Chapter 246 - Creating Something New Using Lifeblood Points!
-----
Noah was using his Lifeblood Points to awaken and fuse his Skills!
Usually, sometimes Skills would fuse together to form new Skills that combined their effects, but now that his System had evolved, it seems that he could be able to step into greater types of enhancements, or even manually fuse Skills!
Even more, the Blood Progenitor had told Noah that many of the Skills were ripe to fuse, meaning that something new was about to happen.
"By fusing these Skills with the concept of Skill Trees and the three last Skill Trees that you should have gotten with each evolution Level you skipped, you will be able to get new Abilities more fitting for your current strength. This power has been designed like something you can upgrade continuously as you progress by using more Lifeblood Points, instead of simply being skill purchase like it seemed to be before…" said the Blood Progenitor.
"Oh? So Skill Trees will grow with me differently than merely giving me skills I can buy using Skill Points?"
"Indeed, that's it," said the Blood Progenitor.
"How much will it cost to fuse Skills?" asked Noah.
"Should not be so much, I will do the necessary tweaks if that's necessary. What you will use most of your points are actually acquiring the new Skill Trees and the abilities within them," said the Blood Progenitor.
"I see… Very well then," said Noah, as his mind flashed with many thoughts, glaring at the big list of Skills, and immediately beginning to pile them up for fusion.
He planned to only make three main Skill Trees for now. As a Progenitor Vampire, he specialized in the Blood Attribute, but thanks to being a Warlock, he also specialized in the incantation of power from his Patron, Bloodshot Eye. Additionally, he had the second attribute of Darkness, which he planned to also apply into this.
What he planned was simple. There was going to be a Skill Tree for physical fighting that physical body, another for blood bending, long-ranged attacks, and magic, and another for his soul and all of its capabilities.
[You exchanged 500 Lifeblood Points!]
[Fusing Skills…]
As Noah spent 500 Lifeblood Points, he picked up a myriad of Skills that he began to fuse together into an enormous and ridiculous pile. Some Skills didn't even make any sense to be fused together, but as Noah had decided, anything that could be related to physical fighting and his physical body would be fused, and there didn't seem to be any limits either, so he went all out with his imagination in this one, and hope for the result to say the rest.
[Fusing the following Skills…]
[Lifeblood Exceed Techniques (A)] + [Spectral Blood Demon Guardian Techniques (S)] + [Blood Scion (A)] + [Artery Bursting Scarlet Claws (A)] + [Immortal Body (S)] + [Crimson Wind Impulse (B)] + [Rampaging Blood Lycan Transformation (A)] + [Blood-sucking Soul Veil (A)] + [Night Ward (A)] + [Veracious Sacrificial Vampiric Tenacity: Lifeblood Exceed (A)] + [Frenzied Vampiric Slaughter Heal (A)] + [Demonic Vampiric Blood Wings (A)] + [High-Speed Flight (A)] + [Noble-Born Vampire Capabilities (A)] + [Supernatural Vampiric Senses Capabilities (S)] + [Demonic Vampiric Eyes of Hypnotic Subjugation (A)]
FLASH!
The moment Noah began to combine these Skills together, they emerged within his soul like large spheres of crimson-red color, black color, or golden color, all merging into a bigger and enormous sphere of crimson-red, black, and gold!
A downpour of golden blood fell over it, refining the entire bubble of energy and suddenly crystalizing it!
Noah was filled with wonder as he saw the fused skills crystalize into a large crimson-red crystal ball, which had a small painted figure on it that depicted a muscular and healthy man, alongside many beasts at his side… Just what kind of Skill Tree was this? And why did it appeared like a jewel?!
And it wasn't over, as a larger, the largest Skill within the whole catalog of Skills that Noah had, the Blood Progenitor Skill at SSS-Rank emerged above the crystal inside of his soul, and suddenly cut a large chunk of itself, fusing it with the crystal!
FLASH!
The crystal began to rotate around and then began to reduce and compact its height while shining brightly by exuding an enormous Aura of crimson-red color!
"This…" muttered Noah in surprise, as the Blood Progenitor smiled rather proudly.
"Do you like my creation? I acquired a sudden inspiration when I was infused with the power of your evolution. I call them Lifeblood Jewels, to not call them Skill Trees, albeit they are technically highly modified ones," said the Blood Progenitor.
"Sounds like a fine name for me…" said Noah.
Ding!
[The Lifeblood Jewel] Function has been discovered!]
[You created the [Progenitor Vampire King (SSS-Rank)][Lifeblood Jewel]!]
Lifeblood Jewels!
With this new type of Skill Tree, Noah was about to embark on a new journey of discovering his own capabilities! Even more, now that he had merged so many Skills together and had formed a Lifeblood Jewel that encompassed all of his physical capabilities!
Noah's soul resonated with bright crimson-red lights, as the Lifeblood Jewel fused with his soul and began to infuse it with the new powers within it, feeling a deep connection with its which kept expanding like the roots of a tree through his entire soul!
"Inspect." Said Noah, as he decided to inspect the new power he had acquired.
…
[Progenitor Vampire King (SSS-Rank)][Lifeblood Jewel] (0/15): A Lifeblood Jewel that was made through the combination of a ridiculous variety of Skills, containing the true essence of the Progenitor Vampire King on all of his Eternal Glory.
Additional Abilities Include Eternal Undeath Body, Elemental Ward, and Vitality-Draining Blood Aura.
More Skill Trees can be opened, including Abilities such as Crimson Moon Ballad, True Vampiric Eyes, Supernatural Vampiric Divine Senses, Space-Tearing Crimson Claws, Ancient Scion Transformation, Lifeblood Exceed Arts.
…
The first thing Noah noticed that, unlike other Skill Tress, this one had Levels instead of a requirement in points.
It meant that every level had a certain cost of Lifeblood Points, which varied depending on the Lifeblood Jewel Rank!
As of now, Noah needed 1500 Lifeblood Points to max this Lifeblood Jewel Rank and then have the ability to use its additional abilities!
Noah, however, noticed that he had not lost the power to use the skills he used to create this, in fact, such effects remained, but the ones within this power were even better.
