"Your Majesty?"

The Shadow Robe stood next to the Crystal Throne of the Dream Realm, looking at Alka seated upon it, softly calling out.

Being a creature of the Dream Realm, his voice did not produce sound waves but instead conveyed a message directly into Alka’s mind.

Thus, even a gentle call was extremely clear in Alka’s mind, reminding him.

Seated atop the throne.

Alka had his eyes open, staring at the void above.

His eyes shimmered with golden light, but that golden hue seemed utterly bizarre.

The golden glow appeared to be twisting, prompting a query whether the gold was truly gold.

Hearing the call within his mind.

Alka’s eyelids began to tremble.

Following which, he seemed to use all his might to finally manage to close his eyes.

At the moment he shut his eyes.

It was evident that Alka exhaled a sigh of relief, his entire body relaxing from its tense state.

He took a deep breath, soothed, then reopened his eyes.

By this time, his eyes had returned to normal.

"How long have I been sitting here?"

"Counting by the world’s time, it’s been 15 days and nights."

Hearing this, Alka nodded.

Then lightly waved his hand.

The Shadow Robe bowed his head, nodded, and vanished from sight.

Alka sat alone on the throne, gazing ahead, lost in thought.

Truth be told, as his power approached the Ninth Stage.

His strength within the Dream Realm had nearly reached the pinnacle of the Eighth Stage.

Yet at this stage, ascending further seemed to pose significant difficulty.

As if there’s a formidable gap between the Eighth Stage and the higher levels.

This was a barrier encountered by Alka who had already become the Dream Realm King within the realm.

Out in the real world, the rise from the Eighth Stage to the top might be even tougher.

Of course, all these are Alka’s contemplations and guesses about his current predicament, not unambiguous claims.

But as his strength grew closer to the Ninth Stage, the more he used these eyes that peek into secrets in the Dream Realm, the more he was influenced by them.

The influence is not that he couldn’t control himself.

But rather, he found it challenging to escape the things he saw.

Yet in the Dream Realm, Alka had to remain here for long durations to sustain the operational force of the entire Dream Realm Kingdom. Providing sufficient aid to the World Scar in the reality.

This was a predicament of choice.

Shaking his head to disperse the thought clouds in his mind, Alka’s figure vanished from his perch, appearing in the real world.

When Alka got up and walked out onto the deck.

Lucilia, who was reading under a tree, immediately stood up.

In an instant, she appeared beside him.

"You’re finally awake."

Alka nodded.

"I’m so hungry, haven’t eaten in so long."

Overhearing this, Juanlu, who had just come up from below, listened and chuckled.

"Give me 10 minutes."

He then headed into the dining area, diving into the kitchen.

Chadite also approached him, saying, "If you don’t come out soon, we’ll be at the destination."

"So soon?"

"Not soon at all, it’s been 8 months." Jason mumbled while keeping his gaze fixed upon him from a distance.

Alka, due to prolonged stays in the Dream Realm, sometimes almost couldn’t tell the passage of time.

Thinking about this, he leaned against the railing, remarking, "Now I finally understand why other Dream Realm creatures aren’t sensitive to time."

"Staying too long in the Dream as a creature, time indeed seems erratic, hard to notice."

Like these 8 months.

Alka spent nearly 80% of his time within the Dream Realm. To be honest, he didn’t feel like he’d spent that long, perhaps just a month in self-assessment.

It’s not that the passage of time between Dream Realm and reality differs but that the perception of time dilation in the Dream Realm is difficult to sense, or lacks much comparison.

"Does that mean we’re nearly there?"

Chadite nodded, glancing at some data on the mirror panel in his hand.

This was something crafted by Alka himself, effectively helping those aboard the ship with some trivial tasks.

"Judging by this, another three days should take us to our destination."

Upon hearing this, Alka couldn’t help but recall the location of the first Tower of Trial in his mind, alongside the intelligence Alka knew at the time.

The sixth Tower of Trial’s sphere of influence belonged to a regular state occupying Landmark Island.

Where this sovereign entity revered life, that is, the church atop reveres the Seed of Life. And this Tower of Trial had been overtly controlled by Seed of Life, awaiting Alka’s arrival.

Hope this time won’t be tangled up in troublesome affairs again, obstructing their actions.

Since now, the whole Endless Sea felt rather chaotic and unsettled.

After having his meal, Alka continued residing in reality. He planned to rather stay in reality besides nighttime slumbers for a few days, just to balance.

Soon.

As the ship rapidly sailed.

They began encountering other passing vessels.

Frequent encounters in a day implied their imminent arrival at the destination.
