Ultra-Level Weeb: Rise in an Awakened World
Chapter 129: A Rich, Big-Breasted Milf
’How the hell am I supposed to explain this to Zerena tomorrow?’ Even if he gave her the money for the potion, she’d inevitably ask who he’d sold it to and why. And one question would lead to another.
Then he’d need another lie to cover the first one, followed by another explanation to cover that lie. That simply wasn’t how Max operated.
He was perfectly comfortable lying when the goal was getting a woman into bed. If he got caught, he could usually smooth things over with enough shamelessness and a good performance afterward.
This was different.
There was no easy way to turn a missing potion into something he could charm his way out of. It would only create a ridiculous mess of explanations he didn’t want to keep track of. So, after thinking for a moment, Max sent Yennefer another message. "Mm... after that, can you pack me a batch of herbs too?"
With that, Max slipped out of the laboratory, moving quickly but keeping his footsteps quiet.
It didn’t take long before he spotted Yennefer’s luxurious car waiting nearby.
He walked over and knocked lightly against the window.
The glass was heavily tinted, making it impossible to see anything inside. A moment later, the driver’s window lowered just enough for Yennefer to look out.
"Get in the back," she said.
The window immediately rolled back up.
Before Max could open the door, Yennefer added one last warning.
"One more thing. He’s a pretty vulgar bastard, so you’ll have to put up with his behavior if you want those potions."
Melmarc nodded, though the confusion on her face only deepened as a young-looking man approached the car.
He looked barely old enough to be considered a proper adult, yet he walked toward them with an easy, almost shameless smile.
As he climbed into the back seat, his eyes immediately settled on her.
Melmarc could practically feel his gaze moving over her, lingering first on her chest before dropping toward her hips and backside.
Her eyebrows rose slightly.
’So this is the paranoid supplier?’
How could Max not stare?
Like many mature women of her status, Melmarc was dressed elegantly rather than extravagantly. She wore a dark-colored one-piece dress that fell below her knees, paired with expensive-looking black high heels.
Sitting with one leg crossed over the other, she carried herself with the effortless confidence of someone accustomed to being obeyed. Her posture had a quiet authority to it as she studied Max from head to toe, almost as though she were the one evaluating a potential business partner.
Max, however, seemed far more interested in inspecting her.
For several seconds, he said nothing.
His eyes lingered openly on her breasts, taking in every detail without even attempting to hide where his attention had settled.
Melmarc’s expression slowly shifted from confusion to mild disbelief.
’He doesn’t exactly seem like the paranoid type...’
More like a hungry dog eyeing a piece of meat.
Melmarc’s dress was fitted closely to her figure, covering most of her skin. It extended over her arms and rose high around her neck, almost like a collar, leaving only a few carefully chosen areas exposed.
For Max, however, the most noticeable detail was the deliberate opening along her upper chest. The otherwise conservative dress revealed just enough skin there to draw attention without ruining its elegant appearance.
He had to admit, it was a difficult dress to pull off.
Honestly, he could only imagine three women wearing something like that and making it look that good—Melmarc herself, Zerena, and Yennefer.
The opening was surprisingly long, stretching almost the length of a hand. On most women, a cut like that would’ve exposed a considerable portion of the upper chest, perhaps even revealing a hint of the stomach depending on there chest size.
On Melmarc, however, it revealed surprisingly little.
The only visible skin was the upper part of her cleavage, with the opening narrowing naturally toward the point where her breasts met, leaving just the crease between them exposed.
Max didn’t even bother looking at her face to confirm whether she was the woman from the picture Yennefer had sent him.
He was already pretty sure.
"Hey, Auntie," he called casually.
Melmarc looked surprised and turned toward the driver’s seat, as though expecting Yennefer to be the one he was addressing.
Yennefer, however, recovered quickly. Max had never called her that before.
"Hi there," she said, gesturing toward the woman beside him. "Meet the lady I told you about. Mrs. Grace Melmarc."
"Hi, Max Falkner."
Melmarc gave him a polite smile.
"So, what brings you two here looking for potions so urgently?"
Max settled back into the seat, finally turning his attention toward her.
Grace still looked somewhat skeptical. She wasn’t entirely convinced that Yennefer had actually brought her to the right person.
Unfortunately, she was already in enough trouble that she couldn’t afford to be picky.
"I can’t tell you that, I’m afraid. My apologies, Mr. Falkner," she said politely. "But I’m willing to pay well above market price for any healing potions you have available."
Max pulled an awkward, almost pained expression.
"I wish I could help," he said with a forced smile, "but I already submitted everything I had to the army this evening."
Grace’s expression tightened, her blue eyes moving from Max to Yennefer, who was already wearing an apologetic look.
"Boy, she’s one of your aunt’s customers, and she’s clearly in desperate need. Can’t you do something for me?" Yennefer asked, deliberately playing the part.
She leaned slightly toward him.
"Just spare a few for her. I know you must have at least some left over."
Max shook his head.
"Well, I’m telling the truth, Auntie..."
He paused before adding,
"Even if I did have some left, I couldn’t just sell them without knowing why she needs them so urgently."
"Like I said, Mr. Falkner, I can’t tell you that. But I’ll pay whatever price you ask," Grace said, frustration creeping into her voice.
She then pulled out a long metal bar, roughly half an inch thick, and held it up for him to see.
Both Max and Yennefer stared at it in surprise.
In this world, most people used digital transfers for large transactions. Physical currency was rarely used, especially for smaller amounts, and obtaining it wasn’t exactly easy unless you had the right connections.
Max’s eyes narrowed as he looked at the metal bar.
’That’s... fifty thousand units?’
That was nearly half of what Yennefer had earned from selling the potions he’d made.
And fifty thousand units in physical form wasn’t something just anyone could casually walk around carrying.
Getting that much required either serious connections...
Or enough influence that people were willing to make exceptions for you.
Max’s grin widened.
’She actually found exactly what I asked for... A rich, big-breasted milf.’
