The entire battlefield could be seen by almost everyone.

The energy blade collided with the meteoroid.

At the moment of impact, the energy blade burst into an intricate web of energy blades, instantly shredding the entire meteoroid into pieces.

Fragments scattered across the sky, along with dust drifting around.

Although there were many fragments, their reduced size and dispersion meant they were far less lethal to the demons than before.

The demons below began to cheer.

But at this moment, Alka broke into a brilliant smile.

How could he think that such a large meteoroid falling wouldn’t be stopped by someone? It would be embarrassing if the demons didn’t stop him.

"What’s that?" A Tier Six archer lowered his massive bow, squinting at the sky.

The recent scene had drawn everyone’s attention skyward, so he immediately sensed something was amiss.

"What?"

"A beam of light is falling from the sky." The archer pointed.

The warrior beside him looked carefully in that direction.

At this moment, Pororo, standing not far from the two, also noticed it.

He grinned, revealing a mouth full of sharp teeth.

"So this was their plan all along."

"What?"

"You’ll see."

Amid Pororo’s sinister smile, a beam of light appeared through the dust.

The beam shone like pure moonlight, with flickers of starlight within.

If you look closely, it was Chadite’s figure plummeting straight down from the sky.

She extended her right leg back, poised for a powerful strike.

Finally, she landed on the falling rubble.

The beam suddenly stopped.

"Hit!"

A thunderous shout echoed.

The entire battlefield could see it.

Because the previously dispersed dust was suddenly pushed away by an unknown force.

A violent shockwave appeared in the sky, its wave-like effect descending like a lid.

"Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh..."

Under the exaggerated striking motion from the top, the rubble seemed to be imbued with formidable momentum; each piece resembled an artillery shell falling from the sky.

The slowing descent speed instantly accelerated, then vanished from sight.

The dense fragments in the sky poured into the demon battlefield like a missile rain.

The cheering demons had no time to react before they were smashed by the falling rubble from the sky.

In an instant, the casualties were immense, countless demons reduced to mush.

The meteoroid fragments collided, shattering upon impact, resulting in a deadly barrage.

And these fragments would cause elemental explosions upon destruction; Alka didn’t simply pull them down.

Demons began to fall en masse, wailing in agony.

If these demons had been allowed to flee, many might have survived; now their death toll was even more grievous.

A large clearing formed below the city wall, leaving only scorching blood and some gore, with a few lucky surviving demons howling.

"Oooooh!"

Cheers rose from the city walls.

Standing behind the demons, Sarunster’s scarlet face showed no expression.

"He really is... a human that makes you want to grind him into pieces."

Beside him, Mouth of Devourment merely smiled, watching the scene.

He was very content to let his colleagues feel what he once did.

"You can start preparing to act; I really want to personally cut off that human’s head and extract his soul."

"Very glad to oblige." Farol stood nearby and suddenly bent down, smiling.

But the shadowy demon beside him spoke, reminding, "Killing him will only send him back to the Dream Realm, become a king in the Dream Realm. You probably won’t be able to extract his soul. At most, you can only destroy his body."

Sarunster passed by, merely glancing at him.

Mouth of Devourment laughed unceremoniously on the side.

Farol also chuckled a few times.

Among these demons, no matter who made a fool of themselves, the others delightedly mocked their comrade, entertained themselves, and taunted each other.

If they had the chance to behead these fellow companions, they would be very willing.

Preferably, they could replace them, seize their power.

The friendship between demons is that simple and unadorned.

And stimulating.
