Urban Supernatural Medical Saint
Chapter 1712 - 1711: The Supreme Descends
When they were all controlled, they came to understand the true intentions of the Pavilion Master. It was a plan he had orchestrated from the very beginning, even when he first faced Fang Yu.
Although they knew the Pavilion Master was terrifying, they hadn’t expected him to be this terrifying, utterly devoid of humanity.
Yet upon reflection, it seemed paradoxical; he wasn’t human in the first place. Earth’s humans were always considered despicable and shameless. But now they began to reconsider, suddenly realizing that humans were far better than the Divine Race.
The Divine Race was truly frightening.
The surrounding energy had far exceeded their imagination.
The Laws accumulated over millions of years and the various constraints of energy were not something they could break through in a short time. Moreover, they could envision every problem they might encounter, and certainly, the Pavilion Master had already foreseen all of them.
A person who spent 10 million years thinking about how to deal with others, do you believe such a person exists in this world?
That smiling Pavilion Master before them was exactly such a person.
"Pavilion Master, let’s speak calmly. If you take away all our energy, the upper echelons of the Divine Race will completely collapse. By then, no one will maintain the order of the Divine Race for you."
"Pavilion Master, we are willing to obey your orders and comply unconditionally with any rules you set. Please stop this energy!"
Some of the leaders began to give in.
What a pity.
The plan had reached this point. How could the Pavilion Master possibly let it go?
The Pavilion Master laughed.
"I’m sorry, you have already fallen into my trap. If I were to release you now, who can guarantee you wouldn’t turn against me after escaping? Verbal promises are worthless. The only trustworthy entity in this world is a dead one!"
Deceased!
Those two words made them all reveal expressions of shock. The high-rankings of the Divine Race were always difficult to kill. But the words came from the Pavilion Master’s mouth. If he dared to say them, it meant he was confident.
They felt fear.
The fear of death.
Once upon a time, some of them hoped they could die, but it was hard for the Divine Race to truly die. Even if their physical bodies perished, their souls would continue to drift. Because of their immense power, they could easily target and seize new bodies.
So the upper echelons could never truly be killed.
So where did the Pavilion Master’s confidence come from?
Surrounding energy began to compress.
The Pavilion Master said.
"This Secret Realm is not just a Secret Realm; it is also a Purgatory Space capable of refining all energy in the soul state. All Arrays here were meticulously crafted by me to form the Purgatory Space, gathering all souls together. All spiritual energy generated here will be absorbed by me. Moreover, your physical bodies cannot resist this Purgatory Space’s crushing ability. Very well, do any of you have any last words before you die?"
Once these words were spoken.
All the high-ranking officials showed expressions of horror.
They had nothing more to say, now wanting only to live, but reality was cruel.
Some high-rankings began to beg for mercy, but the Pavilion Master ignored their pleas. The more they begged, the more they annoyed and repulsed him.
Seeing they had nothing to say.
The Pavilion Master smiled slightly, waving a hand as if bidding them farewell.
Despite years of cooperation, despite being superiors and subordinates, despite all being of the Divine Race.
At this moment, all past ties and friendships turned to ash.
In that instant.
The surroundings transformed into the semblance of Purgatory. Red, black, the vision turned dim.
The entire space seemed to be tightly compressed.
Screams echoed.
In that instant, 23 high-rankings were all refined by the Purgatory Space. Their physical bodies couldn’t withstand it, nor could their divine senses, which floated like cotton, igniting as the Purgatory emerged.
The Pavilion Master waved a hand.
An additional two high-rankings were thrown in. Though they appeared as children, he had captured them long ago. In their soul state, the high-rankings were no match for the Pavilion Master while still weak.
For a moment, 25 high-rankings gathered together.
The burning soul energy began to float in space, like scattered stars.
Or like blue fireflies floating within the Purgatory Space.
This was the soul state, resembling glass shattered and drifting continuously in the air.
The Pavilion Master flew out.
Plundering every blue firefly.
Then the blue fireflies entered his body.
And so the cycle continued.
Until all the blue fireflies were collected by him.
The Purgatory Space vanished.
All vanished.
high-rankings disappeared, along with their physical and divine senses.
Simultaneously.
In a corner of the Cosmic Starry Sky.
The figure of the Pavilion Master suddenly appeared in the vacuum of space.
Then white energy exploded outward from him as the center.
Expanding all around.
The ripples of explosion and release resonated like a cosmic Big Bang.
Spreading in all directions.
Every nearby planet was affected.
In an instant, these planets were vaporized by the immense energy.
Thus they vanished from the universe.
Then.
The Pavilion Master slowly opened his eyes.
His gaze seemed to shoot forth golden light.
His entire being radiated with terrifying brilliance.
With a mere gesture, the universe’s vacuum seemed to tremble.
Then he nodded.
Satisfied, he glanced at his own body.
"Finally, I’ve broken through to Supreme God. It took me 15 million years to reach this step."
"Being Supreme God, this is how it feels."
With a casual wave.
A vast expanse of cosmic vacuum transformed into a black hole.
The Pavilion Master just glanced at it.
He didn’t venture in.
For he didn’t know where the black hole led.
He now wielded immense energy.
It was merely a test with a casual flick.
In the past, such energy was unimaginable.
Breaking through to the Supreme God’s Realm, with a casual wave, he could destroy dozens of planets.
How terrifying this is.
"It’s time to handle the aftermath."
"Although returning will take some time, the Secret Realm I created isn’t far from the Divine Race’s domain. However, the energy refined by the Purgatory Space propelled space to a distant location."
"But this isn’t a problem. In the eyes of a Supreme God, all previous distances shrink a hundredfold."
