Chapter 1093: Undead Ascension, Calamity Renown, Military Merit Skyrockets!

Behind Fang Zhou, Tidamia, Sain, and other cemetery undead leaders had taken out the resources previously offered by these undead.

Boxes and boxes of Blood Moon coins and demon heart cores, these items displayed an irresistible allure on the stage.

All the undead raised their heads at this moment, staring intently at Fang Zhou.

After scanning the crowd, Fang Zhou said, “Undead, remember today, today will be your lucky day!!”

Having said that, Fang Zhou began to recite the blessing words of the Naraku Undead Ascension Ceremony.

As he recited, the curse blood ring on his hand emitted a hazy brilliance.

Dense Blood War Furnace runes were delineated by him, transforming into chains that rushed towards the many undead below the stage.

Along with these rune chains, the Blood Moon coins and demon heart cores around Fang Zhou began to ignite.

A large amount of soul power and magic power flowed through these chains, pouring into the bodies of the undead below.

Almost simultaneously, all the undead below began to transform, releasing painful wails as their bodies started to shatter.

This was their most painful, yet one of the happiest moments, and this period was also very dangerous.

During this time, they were almost in an undefended state; if there were no guards outside, even a skeleton could easily kill them.

However, here with Fang Zhou, they didn’t need to worry much.

The walls around the camp had long been guarded by Blood Spirit Warriors.

…

This ascension lasted for more than three days.

When the last undead emerged from a pool of muck, all the undead had completed their ascension.

At this time, the camp had over two hundred Nether Lock Corpse Puppets, nearly two hundred Resentful Spirits, and more than fifty Hate Samurai and vampires.

These middle-tier undead were currently Fang Zhou’s undead foundation, most of their strength was at the Silver Tier.

Next, Fang Zhou dispatched a few vampires to purchase some essential supplies.

Now, all that was needed was to buy tools for building the camp and fishing for spiritual body shells in the Endless Blood River, as well as some consumables, and Fang Zhou could lead these undead out.

…….

Just as Fang Zhou’s Curse Blood Lord clone was preparing supplies for the upcoming demon-expelling expedition, the Undead Mage himself was also greeted by the long-prepared Noxus raid.

In the camp of the Storm Secret Cult, the Calamity Special Operations Team’s six hundred warriors were already fully prepared.

This was the first collective action of the Calamity Special Operations Team since they disappeared in the Dark Jungle more than two months ago.

After absorbing resources and rapidly enhancing their strength for more than two months, the more than six hundred warriors of the Calamity Special Operations Team had all reached above the Bronze Middle level.

Many had ascended to Bronze Upper, and more than a dozen warriors who comprehended battle qi early and had higher talent possessed Silver Battle Qi.

Counting Fang Zhou himself now, his forces already included:

A Golden Middle Great Undead Mage, a Golden Lower Gale Sword Hero, thirty Silver-level professionals, and over five hundred warriors above the Bronze Middle rank.

If it had been two months ago, with the Sindred Baron’s Legion and Viscount Landri’s demon guard army at the swamp blockade line against the current team, then the blockade line set up by the Calamity Sun Demon Country in the Hydra Demon Swamp should have been breached long ago.

For the Calamity Special Operations Team, it was no longer a question of whether they could return to the Hell Pit Fortress, but whether Fang Zhou wanted to return.

In the forest breakout battle, the Calamity Special Operations Team, although successfully broke through in the end, lost dozens of warriors.

Fang Zhou never mentioned it, but he always remembered this matter, and he was never one to suffer without retaliation.

If they returned to the Hell Pit Fortress, the remaining more than a thousand in the Calamity Special Operations Team couldn’t stir waves among the hundreds of thousands of troops, it would be better to stay here and earn enough military merit for themselves.

Fang Zhou still didn’t know he had become the youngest Major General in the Longxia Federation.

But even if he knew, seeing the current growth rate of the warriors in the Calamity Special Operations Team, he wouldn’t return.

Because at the fortress, he absolutely couldn’t plunder resources as recklessly as he does now.

Someone in the camp asked, “Captain Leng Feng, according to Captain Fang Zhou’s speed, he should have arrived yesterday. Why hasn’t there been any news at this time? Could there have been any unforeseen circumstances?”

According to the agreement among several Esoteric Rebel Army members, today was the day for the other Esoteric Rebel Army members to head to the Dragon Crater, relatively close to the Noxus logistics transfer station.

But Fang Zhou, who was originally scheduled to meet them, was nowhere to be seen.

“Ah, you’re overthinking. What kind of unforeseen circumstances could possibly challenge Captain Fang Zhou?”

Zhuo Yue, who was nearby, said indifferently.

Leng Feng nodded in agreement, “Zhuo Yue is right, with Captain’s strength, dealing with an Esoteric Rebel Army is effortless.

He’s already sent a message to me, instructing me to lead the warriors to join the attack on Noxus as scheduled.

As for the Captain himself, he’ll seize the opportunity to infiltrate the town, working from within and outside, to capture Noxus in one go.

Both the calm Leng Feng and the irritable Zhuo Yue had almost blind confidence in Fang Zhou.

In their eyes, there was nothing Fang Zhou couldn’t accomplish.

“Let’s go. Captain values this operation highly, he probably won’t change the plan temporarily. Those demon bandits aren’t really aligned with us, we must ensure there aren’t any missteps in this to secure the most profit.”
