Time flew by.

In the blink of an eye, the Far East passed through its historic October and entered November.

November 4.

Kyoto Racecourse.

The final leg of the Classic Triple Crown, the Kikuka Sho.

Bang!

The invincible figure flashed across the finish line like a bolt of lightning, and the entire racecourse erupted.

"She crosses the finish line!"

"Undefeated! Unbeaten!"

"The crown of the Classic Triple Crown's Kikuka Sho belongs to Teio!"

Overhead, the announcer's impassioned voice reverberated throughout the venue.

"Following White McQueen, the third undefeated Triple Crown horse girl in Central history has emerged at this very moment!"

"Four consecutive G1 victories, each as fierce and unstoppable as a raging storm! Teio has lived up to the name of Chasing Light, and one day, she will carry this magnificent form to the pinnacle of the world!"

"OOOOOOOOHHHHHH!"

Colorful flags fluttered through the air as the thunderous cheers from the stands shook the entire venue.

After all, she was an undefeated Triple Crown champion.

No amount of praise could possibly sound excessive.

In fact, the dramatic spectators of the Far East loved that kind of theatrical commentary.

Their faces flushed with excitement as they raised both hands and cheered wildly.

Inside the highest viewing box, Kuroha and the others smiled as they watched Teio happily circle the track and high-five her fans.

"Teio..."

Rudolf rested one hand against the window, a relieved smile appearing on her face.

Years ago, during the press conference celebrating Rudolf's own Triple Crown, that fearless young girl had boldly declared that she would surpass her.

Now, she had taken her first firm step toward accomplishing that promise.

"Oho. So this is the ace of Chasing Light's next generation? How terrifying."

A lighthearted voice suddenly came from nearby.

Rudolf calmly turned her head and saw a dark-haired girl whose exotic features made her foreign origins immediately apparent.

At that moment, Suave was shading her eyes with one hand as she gazed down at Teio.

This is ridiculous...

Suave smacked her lips, her brows drawing together slightly.

What kind of monster awakens her [World] before her Classic year is even over?

As one of only two horse girls of their generation to have entered the realm of [World], Suave could clearly sense the subtle fluctuations that escaped from the petite girl below with every breath.

Those were ripples from a [World].

"The Japan Cup is only half a month away. Shouldn't you be training hard? Why did you come to watch my Teio race?"

A gentle voice suddenly reached her ears.

Suave froze for an instant, then immediately broke into a delighted smile.

"Hehe, I can't beat McQueen anyway, so I might as well treat this trip like a vacation. You already know that, Trainer Kuroha."

The tanned French beauty immediately began sauntering playfully toward Kuroha.

"By the way, Trainer, are you free after the race? Why don't we go out together?"

"I've found lots of fun places in Tokyo recently. It'll be my treat, so come with me, okay?"

"..."

A throbbing vein instantly appeared on Rudolf's smooth forehead.

After a moment, however, she merely sighed and yanked Suave back.

"Please consider where you are. We are still close to the racecourse."

"You came here to challenge the Japan Cup, not to find a husband. Please stop harassing Central's trainers."

Suave blinked, then turned toward her with an ingratiating smile.

"Don't be so rigid, Rudolf-senpai."

"I've been at Central for almost a month, but I haven't even invited Trainer Kuroha out five times. Brave-oneesan has been beside me every single time too."

"She never gives me any room to make a move."

Rudolf raised an eyebrow. "What kind of move are you trying to make...?"

Suave's eyes lit up.

"Obviously, I want to..."

"That's enough. Don't say another word."

Rudolf immediately silenced her.

Suave was currently the strongest active horse girl in France. In fact, with the sole exception of McQueen, she could even be called the strongest horse girl in the world.

Ever since arriving at Central last month, she had made absolutely no attempt to hide her intentions.

The word restraint did not exist in her vocabulary.

Once she had settled in, she began coming straight to Chasing Light every morning.

The instant she saw Kuroha, she would latch onto him.

The other Chasing Light racers had already grown accustomed to it.

Rudolf, however, had only confirmed her relationship with Kuroha less than a month ago. They were still in their honeymoon phase, so how could she tolerate an unfamiliar horse girl trying to steal her place?

Still, Rudolf had long since grown accustomed to Kuroha being surrounded by horse girls.

Therefore, throughout the past month, she had not deliberately done anything strange to Suave.

She simply reached out and pulled Suave back whenever the French girl approached Kuroha.

Watching the little dispute unfold before him, Kuroha shook his head and laughed.

Truthfully, he did not dislike horse girls with Suave's kind of personality.

However, Luna was currently his horse girl. At least for the time being, he needed to consider her feelings.

Judging from his past experience with the Chasing Light racers, Rudolf's current possessiveness would probably subside around the end of the month.

There were only another seven or eight days to go.

"Maybe next time, Suave."

Kuroha smiled at the tanned girl.

"After Teio's Winning Live, we still need to return home and hold a victory party for her. I won't have time tonight."

"...I see."

Suave's voice fell as disappointment appeared on her face.

However, she quickly encouraged herself again.

She could tell that Kuroha did not dislike her.

They simply had not known each other long enough and still needed more time to grow comfortable together.

As long as she kept trying, she would eventually catch up to her true love!

Well...

Love at first sight was still true love.

Still, the horse girls of the Far East seem a little wary of me. How should I handle that?

Suave could not help feeling troubled as she thought about it.

At that moment, Rudolf noticed her crestfallen expression and unexpectedly felt a little guilty.

Had she gone too far?

After considering it for a moment, she glanced at Kuroha.

He was briefly surprised, but then understood her intentions. He smiled back and nodded.

Only then did Rudolf clear her throat, drawing Suave's attention.

"Suave-san... If you have nothing planned tonight, you may attend the victory party with Brave-san."

"After all, it is Teio's Triple Crown celebration. Having more people there will make it livelier."

"Yes!"

The instant Rudolf finished speaking, Suave seized her hand and shook it vigorously.

"Don't worry, Rudolf-senpai! Whether Brave-oneesan is free or not, I'm definitely free!"

"..."

Did I just make a mistake?

Rudolf stared speechlessly at the hand gripping hers tighter and tighter, unable to keep herself from questioning her decision.

...

Night soon descended.

Yet every light in the Chasing Light villa was still burning brightly.
