At night, Ethan was accompanying his twin baby in the nursery. Meanwhile, Rita, Shandra, and Arsha accompanied Luna, who had not yet wake up. They are still waiting for the woman who is in a coma while waiting for the twins to be allowed to go home tomorrow morning.

Ethan immediately walked to the cupboard to take the milk and bottle that had been provided, then made the appropriate amount. He took the available warm water to brew the milk. the man was so intent on learning that he could deftly make milk quickly.

"Here's the milk, Mom." Ethan handed the bottle containing a little milk to his mother.

"Hi, honey, now is the time for grandma to give you milk," said Dina while giving the milk little by little to Keenan through a bottle. She smiled at her grandson who seemed to like the milk and sucked it enthusiastically. Seeing Keenan's face, the middle-aged woman was like seeing Ethan as a baby.

While it was steady to see Keenan being fed by Dina, Ethan heard Keyra start to whine. Maybe the baby girl also wants to drink milk like her twin. or a strong instinct as twins make them feel the same thing, that's thirst.

Ethan immediately approached Keyra and checked her diaper to see if she pee or defecate. But not, it looks like the baby was crying because of thirst.

"Ethan. Just make some milk. let Andrew carry her," said Dina, glancing at Andrew, who had been silently watching the hassles of taking care of the twins.

Rita's gaze shifted to Andrew who was nervous as he was about to carry Keyra, while Ethan was making milk as fast as he could. The middle-aged woman immediately approached her crying granddaughter.

"Let me carry it." Rita took Keyra from the crib, then carried her and held her while waiting for Ethan to finish making milk.

"Here the milk, Mom." Ethan handed a bottle of milk to Rita.

Rita immediately took it and gave it to Keyra who couldn't wait to suck the milk. Ethan immediately smiled seeing her daughter who was enthusiastic to drink milk, it looked very adorable.

"They're thirsty at the same time," Andrew muttered, who had been glancing at Keenan and Keyra both drinking milk.

"Because they are of the same heart," said Ethan.

"I want to have twins too," said Andrew while imagining that tomboy Alexa would give him twins. Uh, the guy's starting to fantasize too much.

"Alexa has a chance of having twins, because her father is my mom's twin," whispered Ethan with an amused smile.

Ethan just smiled faintly in response to Andrew. But the smile slowly faded as he looked back at his two babies who had to drink formula. He became restless and wanted to see Luna's condition again.

"Mom, excuse me, I want to see Luna first," said Ethan.

"Yeah, you just take a break while accompanying her," said Rita, then glanced at her Dina who had finished giving milk to Keenan. "Let me take care of the twins with your mom," she continued.

"Yes, mom..thank you for taking care of them," said Ethan.

"Yes, Ethan. This is a mother's obligation as a grandmother," replied Rita. Meanwhile, Dina nodded in agreement because she would love to keep the two babies together while chatting.

Ethan immediately walked out of the room followed by Andrew. he walked down the corridor to Luna's room which was not too far from the baby's place. Andrew continued to follow his boss because he wanted to see how Luna was too.

Ethan entered the silent room where only the heart rate monitor could be heard echoing. he glanced at Shandra and Arhsa who were sleeping on the sofa.

'If you weren't there, maybe I wouldn't be this strong,' he thought, then turned to Luna who was still in the same condition. Andrew also followed him.

"I'm so sorry," Andrew muttered with a pitying glance at Luna, who used to look friendly to him, now just sleeping ignoring him. He misses his boss's wife who is beautiful and humble to everyone.

"It's my fault, Drew. if I don't force myself to leave, maybe she won't fall and become like this," said Ethan with his eyes still focused on Luna.

Andrew sighed, then patted Ethan on the shoulder. "There's no point in regretting and blaming yourself. better now you have to focus more on her and the twins," he said wisely.

"Yes, Drew. While I'm busy taking care of them, please run the company with Nathalie. I have faith in you." Ethan made a firm decision because he had the intention to focus on taking care of Luna and their twin babies.

"Okay, sir. I will carry out this mandate as best I can," Andrew replied with a reassuring smile. "Then I'm going home now," he continued with a farewell.

Andrew immediately came out of the VVIP room, while Ethan stayed behind by sitting in a chair accompanying his wife who still didn't give any sign of getting up.
