Vampire Overlord System in the Apocalypse

"Let me tell you something. You and I are the same. You are my vessel as I am your power…" said the entity, as Noah's senses became dulled, as if he was about to die…

"W-What?" he asked.

"The truth about what I am might one day be revealed to you… For now, what I said is enough… If I say more, you might go insane," said the entity, as Noah's senses began to warp, he started to hallucinate as his power overflowed everywhere.

The overflowing powers continued to resonate through Noah's entire being without stopping for a single second, every second his power was reaching new heights without a second of rest!

FLAAASH!

Noah continued to digest the pieces he ate, almost dying several times as he continued to devour his own soul so he could better devour the pieces he had taken bites off.

By using this method, Noah discovered a way to continuously digest such power, and slowly dissolve and assimilate it into his own power… it was slow, but it was working, somehow…!

The overflowing essence of power continued to be infused into Noah's very being, without stopping for a second!

He was doing it… somehow, he was managing!

Noah had devoured the pieces of the Ancient One that he could, ignoring that the entity had told him that he was not enough, even after evolving!

He was being defiant and not caring about what it said, Noah was getting tired of waiting so he took bites off the entity's ethereal body and began to digest them to absorb at least a tiny amount of power!

But this being was so immensely powerful that a few bites were enough to grant Noah a tremendous amount of power!

It felt like a train had hit Noah- no, it felt as if several trains were constantly hitting Noah from all directions, crushing him with enormous power and pressure.

He felt like his soul was about to explode, and it exploded!

BOOM!

However, the pieces of soul quickly got together, and continued to reform themselves and assimilate the power! Noah was not giving up, as more blood soul servants came to fuse with him alongside the souls across the world!

Like in his previous evolution, Noah was receiving all this power to sustain the other power he was trying to assimilate properly.

Noah's entire body began to dissolve and reform over and over again many times. His flesh started to fuse with his bones, and his guts with his flesh and bones, a body that worked for many things and couldn't easily be broken down…

His eyes opened with crimson-red colors as a flash of blood-like rivers exploded from the cocoon, Noah had evolved at long last. The environment turned crimson-red as the pressure of his power resonated through his entire divine realm.

His divine realm began to suddenly tremble, growing immense. The skies erupted with enormous crimson light, as another moon suddenly was born at the side of the other, glowing with silver colors instead of the other which shined with crimson colors.

The lands extended, as the continent grew bigger and the blood seas vaster. The beasts began to propagate at a fast speed, as new monsters emerged too, roaring, and fighting against each other chaotically.

CRASH!

Noah destroyed the cocoon as he walked outside, as he was greeted with Iris whose essence and aura had been enhanced as well.

Noah glanced at his appearance, he had not changed as much as he would have expected, but his eyes were flashing with a crimson-red light even brighter than before, it seemed that his entire body had been upgraded to near-divine levels… he was getting closer and closer to become a pseudo-demi-deity…

Noah quickly noticed Iris reached the peak of SSS-Rank and had evolved too, and all of his allies had also evolved some way or another. Even the various robots and the blood servants underwent some evolution of sorts, now that their souls were so strong, even the robots could evolve similarly to Vampires, as their mechanical bodies adapted with them.

Noah noticed that his entire body was now releasing an aura of blood and darkness, twisting together into shadows and blood.

It seemed as if he was a terrifying monster.

However, to Iris, it didn't seem like that.

"Ah, I evolved?" she wondered, as she woke up.

"It happened again. I suppose this might become something normal. As your Progenitor grows stronger, those that were converted by it also will receive power… But that outside did not. It seems that only those inside my Divine Realm received the powerup," said Noah.

"Interesting… I think that even the babies evolved… Oof… My belly got bigger?"

Iris noticed that her belly had grown a bit more after she evolved, the babies had suddenly taken a growth spur out of nowhere! Meaning that they also evolved… how wondrous.

"Perhaps they will be born in a few more days like this… I can't help but admit I am nervous," said Noah.

"Hehe, don't worry, we'll work together on them," said Iris, with a gentle smile.

"Hm, as long as you're there I believe I can manage," said Noah, as he checked his stats for a moment…

The Blood Progenitor's Phantom emerged at the side of Noah, enlightening him.

"It is the Realm beyond SSS-Rank. X-Rank is the last step that a mortal must undergo before reaching the Pseudo-Demi-Deity Realm! In that Realm, there might be more changes awaiting you. Now it is up to you to reach it," said the Blood Progenitor.

"I see… The rest should be able to reach X-Rank after consuming more SSS-Rank Attribute Value Cores in the upcoming Dungeons," thought Noah.

Noah checked his status panel, finding that his stats had skyrocketed to 24k! It seemed that the pinnacle of X-Rank was 36000! And he was already 1/3 out of it. Due to these large amounts of Stats, his power was soaring.

Vitality, Mind, and Force were the only stats there were, but they were divided into many other stats. Force was his physical strength and also his agility, while Vitality was his physical defense, stamina, and health, and Mind was his magic strength, his magic defense, and mana!

The higher his stats went, the more Mana overflowed around his body, the stronger his muscles felt, and the higher his defense became…

And he also felt like most of this newfound power was thanks to those little bites he took from the Ancient One!
