Transmigrated As The Final Villain of a Death Game

Chapter 326: Parasite [ 5 ]

Chapter 326: Parasite [ 5 ]

And as expected, the fight was pretty one-sided. Every time Kevin was close to beating her, Jenna moved and subconsciously counterattacked, overpowering him in every way imaginable.

It was no surprise, especially since with the wings’ influence, Jenna was at least a Grade 60, much higher if the wings decided to take things seriously. Since Kevin was only a Grade 40, it was to be expected, though.

But for a Grade 40, he was not doing terrible. Every counterattack she threw, he managed to just barely avoid it before it could kill him. Watching it from the side was pretty fun, but sadly for me, the fight didn’t last that much longer, as in the end, Kevin overextended.

And that little overextension managed to put him in a position where the wings simply slashed down, severing Kevin’s arm in two. The wings tried to go for his neck right after, but since I did kind of feel responsible for Kevin, I chimed in, stopping the attack effortlessly and then pushing Jenna back.

Yet that small push was far more powerful than I had intended it to be, as I accidentally snapped her wrist. And as if the Hive Mind wanted her to bear a grudge against me, it restored her consciousness, allowing her to feel the full brunt of the injury.

And, well...

"Hmm? What the... AAAAAAH!"

She began screaming while staring at her hand. She had no idea what to do, as one might expect from a total shut-in. And yet, despite her screams and everything else, her natural regeneration was more than sufficient to heal that injury.

So within just a few minutes of screaming, her hand was back to normal. She still continued to scream, until she realized that there actually wasn’t any pain. She glanced around in embarrassment and noticed that not only was Kevin staring at her with a conflicted look, but also me all the way from the balcony.

She immediately pulled down her hood, hiding her expression, as this was probably the most shame she had experienced in years. Despite that, Kevin seemed to be conflicted for a whole ’nother reason altogether.

That reason was obviously his loss. Ever since he had met me, he had not once managed to win against any of the people I had sent his way. It was a little sad, but it should also be a huge driving force for him to get much, much stronger.

Or at least, I hoped it was. I didn’t want him to suddenly develop hatred and then begin nuking the human race. That’d be... a little messed up.

Welp, while those two were down there talking it out, I decided to focus more on Clementine, since I felt like she was near the end of this whole charade. After all, her eyebrows were freezing now, as half of her diamond skin was already gone.

Not to mention, the energy I had felt inside her abdomen was now more powerful than ever. Whatever she did, and however she managed to speed up the process to reduce several hours of waiting time... I could only attribute it to her being smart.

Still, I sat down at the end of the bed and waited, trying to recognize the energy a little better. Sure, it was Aura, and while I couldn’t actually see it that well with my Mystic Eyes, I knew it felt a little bit sturdier than just energy or Divine Energy.

Obviously, it was far less powerful than Divine Energy, and its potency made the enhancement it could provide far better than just regular energy. For that reason, whoever had Aura could pretty much overpower anyone in a battle of physical strength.

And once both sides were powerful enough, I wasn’t sure how a fight would go. Who would win between a Grade 80 Aura user and a Grade 80 Energy user? The one who could throw a mountain, or the one who could split a mountain?

That thought alone excited me, but I also knew that at this point, Divine Energy could overpower any form of Aura, so I didn’t concern myself with it that much.

Except one thought did allure me... Was there Divine Aura? I haven’t seen anyone use it yet, but it did seem possible... maybe?

Shaking my head, I decided to put those thoughts behind me, since I knew that for the time being, I wouldn’t get any answers. Therefore, I just sat there and waited for Clementine to finish.

It took roughly an hour, and while I did look at Jenna and Kevin, I was glad that Kevin wanted to act like her elder brother or something. Watching over her and stopping her from doing stupid stuff was great.

And as for me, I suddenly stood up, feeling the Aura in her abdomen increase rapidly before suddenly dissipating. Once again, I couldn’t feel any semblance of Aura. But I knew for a fact that the Aura existed, since the sheer presence that now enveloped Clementine made a smile appear on my face.

She was far stronger than before. Her body also seemed to undergo some form of metamorphosis, since her abdomen now had muscles, as did the rest of her body. They weren’t those overly defined muscles, though, rather the outline of muscles that made everything look that much more beautiful.

When her diamond skin finally faded, a couple more minutes passed before she opened her eyes. Her eyes were far more lively, and it seemed like that wasn’t the only thing that changed, as her hair was far longer than before too.

And right as she put her hand on the frame of the bed, trying to sit upright, she broke it off effortlessly. Even I was surprised, since while this wasn’t that impressive in its own right, not being able to control your strength when you’re already so powerful was... well, a really big deal.

That meant her physical abilities increased by leaps and bounds. I was really curious now... Just how much would my stats increase when I took it?
