Glancing directly into Reze eyes, there was no trace of fear or doubt. Only uncanny confidence and deliberate precision, as she uttered those words.

’Judging by the smug look on her face and what happened earlier with the system I’m sure now. Her ability is related to machines.’

That was the conclusion Kyle settled on, after the undeniable hints he received while alone with the cocky scientist.

[You’re right. Though I’m not certain if she interfered with the system earlier, we can’t rule out such possibility.] Snow explained with an uncomfortable tone.

"Devil’s Apprentice? Tsk.. And to think you were already crazy." Kyle scoffed with a light grin.

Maintaining her light smile and wide eyes that didn’t settle well with Kyle. Reze next movement confused him even more.

"Very well then.. the hard way it is." Snapping her fingers, the unbothered people in the royal dinning hall abruptly stopped moving.

Standing up in a rhythmic pattern that looked to perfect, to go unnoticed by Kyle.

"Robots? Ha! You can’t possibly be serious." A light chuckle escaped his lips figuring out her entire scheme.

Apparently these so called nobles and guards were infact robots, and not humans. Which was a bit weird, considering he didn’t sense their presence before despite his enhanced senses.

But they were nonliving piece of scraps with a heart, mind, or even an aura. Lowering their chances of being caught early a bit difficult.

"I’m impressed you managed to detect my creations within half a minute." Clapping her hands, the robots took a step forward towards them in the same plain dialogue.

"Let’s cut to the chase~ I’m sure you’re already aware my ability is related to-"

"Machines." Kyle interrupted, already attained this knowledge a while ago. Which made him raise his brow, to Reze sideways head shaking in disapproval.

"Not machines, but systems." She calmly replied, further escalating the tension.

"Judging from your look, it’s clear you were disappointed by my ability. Mh-mm. I get that look a lot, especially when you’re the smartest in the entire Kingdom."

Thump! Thump! Thump!

The slow advancement of the lifeless beings made from metal, marching towards them echoed in the room. But that was the least of Kyle’s problems now.

[This is bad, really bad. Her ability isn’t just limited to machines with non living tissue but also living things!] Snow nervously relayed, with a warning sign that needed attention.

’Wait.. Are you saying she can manipulate and control humans?’ Kyle asked, just to be clear he understood things.

From the information he acquired from anime’s and manga, there were indeed characters with special abilities that allowed them to dominate other living beings to do their bidding.

Though such abilities and characters were specifically scarce and unique, they could change the entire course of the storyline.

Blood manipulation, gene restructuring, summoners and their summons.. The list goes on, with abilities power varying depending on the user and growth.

Even necromancy was considered dangerous because of it’s dark art, and requirements. Making these abilities overpowered once honed right, and troublesome to most awakeners.

[I have a theory, but I hope I’m wrong.] Snow muttered reluctantly.

[If my theory is correct, then Reze doesn’t just communicate and control artificial intelligence, but anything system related. Including the system of a living being, specifically the entire body. Down to the last neurons.] She explained, causing Kyle’s pupil to slightly shrink.

In simple words, what snow meant is Reze could now somehow control systems as nonliving and living. He understood the human physique was a complex system, made up of muscles, tissues and bones.

But to be able to manipulate such things was already mind-blowing, to say the least.

"You led me into a trap. Not that I’m shocked, already familiar with your level of craziness. But still, it hurts considering how well we were bonding."

Slowly arising, the machines had already surrounded him 4 meters apart. But that was the least of his problems, entirely focused on Reze.

"Hahaha!" Just when it looked like a fight was about to occur, Kyle suddenly burst out in laughter.

Making the cocky scientist react with a slightly confused expression.

"What’s so funny?"

"The fact that you thing you’re suddenly Overpowered now because you got a shitty ability." He confidently replied with a smug grin.

"Shitty ability?" Reze repeated with a light frown.

"You heard me. I know a bluff when I see one." Tilting his head to the side, his reflexes acted fast.

Taking a step back he avoided a punch from one of the robots, grabbing the extended arm. Lifting the lifeless unaware metal with just one arm, despite it weighing about 150lbs.

The without warning slammed it forcefully into Reze. Shocked by his unnatural growth in speed, the brilliant scientist failed to evade the attack.

"Just like I anticipated, a machine clone of Reze." Kyle indifferently muttered with a cold gaze, his left eye glowing an ominous red.

Shifting his attention back to the remaining bots, a sick smile spread across his face. "Alright, let’s get this over with."

Not responding, the sentinent beings remained still. Which he guessed was the master controlling the orders, none other than Reze. But still that didn’t mean he wasn’t going to have some fun.

"Stop!" A piercing scream came from behind, and he didn’t need to turn to know who that voice belonged to.

"I didn’t think you’d show-"

’Bam!’

A blow which he didn’t avoid landed to his cheeks, from none other than Reze in the advanced battle suit.

"No no no~ please be alright.." Ignoring Kyle she crouched down on the bot cloned in her image.

"Interface systems are still online, core stability optimal, damage at 45%" She mumbled with a sigh of relief, hugging the machine tightly.

"You peasant! How could you!? Do you know how much effort and love was put in, to create such magnificent beauty! Not to mention the resources and valuable materials!?" She yelled with puffed cheeks, stomping the ground in annoyance.

"Ugh~ fair trade." Kyle slyly snickered with a cocky yet confident grin.

About to reply a voice both we’re accustomed too very well interrupted, followed by the sounds of multiple footsteps.

[These aura’s, they’re just like his except inferior compared to his.] Snow relayed inwardly, and Kyle could feel it the moment Troy spoke.

Directing his attention towards the new group of exactly 14 individuals, excluding the king. Kyle could tell at first glance they were nobles, but not the previous nobles he’d seen so far.

From their choice of clothing which was certainly more valuable than other nobles, to their indifferent expression. Not to mention their posture, positioned in a loose yet battle ready stance.

"You’ve just awakened but managed to cause quite a stir in less than 2 hours." Troy chuckled, firmly tightening his fist.

"What can I say, I aim to impress." Kyle smiled, glancing towards one of the familiar faces he recognized in the group.

"Such feral nature haha! I would expect nothing less from a savage peasant." The ruthless king replied in his cold tone.

"Judging from the killing intent being released from your body and your narrow gaze, it’s clear you’re already aware who these are?" Troy asked, earning a subtle nod from Kyle.

"Those are the 14 generals of the 14 divisions under your command. Which means, they’re nothing more than lackeys." A big smile crept to Kyle’s curved lips, which didn’t last long as an object landed straight to his left cheek.

Bam!

His body was sent skidding back fast, crashing into some of the robots still idle standing.

’What was that?’ A groan escaped his mouth regaining his composure.

He had evolved after breaking past the threshold of lv 50, into something classified as a shadow weaver. So no doubt his stats were also increased, but now he’d failed to notice let alone dodge a single attack?

"You’re as prideful as they mentioned, demon." A soothing yet cold voice spoke, with the emergence of a figure from the group.

It was a woman, one of the few faces that’d cut Kyle’s attention. Unlike the other women present, she wasn’t dressed in an elegant gown or attire but something completely different.

A sleek fitting black jumpsuit, with a neon blue heart sign reading installed in the suit. Indicating her heart rate, beating at a level slightly faster than average.

"Ha! You’re gonna pay for what -"

Bam! Bam!

Two more bang sounds were heard, directly hitting Kyle in the guts. Pushing him some steps back, due to the force of impact.

’Damnit! Her speed is dangerous than I had anticipated.’ Kyle cursed, spitting a mouthful of blood.

There was no doubt she was the individual that’d attacked him minutes ago. And from the aura she excluded, there was no doubt about it, this cold woman was a dual ability welder.

[This doesn’t make sense, I can’t sense her movements or the objects being projected. Which must mean one thing, she’s moving faster than the speed of sound.] Snow gasped, a grim revelation just hitting her.

Unable to respond, Kyle’s blood immediately ran cold on instinct. A figure already besides him, with the expulsion of a chilling sensation.

"I’m sorry, you were saying something?"
