Transmigrated As The Hired Villain in a Fantasy World
Chapter 79 Need.
Chapter 79: 79 Need.
Lacey answered with a low, approving sound that vibrated through her. "Oh I loooove it, Miles. That sounds just... perfect," she purred, the words rolling out slow while my hands kept working the line of her back.
Wildly inappropriate and I feared that Psyren might lose her cool and maul Lacey but she just sat there and pretended like this was any other meeting.
"Seems like a great plan." Psyren added, bright and eager. "Finally I get a real shot at ordering a superslave around."
"You won’t actually be controlling them," I cut in before the idea could run too far. "Whoever fills that role will already be in on the plan. Lacey, do you already have someone who can take the part?"
"Several options, actually," she said, voice still lazy under the pressure of my fingers.
"Even better if it’s one of the people already on your payroll. Cleaner wrap-up afterward, especially if you’re thinking about turning it into a longer mentorship arrangement."
Having a professional on the inside kept the variables manageable.
A scene this layered left no room for an untested hero improvising in the middle of a live crowd. Danger sold tickets; uncontrolled risk canceled careers.
Couldn’t risk celebrities trying to use their powers and show up the heroes or the villain.
I mean I still didn’t trust Mysteria after she flaked off during Glacia’s debut and potentially tanked her chances—but Lacey wouldn’t let me down twice so I had to just deal with my part.
Heroes could take hits and look dramatic for the cameras, but they had to walk away able to book the next appearance. A hospital bed moved nothing except insurance claims and painkiller ads.
Opportunities like this also gave faded names a second chance at the spotlight.
There were always more heroes than villains, and plenty of solid ones went weeks without a proper stage. If I could open a door for one of them at no extra cost to the job, I did it. Professionals looked after their own.
"I’ll handle Psyren’s prep myself," I finished. "No concerns on that front."
"I never have any," Lacey breathed, rolling under my hands in a slow, deliberate wave. "I know my girls are in very safe hands. Oh fuck—yes. Right there, Miles."
I cleared my throat and tried to ignore the deliberate grind of her ass against the hard line of my cock. "Great. Then where are we staging the actual encounter?"
"Omnidome," she answered.
That earned a low whistle. The dome was where top-tier real estate—big enough for major screenings and built to hold thousands. "You’re really pushing this group hard."
"They’re going to be huge," Lacey purred. "I guarantee it."
"Then I think we’re done here," I said, lifting my hands before they could wander any farther.
"So soon?" she asked, the disappointment clear as she stretched like a cat denied its favorite patch of sun.
"I’ve got a mountain of prep before the event. You’ll live."
Lacey sighed and flicked her fingers in dismissal. "Very well. I’ll forward everything the moment it’s locked. I’m sure you’ll be waiting with bated breath."
"Sure. Why not. Psyren, let’s move."
"Yes, boss," she answered, grinning wide as she tucked herself against my side and we stepped out of the office.
We passed the guards without slowing and stepped into the elevator headed for the ground floor.
Once the doors closed I glanced down at her. "You handled yourself well in there. Most people start sweating the second Lacey turns that smile on them."
I looked dead ahead as the elevator panel dinged down at each floor.
"Aw, thanks, boss. Were you waiting for me to lose it when she started rubbing all over you?"
"Now that you mention it..."
"It’s simple," Psyren said, already shifting closer so her breasts pressed warm against my arm.
She arched up until her mouth was near my ear, neon-pink hearts flickering to life in her eyes. "She wants you. She wants you so badly it physically hurts her. I could feel it pouring off her the whole time, hot as a furnace. And that just makes me so fucking horny, because no matter how much she touches you or grinds on you, she doesn’t get to have you." Her smirk widened. "I do."
I already knew where this was headed, and after the deliberate tease Lacey had put on I was more than ready for it. When Psyren’s mouth found mine I met the kiss without hesitation, one arm sliding around her waist to pull her tight.
A soft psychic tingle rolled out from her—the same low buzz she always carried. Her full powers never touched me, but the residual energy still felt good against the skin.
She wasn’t content with the kiss alone. A soft moan slipped out of her as she pressed harder, firm breasts rubbing against my chest while one leg hooked around mine. The grind of her hips sent a fresh jolt through both of us.
"Oh fuck, boss," she gasped when our mouths broke apart for air. "I need it. I waited long enough when I watched your hands all over that greedy bitch. Right now. Please—"
I needed it just as badly. Instead of riding the elevator all the way down or hunting for somewhere else, I reached out with a flick of power and stopped the car between floors.
The sudden halt rocked us together. I backed her against the mirrored wall, hands already sliding under her jacket and shoving it off her shoulders. Her shirt followed a second later, baring the metal piercings that caught the overhead light.
"You want it?" I asked, voice rough as I filled one palm with her breast and thumbed the cool metal.
"Oh boss, I neeeeeed it," she moaned, hips rolling against me in open invitation.
"Good girl. Then you’re going to get it," I growled, and dropped my mouth to the side of her neck. "You’re gonna get it so bad."
