"Wow! Yanyan, this place is so beautiful!" Liu Yiyi let out a heartfelt gasp of admiration as she took in their accommodation for the night.

Before them lay an exquisite private courtyard. It was cleverly enclosed by a fence made of lush, verdant bamboo, completely secluding the entire yard from the outside world. Bamboo Spa—it truly lived up to its name. Stepping onto the bluestone path, the three of them entered the courtyard and were greeted by a two-story villa. To the left of the yard stood a delicate bamboo pavilion housing a steaming hot spring pool. To the right, wooden tables and chairs were arranged into an open-air dining area, softly illuminated by nightlights.

Su Yunzhou nodded. "It really is beautiful here."

"Isn’t it?" Liu Yiyi said with a charming smile. "This is the luxury hotel our Yanyan spent a fortune picking out just to thank you."

Li Yan smiled faintly. "I just asked the front desk to send our dinner over. After we eat, we can enjoy a nice, relaxing soak in the hot spring!"

Liu Yiyi’s beautiful eyes darted around playfully as she teased, "Us two sisters will sleep upstairs tonight. You can take the room downstairs all to yourself."

"Oh," Su Yunzhou nodded in response. In any case, he was confident there would definitely be "seafood" on the menu tonight.

Li Yan froze for a moment before whispering into her best friend’s ear, "I was actually planning for you two to share a room while I take one for myself."

Liu Yiyi’s pretty face flushed red. She pulled her friend toward the stairs. "Come on, let’s go up and change!"

"Alright!"

The two women headed upstairs, and soon the sound of their lively, musical chatter drifted down.

Listening from below, Su Yunzhou’s imagination began to run wild. He lay on the sofa and turned on the TV, cranking up the volume in a show of playful protest.

The doorbell rang. Su Yunzhou got up and went to the door. The security monitor showed a male waiter standing outside with a dining cart. He stepped outside to open the gate.

The waiter greeted him politely. After confirming that the dinner was to be set up in the open-air dining area, he began arranging the plates and making preparations. Dinner was a barbecue set meal.

Once he had efficiently set everything out in neat order, the waiter smiled. "Sir, we will come to collect the utensils tomorrow morning. Please enjoy your meal."

"Alright!" Su Yunzhou nodded.

"Coming to collect them tomorrow morning? Heh, they certainly understand how to design their service details..." he thought.

At that moment, the two women happened to come downstairs.

Li Yan was still wearing her previous outfit.

Liu Yiyi, however, had changed into a black floral slip dress. Her hair fell loosely over her shoulders, and her long, slender legs peeked through the fabric. Hooking her fair, lotus-root-like arm through Li Yan’s, she blinked at Su Yunzhou, as if asking, "Does it look good?"

Su Yunzhou stared unblinkingly at the two gorgeous women, his Adam’s apple bobbing slightly.

Though their outfits were somewhat similar in nature, their styles were completely different—one was charmingly pure, while the other was seductively alluring. Their simultaneous appearance created a tremendously powerful visual impact.

But the waiter standing by his dining cart was completely dumbfounded. His mind raced with excitement.

"I did not! That was definitely because of you!" Li Yan retorted. In truth, she cared much more about another man’s gaze.

Looking at the two women, Su Yunzhou teased, "You two demons better put away your magical powers right now."

"Hmph! Who are you calling demons?" Liu Yiyi smiled, rolling her eyes at him.

Li Yan just smiled without a word, her eyes filled with an indescribable emotion.

Su Yunzhou rubbed his nose and gave a helpless shrug. "I was just so blown away by the two of you that I couldn’t find a more fitting adjective."

Liu Yiyi curled her lips. "Who uses ’demons’ to compliment someone? Couldn’t you have used ’fairies’ or ’elves’?"

"Alright, alright, alright!" Su Yunzhou immediately corrected himself. "Please quell your anger, you two Flower Fairies, and come taste this delicious mortal barbecue."

Liu Yiyi giggled coquettishly. "That’s more like it. Go and grill some meat for us two fairies. If you do a good job, you’ll be heavily rewarded."

Su Yunzhou nodded slightly. Looking at the two women’s "heavy" assets, his mind began to wander once again.

"Alright! Let’s not talk about that. Tonight is a beautiful night, perfect for drinking," Su Yunzhou smiled, raising his glass to clink against hers.

Liu Yiyi raised her glass as well. "I’ll toast to you too."

The three of them downed their drinks in one gulp.

Happy times were always fleeting, but only because even happier times were soon to arrive.

Su Yunzhou devoured his barbecue like a whirlwind sweeping away the clouds.

Liu Yiyi rolled her eyes at him repeatedly. "Are you really that hungry?"

With that, she dragged her best friend upstairs to change.
