Unexpected Love: Mr CEO wild baby

When it was ten o'clock at night, Ethan was talking to Dina in the room where Luna was being treated. Luna had been taken by ambulance in the afternoon and placed in a room next to the twins' room.

Thanksgiving is over. Shandra and Arsha have gone home, while Rita is taking care of the twins. Dina meets Ethan in Luna's room, to ask for an explanation of the mistakes that Ethan has made to Luna.

"Actually, why did you leave Luna then fall down the stairs?" asked Dina with a probing look at Ethan who was still wearing his modest attire in the form of black basic pants and a white shirt.

Ethan was motionless for a moment, then turned his gaze to Luna. "There are a lot of things that I have just understood since the accident that happened to me a few months ago, Mom. maybe you won't know who caused this mess."

"Who?" asked Dina, frowning.

"Edward," replied Ethan and then turned to his mother who increasingly did not understand the answer. "Edward is Luna's ex-boyfriend. he married Viona to save his company. So he left Luna sad, then ran into me at the bachelorette party before David's wedding."

"Then what did Edward do to affect your marriage?" asked Dina.

"Edward is still chasing Luna, Mom. He was even the one who intentionally hurt me that time. But his efforts were in vain because I survived."

"Edward had the heart to do that?" Dina looked surprised with a look of disbelief. because she raised her stepson with the same genuine love as she loved Ethan. She feels that the child she used to care for with a good upbringing could not possibly have the heart to do anything evil or even criminal to his half-brother who has always been together since childhood.

"I wasn't sure at first, Mom. But that's the truth. Viona told me that it was Edward who did it. She hid evidence of Edward's crimes because she loved him too much, didn't want Edward to go to prison." Ethan explained while remembering every incident that happened to him due to Edward's actions.

"Then, what is the thing that makes you even ignore Luna? I think she is not wrong in this matter." Dina was still not satisfied with Ethan's explanation.

Ethan sighed, then lowered his head. "Edward told a girl named Sarah to slander me. And Luna believed that until she didn't trust me anymore, didn't even want to see my face or touch me."

"Then?"

"I asked Andrew to investigate Sarah and it turned out that Edward was the mastermind behind Luna's misunderstanding of me. when I returned home with the evidence, I found Luna with Edward in the room instead."

"They're in the room, what for?" asked Dina.

"Luna said Edward was just dropping her off. But I was already burning with jealousy and thought maybe they wanted to get back together. I started ignoring her because Edward also always made me burn with jealousy because he kept comparing Luna's love for him to Luna's love for me."

"You ignore your wife just out of jealousy, without thinking about her pregnancy?" asked Dina squinting at Ethan. She began to show a look of disappointment at his son.

"Yes, Mom. She went through a big pregnancy by being patient with my cold attitude and I always left her. I was stupid for always being instigated by Edward who wanted the destruction of our marriage. Even at the last check-up, I forced her to choose a cesarean section when she was about to give birth." Ethan shows remorse while remembering the time when Luna refused the option of surgical birth.

"Did she agree?" asked Dinah.

"She agreed because I said it was a condition to prove her love for me," replied Ethan.

"Why are you cruel, Ethan? Didn't mommy always teach you to respect women? After all, it's your wife. She has the right to choose her path."

"At that time I was afraid that something bad would happen, mon. I thought Caesar was a safe way," said Ethan as he approached Luna and stroked her forehead. he almost cried looking at his wife's face, because he was always filled with regret.

"Okay, then why do you still leave her when she has agreed to the cesarean section as proof of her love? Do you still not believe it?" asked Dina while looking at Luna who might be able to hear her conversation with Ethan.

"I've trusted her again, Mom. It's just that at that time there was an inauguration of a company branch in Bandung City. I had to come and I promised not to go again after that." Ethan explained while continuing to rub Luna's forehead. He leaned against the pile of pillows next to his wife's head.

"Then?" Dina couldn't wait for Ethan to explain bit by bit.

"I still went even though she was crying, it turned out that after I left, she even asked Ira to go buy her favorite chocolate cake. Ira didn't dare refuse and she left Luna alone. When she back home, Luna was already lying on the floor near the stairs. I just happened to be at the office and hadn't left for Bandung and Ira told me."

Dina sighed as she looked at Luna with more pity because Ethan had hurt her too much. Even though he has a reason, he is still wrong and must make up for it.

"I'm so sorry, Mom. I feel like I failed as a husband. Luna must hate me even more," said Ethan sadly.

"That means you have to fight again from the beginning, Ethan. Make her happy and never repeat that mistake. Never ignore her if she is angry with you. because if mommy were her, mommy would be angry with you too." Dina felt on Luna's side. Because when she was pregnant felt sad if she was left and ignored.

"I will fight to make amends for my mistakes, Mom. I will continue to defend it," said Ethan with his eyes fixed on Luna.

"Mommy can only pray," replied Dina as she got up from the bed. "I want to go back to your child's room. Mrs. Rita will be in trouble if she takes care of them herself," she continued.

"Yes, Mom."

Dina immediately walked out of the room, while Ethan stayed behind. He will sleep with Luna every day even though she is not yet conscious...

At one o'clock in the morning, Ethan woke up thirsty. He got out of bed and walked to the kitchen to get a drink of water. As he crossed the twins' room, the man heard a cry from inside. Maybe one of them woke up.

Ethan stopped in his tracks and decided to enter the twins' room. he opened the door and walked over to the baby cot. Sometimes he glanced at Rita and Dina who were still asleep on the available medium-size bed with the plain white bed linen.

Ethan approached Keenan who was crying. he immediately took and carried the baby, then rocked it.

"Are you thirsty, son? Daddy will make milk for a while," said Ethan as he rocked Keenan. He immediately made milk while carrying because he didn't feel good if he woke his mother and in-laws.

after finishing making milk, Ethan immediately gave it to Keenan. But the baby refused and kept crying.

"What do you want, Dear... Do you want to meet mommy?"

Ethan was confused and decided to take Keenan to Luna's room. he walked into his wife's room while rocking so that the baby would stop crying.

"Honey, our child is fussy. He refused the milk I gave him," said Ethan as he brought Keenan closer to Luna by placing it on her right side.

Slowly Luna could hear the sound of her baby crying. She tried to open her eyes until a few moments succeeded. The woman glanced at her baby who was crying quite loudly nearby.

"Honey, you're awake." Ethan smiled

enthusiastically at Luna who was glancing at Keenan. He immediately kissed his wife's forehead and looked at her with relief.

"My baby," Luna whispered with teary eyes.

"I'll call the nurse and others," said Ethan about to get out of bed.

"Don't," Luna whispered because she still didn't have the energy. "Let them rest and I'll be with my baby until morning," she continued, touching Keenan's face with his fingers that were still shaking because they didn't have the energy. She cries looking at her baby who is also crying and tries to calm him over by stroking his forehead.

"Is my baby the only one that can be saved?" asked Luna.

"All safe," replied Ethan as he lay down beside Keenan. "Our baby girl is sleeping. Would you like to see her?" he asked enthusiastically.

Luna only responded by nodding. Ethan immediately took his baby daughter without waking his mother and in-laws.

Ethan returned to Luna's room and put Keyra beside Luna and Keenan. He also lay down with them on his side. The man looked at his wife who was crying because she was moved to see the two babies were healthy without any flaws even though the incident falling from the stairs was very fatal
