Chapter 1943: Chapter 1942: Blinded by Lust

Shi Xing raised his eyes to look at this Orderly, but there was not a hint of defending the Chiliarch who was half a day late, and he even started to make an accusation straightaway.

"Reporting back to this lord, the thousand-strong team that was half a day late is from the Porcupine Clan. As you might know, this Porcupine Clan is notoriously despicable. If not for their ability to reproduce well, making them decent cannon fodder, the Demon Country would not tolerate such low-grade creatures."

"The Porcupine Chiliarch leading them is particularly incorrigible. I had told him to set off on time, but he answered me by saying, ’Are you rushing us to reincarnate?’ "

"Oh, did he really say that?"

"Absolutely true, I wouldn’t dare lie. If you don’t believe me, I can call him over right now."

"Fine, go call him. I’d like to see the guy who dares to question the command." Li Feng said coldly.

"Yes." After speaking, Shi Xing immediately turned around to get the person.

Sikong Yu stepped forward half a step and whispered in Li Feng’s ear, "I didn’t expect the Demon Clan’s defenses to be so lax, and this Kobold seems to be currying favor with us."

Li Feng smirked and suddenly said, "Don’t you think this Kobold has a promising future? When the time comes, leave one alive."

"Huh?"

Sikong Yu was momentarily stunned.

Li Feng did not explain, feeling the tremors beneath his feet, his trusted aides were just miles away. As soon as he gave the signal, they would drive the Horned Rhinoceroses to flatten this camp.

Just then, Shi Xing, who had gone to relay the message, returned in extreme embarrassment, not waiting for Li Feng to speak before starting to complain, "Lords, the Porcupine Clan is simply too arrogant. I conveyed your wishes for him to come and meet you, but instead, I was directly driven out, and he even asked you two to go over personally."

"Oh?"

Li Feng looked at Shi Xing. Shi Xing swallowed, just about to speak when Li Feng said, "Alright, let’s go meet them."

Sikong Yu stepped forward, glanced at Li Feng, who returned him a calm look: "Lead the way."

"Yes."

The Kobold Shi Xing hurriedly led the way, his eyes flashing with a hint of malice. Damn boars, bullying me; let’s see how you get out of this mess later.

He immediately led the way, taking Li Feng and Sikong Yu to a filthy camp with a stench that attacked their nostrils.

"These Pigmen are just so dirty. Lords, please bear with it."

"The opponent is in that tent. Besides the Porcupine Chiliarch, his whole crew of Centurions is also inside."

Li Feng nodded, leading Sikong Yu into the large tent in front. Within the tent, the smell of alcohol mixed with swill was nauseating. Li Feng held his breath, his gaze sweeping over the Pig Demon Clan inside.

"Be careful. The Porcupine Clan is not as incompetent as the Kobold said. It’s just that their Bloodline is indeed lowly, which is why they hold a low position in the Demon Country, always destined to be cannon fodder. However, there are some powerful tribes in this clan."

"The Porcupine Clan is one of them; their thick skin and solid flesh are comparable to Minotaurs, and their strength is no less. Moreover, their numbers are not fewer than Minotaurs, and they are arguably the Demon Country’s largest populous clan, with extremely strong reproduction abilities."

Sikong Yu murmured beside Li Feng’s ear. The Porcupine Chiliarch seated above was greasy-mouthed, glancing up at Sikong Yu, his pig eyes bulging instantly.

"Haha, what a noble girl of the Feather Clan, indeed unparalleled in grace and figure."

"Zhu Gui, do you not know who you are talking to? This is the Orderly under the Demon General!" Shi Xing yelled at him, being an absolute sycophant.

The Porcupine Chiliarch Zhu Gui tossed the leg bone in his hand casually, wiped the oil off his mouth with his hand, then wobbled to his feet.

Li Feng looked up at this enormous Porcupine Demon standing at least fifteen or sixteen feet, towering like a wall, examining him up and down.

Zhu Gui directly approached Li Feng and Sikong Yu, his huge frame looming over them, looking down.

"The Demon General indeed stands aloof. However, some bird people delivering orders dare to call themselves lords? When it comes to rank, I’m still a Chiliarch; what are they compared to?"

"If you want my Porcupine Clan to serve, then show some benefits. I think this woman of the Feather Clan is quite suitable."

"A deity among women, always looking down on us, doesn’t even spare us a glance usually. Today, I want to have a taste of what this divine maiden is like."

"Zhu Gui, are you drunk? This is the Feather Clan, a high-blood noble. What makes you dare to speak disrespectfully?"

Shi Xing stepped forward, reminding Zhu Gui.

Zhu Gui snorted, casually slapping the frail Shi Xing away: "Dog, do you have the say here?"

"I’ll indulge, what of it? We’re all going to die anyway; even heading to the gallows deserves a good meal first."

Zhu Gui drooled as he leered at Sikong Yu; none of the Pig-headed Centurions around stepped in to stop him, all chanting and cheering instead.

"Aren’t you afraid of death?"

Li Feng raised his eyes to look at Zhu Gui.

Zhu Gui burst into a hearty laugh: "Afraid of death? Death is the last thing I fear. This Feather Clan beauty is mine; that guy over there is yours."

Around them, the Pig-headed beings stood, closing in on Li Feng and Sikong Yu.

"Hehe, don’t be afraid, we’ll be gentle...!"

Li Feng’s lips curled into a cold smile. He suddenly stepped forward and grabbed Zhu Gui’s filthy hand, giving him a cold gaze.

"Then just die."

Vermilion Bird Fire ignited on Li Feng instantly. Zhu Gui, sensing something wrong, exerted force but found his arm couldn’t move an inch.

"You...!"

Zhu Gui realized something was off; how could someone from the Feather Clan have such astonishing strength? He dared to act for two reasons: the knowledge that they are doomed to cannon-fodder fate anyway, so early or late death didn’t matter, and his belief that though the Feather Clan might have noble lineage, if not respected, they aren’t much, a mere Orderly isn’t impressive.

Even if he killed these two from the Feather Clan, as long as it was done quietly, who would know? Suppose they found out, maybe by then these two would’ve died in battle.

Of course, the main reason was he’d been drinking, and Sikong Yu was too beautiful. Zhu Gui, long considered part of a lowly race, naturally felt resentful—why did they sit so high while he remained garbage?

Yet Li Feng gave Zhu Gui no time to react, spinning a kick directly into Zhu Gui’s piggish face as he rose up by his toes.

Boom.

Zhu Gui’s pig head crashed to the ground with a solid thud. Before he could regain his senses, Sikong Yu struck decisively as well. The Ice Flame brought the tent’s temperature down to freezing point, her spear a meteor piercing a Pig-headed one’s throat.

In just a few breaths, the once jeering Pig-headed beings lay decapitated, with Li Feng stepping on Zhu Gui’s head.

"Aren’t you Feather Clan?"

"Heh, not stupid, but it’s useless now." Vermilion Bird Fire shot through Zhu Gui’s nose and mouth, turning it into a charred pig head.

Shi Xing gulped, swallowing his saliva.

Li Feng suddenly turned around, looking at Shi Xing: "Do you think it was right for me to kill?"
