He began to move. Slow at first. A deep, driving rhythm that made her inner muscles flex and release around him in waves. His hands braced on either side of her shoulders. His eyes—dark and focused—never left her face.

"Look at me," he said.

She did.

He fucked her with the absolute, commanding presence of a man who had finally taken what he wanted. No hesitation. No uncertainty. Just the knowledge that he held her—literally held her—and the pleasure that knowledge brought him was written across every line of his face.

"You’re mine," he said. "Right now, you’re completely mine."

"Yours," she agreed. "Always yours."

He moved faster. Harder. The chain above her rattled with every thrust, the sound mixing with their gasps and moans and the wet, rhythmic slap of their bodies meeting.

She was close. He could feel it—the fluttering of her inner walls, the way her breathing went ragged, the high, desperate sounds escaping her throat.

"Sean." His name was a warning. "Sean, I’m going to—"

"Come for me."

She shattered. Her orgasm ripped through her, and she screamed—not a character’s scream, but her own, raw and unguarded and real. Her body arched upward, her breasts pressing against his chest, her inner walls clamping down on him in rhythmic pulses.

The sensation pulled him over the edge. His release surged into her, hot and endless, and he buried his face in her neck, his groan muffled against her skin.

She strained against the cuffs, wanting to touch him, needing to hold him, but held in place by the very restraint she’d willingly accepted.

He stayed inside her as the tremors faded. His forehead pressed against hers. His breath came in ragged gasps.

"That was—" she started.

"I know."

She laughed. Weak and breathless and giddy. "We really do need new words."

"Later." He reached up, worked the buckles free. The cuffs fell away, and his hands found her wrists, massaging where the leather had pressed against her skin. "Are you okay?"

"I’m perfect." She wrapped her arms around him, pulling him close. "You were perfect."

He kissed her forehead. "You were perfect."

"I was nervous."

"I know. But you didn’t show it."

She raised her head. Her eyes were soft now, the vulnerability she’d surrendered to him still shimmering beneath the surface. "I was scared it might hurt. But it didn’t. Not in a bad way."

"It didn’t."

"I know." She traced the lines of his jaw. "I’ve never done anything like that before. With anyone."

"You’ve never done a lot of things with anyone before."

"True." She smiled. "But you make it easy. You make everything easy."

He pulled her closer. "You make it worth it."

They lay there for a while, tangled together, the flogger discarded somewhere near the foot of the bed, the cuffs hanging loose from the headboard. The city lights glittered beyond the window. The smell of sweat and sex and leather hung in the air.

Olivia shifted. Her hand found his. Their fingers interlaced.

"Sean?"

"Hm?"

"I want to do it again."

He laughed. "The BDSM thing?"

"No." She tilted her head up. "The everything thing. This. Us. I want to do it again and again and again. I want to keep doing it until we’re old and gray and we have to hold each other’s canes while we—"

"Olivia."

"What? I’m being romantic."

"You’re being ridiculous."

"Same thing." She kissed his chest. "But I mean it. I want this. I want you. All of it."

He rolled onto his side. Faced her. The movement brought their bodies flush, and he could feel her pulse against his skin, could feel the warmth of her still radiating.

"I want that too," he said. "More than I’ve ever wanted anything."

Her eyes shimmered. Not with tears—not quite—but with something brighter. Something that looked a lot like hope.

"Kiss me," she said.

He did.

The kiss started soft. A promise. A thank you. A quiet acknowledgment of everything they’d shared tonight. But soft didn’t last. It never lasted with her. Her lips parted, and her tongue found his, and the kiss deepened into something else entirely.

Not hungry this time. Not desperate. Just... necessary. Like breathing. Like neither of them could exist without the other’s mouth on theirs.

Her fingers threaded through his hair. His hand found the curve of her waist. They kissed and kissed, bodies pressing close, legs tangling, hearts beating in time.

Minutes passed. Maybe longer. Neither of them pulled away.

When they finally broke apart, they were both gasping. Her lips were swollen. Her eyes were bright. Her cheeks were flushed.

"Again," she whispered.

He obeyed.

This kiss was slower. Deeper. His tongue traced the seam of her lips, and she opened for him without hesitation. Their tongues slid together in a rhythm that was familiar now, known, like a song they’d been singing their whole lives without realizing it.

Her hand came up. Cupped his jaw. Her thumb traced his cheekbone with the same tenderness she’d shown every gift he’d given her.

"Sean," she breathed against his mouth.

"Hm?"

"I love you."

"I love you too."

She kissed him again. And again. And again. Each one softer than the last, until they were barely kissing at all—just sharing breath, sharing space, sharing the quiet certainty of being exactly where they were supposed to be.

Her eyes fluttered closed. Her breathing evened out. Her hand, still on his jaw, went slack.

He kissed her one more time. Gentle. Reverent.

"Sleep," he murmured.

She made a sound that might have been agreement. Might have been his name. Might have been nothing at all.

He pulled the blanket up over both of them. Settled onto his back. She curled into his side automatically, her head finding the hollow of his shoulder, her leg hooking over his.

Within minutes, she was asleep.

Sean lay awake a while longer. Watching the lights play across the ceiling. Feeling the weight of her against him. The trust she’d given him. The vulnerability she’d shown. The love she’d declared.

He’d spent so long building walls. Keeping people at a distance. Protecting himself from the kind of hurt that had shaped him.

But here, now, with this woman in his arms—the walls didn’t just crack. They crumbled.

He turned his head. Pressed his lips to her forehead.

"I love you," he whispered.

In her sleep, she smiled.

He closed his eyes. Let the rhythm of her breathing pull him down. The city hummed outside the window. The cuffs still hung from the headboard. The flogger lay forgotten at the foot of the bed.

But none of that mattered now.

All that mattered was her.

All that mattered was this.

His grip on her tightened. Her breath ghosted across his chest. And somewhere between one heartbeat and the next, Sean followed Olivia into sleep.

Their lips, even in unconsciousness, remained close enough to kiss.
