When he logged out, he deleted the visit record as he always did. Even though someone who hasn’t logged onto QQ for a long time wouldn’t normally check records, he still deleted it.

He searched for her Douyin account again, only to find it had suddenly become private. Staring at those four words, a sense of loss rose in him.

She hardly ever posted any updates, but now she’s completely hidden herself away.

This made Anton Miller speculate whether she had switched to using WeChat. After all, posting in the moments section has become popular now.

If that’s the case, he’ll never see her again...

Thinking about how much she loved him, and how he hadn’t cherished her properly, his missed opportunity became a lifelong regret. He suddenly felt he had been too selfish.

He always remembered what Abby Sawyer said before she left—

"You are like a central air conditioning system; this isn’t having good relationships with the opposite sex, this is having no boundaries."

He had explained countless times and felt mentally exhausted; he didn’t want to argue anymore... He only ever had one girlfriend, and from beginning to end, it was Abby Sawyer.

"Should I isolate myself from other girls just for you?" he also felt unwilling.

"Whatever you want, it doesn’t matter anymore." With those words, she turned and left.

He was also very angry, "Abby Sawyer, you say I’m a central air conditioner, then I’ll show you what a real central air conditioner looks like!!"

The girl walked away without looking back.

People only realize how precious what they had was once they lose it. Anton Miller regretted not putting aside his pride to reach out to her during his saddest and most difficult days.

Without parents, he grew like a wild weed with no one to teach him how to love. Instinctively, he was willing to accept warmth from all directions because he craved it so much... which led him to lose a really good girl.

Many years later, when Anton Miller reflected again, he gradually understood this truth.

The Morgan family.

Ian Shelby arrived early in the morning; he had breakfast at the Morgan family house and planned to take Jocelyn abroad today to begin their honeymoon journey around the world.

"Erin, you have to be good and listen at home, okay? Auntie will bring you back a gift!" Jocelyn Morgan excitedly talked to the child while hugging her.

Although the little baby didn’t understand, she still enjoyed chatting with the baby every day.

And it must be said, through practice over the past few days, Jocelyn has gotten more adept at holding the baby.

"Be good, auntie loves you." After saying this, she couldn’t help but plant a kiss on the baby’s little cheek.

"Gentle, gentle!" Finn Morgan, the worried father, kept cautioning, "Don’t wake her up, put her down, she’s sleeping right now."

"Eat then sleep, sleep then eat, you have to grow up quickly!" Jocelyn, handing the baby over to Hailey, couldn’t resist saying a few more words.

Jasmine couldn’t help but chime in, "Jocelyn, since you love kids so much, why not consider having one yourself soon?"

Even before Jocelyn Morgan could respond, Finn Morgan began urging, "Yes, yes, hurry up, then the two kids will have a companion."

"I hope you both have new developments on your honeymoon trip." Everett Morgan joined in the prodding, laughing as he patted Ian Shelby’s shoulder.

Putting down the baby, Jocelyn grabbed her suitcase, hooked her arm through Ian Shelby’s, gave everyone a cheeky smile, and waved goodbye, "Goodbye, everyone!"

Automatically sidestepping the topic of having children.

"Father, Mother, we’re leaving now." Dr. Shelby remained gentlemanly and polite, he said with a smile, "I’ll take good care of Jocelyn."

"Go, go, enjoy your honeymoon! If you get pregnant, choose to have it, Father and Mother will help you take care of the child."

"Oh my〜" Jocelyn was truly embarrassed.
