netherworld Realm is now a lot weaker than before. Shouldn't we get rid of them when we have a chance?"

"Leave them to the Devil's clone and the Trumpet Alliance. They will kill each other soon."

"Suit yourself, Mr. Schemer," Eve shrugged and walked back into the ship.

Along the way, she walked past a young Asian man in a black tuxedo, which she had picked up from the Golden Heavenly Goose Planet.

The Asian man had been kneeling and planting his forehead to the deck's floor. It was a custom that no subordinate could look at the emperor and Eve's face.

"Brocell," Eve glanced at him and smirked.

"Yes, your excellency?"

"Your nemesis is nearby. Will you join the fun?"

Brocell slightly raised his head, but he still looked down.

Although his luck had been dwindled because of Miaomiao's curse, his lifespan hadn't been reduced yet. However, he knew that something was odd with his luck flow.

"If I kill Mao Miaomiao, can the curse be dispelled?"

"Probably."

"Then, please let me join this campaign."

"Are you confident?"

Brocell looked up, revealing his determined fire in his eyes, "As long as Mao Miaomiao is not a sage, I can kill him. No Providence Law works against me and my war droid army!"
