Chapter 638: Chapter 637: Sparring with Nathan and the others

"Oh, you guys all wanted to support your big brother Luciel; be careful that your big brother Treyton won’t kick you guys out for wanting to steal his role," Nathan said, obviously very amused.

"Why? Can only big brother Treyton do it? I’m not allowed to give things to big brother Luciel?" Sophie asked while looking at them.

Luciel chuckled and said, "Don’t worry, your brother Treyton wouldn’t be able to say anything if you guys wanted to give something to support me later. Of course, first, you guys need to be strong so that you could give me some support later."

"Yes, I’ll become very strong later!" Sophie said with confidence, which just made all the others smile.

Afterwards, the kids didn’t bother him, but bothered Nate and Jacob instead to ask more about how to train better, especially the one they had just mentioned, which was their observation skills.

Luciel didn’t interrupt and instead took out his phone and began watching a movie.

They didn’t plan to continue traveling further for the rest of the day, so most of them just continued resting, and they only started doing something else after they managed to rest for one hour or two.

As for him, he just went to his bed and continued watching; after he finished watching another movie, he finally took out the other one that he was using to communicate with Treyton.

When he opened the phone, it showed that Treyton and the others hadn’t been able to move forward yet, as they were still repairing the bridge.

Luciel didn’t say anything about what Treyton said, but instead sent a photo of the grey zombie crystal of that level 4 zombie. Afterwards, he briefly explained what they encountered and then put the phone back in their space.

He didn’t need to tell Treyton anything more about it, as Treyton surely knew what to do after seeing his message.

The next day, they started traveling again, but they had already moved away from those very populated areas and were traveling to places with a moderate crowd, so Luciel didn’t have to do anything.

However, unlike before when traveling with Treyton and the others, he didn’t sleep when they were traveling because he still had to be on guard, especially after they encountered that level 4 zombie.

With such a special zombie already at level 4, there should be some level 4 zombies among those with other abilities, which means they already have stronger superpowers and also a stronger body.

But of course, even though he wasn’t sleeping, he didn’t take action either and just played some games and watched movies.

In the late afternoon, they finally stopped in an open space to rest. They had already planned to find a place to rest earlier than just resting in the evening so that they could have more time with their training.

After a few minutes of rest, Luciel began stretching, so the others also started to prepare themselves.

"Okay, let’s start. Let’s use this big circle as a limit. Try to stay in the circle for as long as you can while avoiding my attacks or by fighting back. As soon as you guys are thrown out of the circle, then the next person can come forward," he said after stretching, and then asked, "Who’s going to come first?"

The four of them began looking at each other, but no one volunteered, so Luciel just said, "Let’s start with Nate."

After being called out, Nate also readily stepped forward and immediately ran to attack him, using his wind powers to speed himself up.

Luciel was also already prepared, but he didn’t bring out his vines or any of his weapons. He didn’t bother moving forward, as Nate was already moving very fast; as soon as Nate was in front of him, he quickly kicked him back.

Nate was obviously prepared and planned to dodge; however, even though he managed to dodge his kick because of his wind ability, he still didn’t manage to dodge his fist at all, which immediately followed when he was still kicking Nate.

He punched Nate in the stomach, then kicked him away when Nate hadn’t managed to dodge his punch.

"Okay, next," Luciel said, and then looked at the three people who were watching at the side.

"Boss, can’t you be a bit lenient?" Camille said while looking at the state of Nate.

"Lenient? I’m already holding back a lot, so no. Okay, Camille, your turn."

"Can’t I go last?" Camille asked.

"Just come here, there’s no difference anyway."

He’s already holding back, so there’s really no need to be more lenient; if he had to be more lenient, then it would just be too easy for Camille and the others.

As soon as Camille moved forward, Luciel immediately kicked her out, not even giving time for Camille to adjust.

It’s also the same with Nathan and Jacob; as soon as they stepped into the circle that he had designated, he quickly acted, not giving them time to react.

But unlike Camille, even though both of them were kicked, they weren’t immediately thrown out; however, they were still forced out of the circle after another punch and kick.

"Woah, it seems that you got stronger again. And it seems you’ve been really holding back when we fought you before," Nathan said.

Of course, he was also holding back before, but it’s also true that he had gotten stronger compared to before, because when he was sparring with them, he was still honing his strength as soon as possible.

"Yeah, okay, enough with the chatting. Why don’t you attack together first? If I had to deal with you guys one by one, then we’d just be wasting more time."

"Is that really okay?" Nathan asked.

"Yeah, it’s still okay. You guys weren’t even able to fight back. So, it’s better if you guys try cooperating with the others first to have more chances of evading me. If not, then you’ll only be thrown out immediately as soon as you guys enter the circle, just like before."
