Ethan started to panic when he heard Luna's scream from the phone.

"Honey, are you all right?"

"Honey, answer me!"

"Edward...let me go...arrhhggg." That's what Ethan heard until suddenly the phone line was disconnected.

Tut... tut... tuttt...!

"Damn it, just watch out if he dares to hurt my wife!" Ethan growled then glanced around him. It turned out that Jack had driven his car to the edge of the forest. "Jack, hurry up, Luna is in danger," he called out.

Ethan continued to monitor Luna's whereabouts from the GPS until suddenly the car stopped.

"Why you stop, Jack?" asked Ethan furiously. In a state of urgency, of course, he felt he had to rush to the location to save Luna.

"We can't go in because the road is narrow, sir," replied Jack.

"God, what is this? I have to help my wife immediately." Ethan immediately opened the car door and walked into the woods followed by Jack who used his phone flashlight to light the way.

"Jack, call Andrew or Richard," Ethan called as he walked.

Jack immediately called Andrew, while Ethan kept walking while monitoring the GPS.

"Andrew, have you and the others arrived in the forest yet?" asked Jack when he got in touch with Andrew. He kept on following Ethan until he stopped and found a phone.

"Alright, we're all splitting up," Andrew answered over the phone.

"The phone is here, then where's Luna?" Ethan looked in frustration around the dark surroundings and couldn't find Luna's whereabouts or any sign of her trail. His feelings were getting worse, thinking about his wife who was being chased in the middle of the lonely and dark forest.

"Luna...!" Ethan shouted in frustration.

"Sir, Andrew and the police team have split up, they could find Mrs. Luna ahead of us," said Jack so Ethan wouldn't panic too much.

Ethan looked at the phone that Luna had brought with her, it was still on. 'This phone is still on, that means Luna isn't far away,' he thought as he glanced around, then looked at Jack.

"Jack, we should also split up, keep our phones on so Luna can find out where we are," Ethan exclaimed.

"Bur, Sir. , are you sure you want to split up. I'm afraid you're not strong yet." Jack had doubts about the condition of Ethan who had been on the IV, even his hand was bleeding from removing the IV needle brutally without the proper procedure.

Ethan gave instructions without wanting to accept Jack's refusal, he rushed into the forest while continuing to carry his phone, then pocketed Edward's phone.

Jack hurried to look to the left, where it was getting dark because the forest was very shady and the occasional sound of wolves sounded. It was so scary, especially when it was the middle of the night.

Luna kept running to avoid Edward's pursuit until she finally fell because she tripped over a log the size of an arm.

"Arrggh... it hurts so much... hufttt, I'm tired too... why is Ethan taking so long?" Luna winced in pain holding her foot which might be sprained and injured too badly on the part that was hit by the broken glass.

Edward glared at Luna, then came closer and laughed evilly, "hahaha you can't run away from me, Honey."

Luna looked hatefully at Edward who approached her with an evil laugh, she seemed to see the man was not like the former lover she had known. The man was crazy, too obsessed, how could she possibly love him back?

Luna glanced at the wood that made her fall earlier, then picked it up and backed away while pointing it at the damn Edward. "Don't come any closer! Or I'll hit you!"

Edward didn't budge a bit. He still approached Luna with sharp eyes, then took something from behind him, right at his waist.

"If you hit me, maybe you will see your husband will die with one shot from me," Edward threatened while pointing a gun at Luna.

Suddenly Luna's eyes widened in fear. "Don't be crazy! Stop all this madness, because all will only be in vain! I'll never love you again, Edward!" Luna cried with emotion because she was tired of Edward's behavior.

"WHY, LUNA? WHY CAN'T YOU LOVE ME AGAIN? I've even left everything just to be with you, you're the only mine since the first time you accepted my love!" Edward got more emotional than hit Luna with the gun.

Luna fell back down. "Aaghhh ...." She cried and glanced at Edward who was emotional like a demon, even now pulling her hair until her face looked up.

"You are mine, Luna. Even if I can't get your love, I'll still have your body!" Edward whispered furiously.

"Let go of me, Edward!" Luna pleaded with her tears that did not subside.

Messy hair, dry blood on her forehead, her shabby face filled with tears, even her clothes were dirty from being hit by the ground when she fell, her feet were already covered in dirt mixed with blood from torn wounds from being hit by broken glass.

Edward forced Luna back into his car. Luna unsteadily followed where Edward dragged her until she took the initiative to run away by biting Edward's hand, then ran away again with her limping foot.

"Awhh... Ethan, where are you? I'm so tired... my foot hurt so much." Luna continued to run scared in the dark wilderness, she could even step on thorns or whatever with her bare feet.

Luna was startled by the gunshots from Edward, she looked back and hid behind a big tree. Her gaze shifted to light from another direction and she heard someone calling out to her, though it sounded very far away.

'Could it be Ethan? I have to go to him.'

Luna ran again with a limp because her foot continued to bleed and the incomparable pain continued to hit. Sometimes she stepped on small logs and stumbled in the grass.

"LUNA! STOP AND STAY WITH ME! I'LL MAKE YOU HAPPY MORE THAN ETHAN."
