After seeing the state of the twins, Shandra turned to see the state of Luna. She silently stared at her younger sister who looked fragile with many medical devices to keep her alive. it feels like she can't believe seeing her so weak, compared to when she is healthy always acts a lot and acts spoiled. Only a few hours, the woman missed her sister who used to be cheerful.

"They are a dark couple," whispered Arsha as she continued to walk hand in hand with Shandra. Until a few moments, they both crossed paths with Edward and Sarah. The two couples glanced at each other.

Sarah glanced at Shandra with hatred because she had been slapped. while Edward looked hatefully at Arsha who had secretly told people to stalk him when he was with Sarah.

"What are they doing here? I'm sick of seeing it." Shandra is still upset even though the pair of troublemakers have passed.

"It's gone," said Viona still without looking back. "You better go and take your mistress," she exclaimed.

Sarah just stared at her future husband who was talking to his legal wife. She even followed Edward just because she didn't want to be left behind. the depressed girl would restrain Edward more than Viona.

"You were so careless and killed my future baby. You should have taken care of it!" said Edward furiously.

Viona turned her head to stare intently at Edward who cared about her womb when it had fallen. "If you care about it, you shouldn't be cheated and think about how I feel. I was so upset that it was because of you, Edward."

"But still you're not good at taking care of your womb." Edward kept blaming Viona. while Sarah chose to relax on the sofa with her legs crossed. She is very easygoing and doesn't feel the slightest guilt or pity for her former boss.

"Enough, Edward. You don't have to blame me. With the loss of our baby, it will be easier for you to divorce me than marry that traitor!"

Fiona glanced at Sarah who looked relaxed.

"l doesn't deny that Luna doesn't want to take you back, because Ethan is much better than you!" Even though she was sick, Viona vented all her sadness and disappointment with teary eyes.

"Why are you crying, does anything still hurt?" asked the Doctor who was already used to chatting with Viona every monthly check-up.

The doctor sighed and glanced at Viona who was covering her sadness. "I didn't think you would miscarry. I was operating on another patient and didn't have time to help you," he said angrily.

"It's okay, Doc. Because other doctors can help me," said Viona. She again thought of Luna, who she didn't know for sure.

"Do you know the name of the patient you just operated on?" Viona asked.

"Her name is Luna, she seems to be a former model," replied the Doctor.

For a moment, she put a smile on her lips. Because of the doctor, he will know Luna's condition.

"How is he, Doc. Is the baby safe?" Viona asked enthusiastically. She hoped that there would be no bad news from Luna or the baby.

"The baby is safe, but the mother is still in a coma," replied the Doctor sadly. Because he also feels sorry for the fate of Luna and her baby.

"Coma?" Viona showed a sad expression. he felt guilty again for making Luna fall down the stairs.

"It's very sad. Even though the babies are twins and they need milk from their mother. Even though formula milk can help, breast milk is the best for newborns." the doctor imagined that maybe soon the twins would cry with thirst after tasting the air of the world.

Viona didn't move and imagined Luna and her child who died as a result of her actions. She was eager to see how they were.
