720 Necromancy
Yvonne had ascended godhood by turning her Origin ability and the special traits she obtained from her occupation into a sealed faux Divinity.
It took her lots of effort and an enormous amount of Death energy but by being near Dilan for a long time, she had absorbed more than enough Death energy from him.
The remnants of death energy that lingered on Dilan were terrific, to put it simply. They were so much that Yvonne was wondering whether she was a Death Angel, or if that was actually Dilan’s occupation.

It was frightening and not something that could have been created by merely killing his opponents. An individual with dense and refined death energy was usually known for having overcome many situations where death had been his constant partner.
However, Dilan’s case wasn’t like that…it was even worse. His death aura had been created from the countless times he had died. All-in-all, Dilan was certain that he died more than a million times until now.
He actually lost count of the times he died and it didn’t really matter to him either. The only advantages his deaths gave were the surprise factor when fighting his opponents and the fact that Yvonne and the Necromancer could create their sealed faux Divinity by absorbing his death aura.
He didn’t need the death aura, either way.
After becoming Lesser Gods, their strength increased drastically. Their abilities became much stronger, which was why both could control more and much stronger Undeads.
Thus, by making use of the mountains of corpses that littered their surrounding, a death domain was created with the power of the two. They resurrected Lesser Gods, Demi Gods, and millions of mortals to turn them against the enemies that were trying their utmost to turn Milarn upside down.
Controlling millions of Undeads was hardly possible for Yvonne and the Necromancer because they were simultaneously controlling Lesser Gods and Demi Gods.
Thus, they gave the Undead a simple order.
“Use the lurking death around you to maintain yourself and fight until you drop dead, forever!”
After the order was given, Yvonne and the Necromancer focused on resurrecting more and more Undeads. They used the death aura in the surroundings to circulate it through the dead bodies of those who desired to stay alive.
Their souls were sealed in their Undead bodies and most of their memories were shattered. Only their desires and knowledge of the abilities and techniques they used remained. It was barely enough to make sure that the Undead would fight…but it was enough!
The battlefield was soon covered in the Undead and it was only a matter of time before even the True Gods of the enemy factions faced nothing but desperation seeing the tens of millions of Undead that had once been prideful warriors of their races.
Using desperation against them, the Undying Group’s allied forces started an attack. They turned the battlefield upside down, killed the raging True Gods of their opponents, and cleared one of the battlefields.
The allied forces of the Undying Group split up to support the other battlefields, while the Undeads stayed behind to kill the Ascenders that dared to keep emerging on the other side.
In the following hours, the number of Undeads around that particular battlefield kept increasing until the race on the other side of the Gate realized that something was wrong as one of the Undead emerged on their side.
Yvonne and the Necromancer wanted to repeat the same procedure on other battlefields but they were not the only beings adept at controlling the dead. The two humans ended up facing an entire race that had the same abilities as them, just that the racial abilities of the Necrovil were not as powerful as the sealed faux divinity of two human Ascenders, whose entire focus had been to strengthen their powers related to Necromancy.
The System had helped them to the extreme and they were finally seeing the results. Nonetheless, Yvonne, the Necromancer, and millions of their allies were held up fighting against the Necrovil.
The Necrovil didn’t make their life easy but it was not impossible for Yvonne and the Necromancer to turn the disadvantage into a devastating advantage.
Both human didn’t even notice that a race such as the Necrovil existed, in the first place. Thus, their existence was made use of and they were resurrected with the use of Yvonne and the Necromancer’s sealed faux Divinity.
Retaining their powers, the Necrovil turned into the replication of a Lich in the undead forces of the two humans. The resurrected more Undead which allowed the Undying Group to defeat the Necrovil by resurrecting more and more undead until the entire force of the Necrovil race had been turned into Undead.
What followed suit was a seemingly simple yet devastating tactic. The Undead Necrovil were given commands to resurrect as many undead as possible and to attack only their opponents. Yvonne and the Necromancer sealed the Necrovil, forcing a taboo seal onto them. This taboo seal restricted them from doing certain things such as leaving Milarn or attacking their allies.
If they were to break the taboos, their soul would be incinerated and they would cease to exist.
Afterward, the fastest True Gods and the existences with powerful spatial abilities got started. They brought the Necrovil to different places all over Milarn.
The support they could deliver may not be essential for the victory against the Ancients and the Primordials but it was certainly more than enough to support the fight against other mortals.
It might even be one of the deciding factors in the fight!
While Yvonne and the Necromancer worked hard, the others didn’t remain idle either.
Everyone was fighting with their life on the line as long as they could make sure that they would be able to keep the promises they made!
