Everyone was still busy conversing with each other.

Just then, Human Emperor coughed, attracting everyone's attention.

He said, "Everyone, all of you know my current situation. I can no longer participate in any intense battles. Perhaps a single intense battle is all it takes to send me to the afterlife."

The atmosphere turned solemn.

Human Emperor smiled and said, "After thinking about it...well, everyone has seen and heard what Su Yu can do. You are now aware of his story in the Myriad Realms...or perhaps I can say that he's basically a legend, even if he's slightly worse than me. Hahaha. But there is no doubt that he's a legend."

Everyone smiled. They liked how confident Human Emperor was, even if he loved bluffing as well.

Human Emperor said, "Therefore, I intend to have everyone listen to Su Yu for the coming battles. You have all been with me for many years. You understand how strict I am when it comes to military commands."

Everyone's heart thumped.

Human Emperor continued, "Of course, not everyone here agrees with Su Yu. But keep your opinions and tell me after the battle. We can look over things after the battle and improve accordingly. However, do not disobey an order given to you during a battle."

Human Emperor turned strict as he said, "You are all veteran soldiers. Many of you are brothers who have followed me from the Human Realm to the Myriad Realms before coming upstream.

"You're experienced enough to know the right thing to do during a battle. I will deal with a wrong order in time, or you can voice your opinion to me after the battle. But do not do anything stupid in the middle of a battle and embarrass us all."

Radiant King had a pensive look as he asked, "What if Human Lord Su sends us all to death?"

He smiled and continued, "For example, what if Human Lord Su tells us all to self-detonate so that his people can step forth and reap the rewards? Do we obey as well?"

Human Emperor said, "It is unlikely that Su Yu will issue such a brainless order..."

Just then, Su Yu interrupted, "Who knows?"

Human Emperor was left speechless. Was this guy trying to make things hard? He was trying to transfer power to that guy!

Su Yu said, "In a battle, anything can happen. When things get desperate, and self-detonation is the only path to victory, are you going to disobey my orders?

"A small sacrifice to benefit the collective. Isn't this what everyone likes to do? Isn't the result everything? The process doesn't matter, right?"

Radiant King smiled and said, "That's true. The mood turned even more solemn.

In terms of merits, everyone here was a great hero who had rendered great merit to their cause. It was pointless to argue who was the more heroic one. In fact, who could say for sure that their contributions were greater than the contributions of people like Great Qin King?

Not far away, Human Emperor glanced at Su Yu and smiled, "Human Lord Su, I don't have much to ask from you. I only have one ask. Or perhaps it's more accurate to say that this is my bottom line. Deaths are acceptable, but pointless deaths are unacceptable. Preventable deaths are unacceptable. For example, one death of those directly under you is sufficient to save three of my old brothers. Su Yu added, "From now on, everyone can only address me as Emperor Yu."

Su Yu laughed and said, "Invite Human Emperor to step aside and withdraw from the war zone."

That left Human Emperor speechless. But next, he smiled and started withdrawing from the area Su Yu labeled as the war zone. He stood alone with a smile on his face. He didn't know if he should be gratified or vexed about this.

Su Yu was quite an interesting person. He also believed that as long as Su Yu wasn't too impartial, those old brothers of his would be mostly fine. After a few minor battles to mold the two camps together, they could launch a major offensive against their enemies.

Wan Tiansheng and the others followed without any hesitation. Meanwhile, Battle King and the others were dumbstruck.

Even Radiant King was stunned. He was losing his mind. Was this guy...charging ahead...just like that?

After a slight hesitation, they gnashed their teeth and followed as well. At the same time, a burst of power erupted from the opposite continent. One powerhouse after another soared into the sky.
