Directly beneath the passage is a giant maze, surrounded nearby by small swamps and ponds, further out are columns formed of green slime and black underground forests.

Gu Xi also noted there seemed to be some caves not easily discovered beneath the passage; looking down, one could see piles of white bone outside these caves.
