"Not bad. Divine Sword Manor is quite powerful too," remarked Lu Changsheng. "But we only have five years left. If we continue expanding one region at a time and slowly spreading martial cultivation, I fear even ten, fifty, or a hundred years may not be enough to condense the Martial Dao.

"We can't keep doing this step by step. What we need urgently is to create a martial art that is easy to spread and allows people to cultivate quickly. Once we come up with that, we spread it throughout the Primal World as quickly as possible and use the will of the masses to condense the Martial Dao."

The people of Divine Sword Manor agreed with him. They knew his reasoning was sound, but now they were left wondering how they were to create such a martial art in the first place. Creating a martial art that could overpower the immortal cultivation in the early stages was no easy undertaking. If it were, Divine Sword Manor would have done it long ago.

"Fellow Daoist Lu, do you have something in mind?" asked one of Divine Sword Manor's Earthly Saints.

"Of course," replied Lu Changsheng. "I encountered a similar problem in another secret world, so I created a cultivation technique specifically for condensing the Martial Dao there. It can be adapted to most secret worlds. As long as the world's fundamental Laws are compatible, there should be no problem cultivating or spreading it."

He paused before adding, "However, I've only developed it to the Human Saint level. Getting it to the Earthly Saint level will take more time."

The people of Divine Sword Manor exchanged uncertain looks.

"A Human Saint-level martial art is already enough," said an Earthly Saint with a frown. "That alone should be sufficient to condense the Martial Dao. But, Fellow Daoist Lu, are you certain this can compete with the immortal cultivation system during the early stages of cultivation? We only have five years left..."

Their doubts were understandable. Creating a new cultivation method was difficult enough, and creating one capable of spreading quickly enough to challenge an already dominant immortal cultivation system seemed almost impossible.

Lu Changsheng merely smiled, not bothering to explain. "Do you have any ordinary people from the Primal World here?"

"Ordinary people? Yes, of course."

Divine Sword Manor quickly summoned three ordinary men. None of them had ever done any form of cultivation, and one was already well past middle age. They were trembling all over when they entered—hardly surprising when the men standing before them were prominent figures of Divine Sword Manor.

The three dropped to their knees, their voices shaking. "L-Lords, you summoned us here. Wh-What are your orders?"

"Raise your heads," said an Earthly Saint. "You only need to cooperate with Fellow Daoist Lu."

Lu Changsheng swept his gaze over the three men. When they finally lifted their eyes to meet his, he said, "No need to be afraid. I didn't summon you here to punish you. On the contrary, this may be a great opportunity for you. I have a powerful cultivation method that's different from the typical martial arts you're used to, and I intend to pass it to you."

The three men stared at him blankly.

"It'll be painful at first," Lu Changsheng went on. "Just try to endure it."

Before they could respond, he flicked his fingers.

Whizz...

Three bright red drops of blood shot from his fingertips and struck the three men, vanishing into their bodies in an instant.

"AHHH!"

"It hurts! It hurts so much!"

"My lord! Spare me, please! I haven't done anything!"

The three men collapsed to the ground, writhing in agony as they begged for their lives. None of them understood what was happening; they genuinely believed Lu Changsheng was about to kill them.

The Earthly Saints of Divine Sword Manor watched with growing confusion.

That's it?

Fellow Daoist Lu has spoken of a cultivation method capable of spreading throughout the Primal World... but he's just given each of them a drop of blood, nothing else.

What could three drops of blood possibly accomplish?

None of them could make sense of it. Still, Lu Changsheng was an invincible Earthly Saint. So whatever doubts they had, they kept them to themselves and waited quietly to see what would happen next.

Time passed slowly. The three men kept crying out in pain, but their voices gradually weakened, and eventually, their screams ceased altogether. Then, their bodies began to change. Their muscles surged, and it was clear that their physical strength was increasing. They had entered the room as completely ordinary people, but after absorbing a single drop of Lu Changsheng's blood, their bodies were already undergoing a remarkable transformation.

The cultivation method Lu Changsheng intended to spread was none other than the Flesh and Blood Martial Dao. Unlike ordinary cultivation systems, the Flesh and Blood Martial Dao relied solely on the flesh itself. As long as a living being possessed flesh and blood, it could generally cultivate using this method. Only beings with fundamentally incompatible bodies or powers, such as certain demons, might encounter problems.

The three men before Lu Changsheng had never cultivated before, so there was naturally nothing within their bodies that could conflict with his blood. With those three drops, he had directly transformed them into his blood descendants.

As the Flesh and Blood Progenitor, Lu Changsheng had already reached Sixth Growth, a level equivalent to a Human Saint. As such, even one drop of his blood contained tremendous power. To cultivators, such power might not seem extraordinary, but to ordinary mortals, receiving one of his blood drops was practically equivalent to ascending to the heavens in a single step.

"Hungry..."

"I'm so hungry."

The three servants slowly regained their senses.

"Why do I suddenly feel so strong?"

"What happened to my body?"

The pain had vanished completely, and in its place came a sense of power unlike anything they had ever experienced.

The three men had reached Second Growth, a level equivalent to the Divine Fortification Realm. They were still slightly below the Divine Treasury Realm and the Qi Refining Realm, so they had not yet truly achieved transcendence, but they were already far beyond ordinary mortals.

Of course, if Lu Changsheng wished, he could easily push them into transcendence, but there was no need. He simply wanted to give it a try and to let the Earthly Saints of Divine Sword Manor witness it. If the Flesh and Blood Martial Dao was to be promoted in the Primal World, it would still need the strong support of Divine Sword Manor.

Lu Changsheng turned to the eight Earthly Saints with a smile. "Fellow Daoists, what do you think?"

The Earthly Saints stared at the three men, their eyes gleaming as they carefully examined the changes in their bodies. But soon, confusion replaced their excitement. They could not believe that this was really it.

Lu Changsheng had indeed transformed three ordinary people into fighters as strong as Divine Fortification martial artists with nothing more than three drops of blood. It was astonishing in its own right, but was this really the martial art they were going to spread throughout the Primal World? Using his own blood to strengthen three people was impressive, but what did that have to do with creating a cultivation system that could be promoted across this world?

"Fellow Daoist Lu, is the Flesh and Blood Martial Dao truly a martial cultivation method?" the Earthly Saint of Divine Sword Manor could not help but ask.

"Of course," replied Lu Changsheng. "I call it the Flesh and Blood Martial Dao."

He then gestured toward the three men.

"The Flesh and Blood Martial Dao allows a cultivator to transform others into blood descendants through their own flesh and blood. Once transformed, a blood descendant can strengthen their own body by consuming food, supplements, and other substances rich in vitality. As their flesh and blood continue to evolve, their strength will rise accordingly.

"The Flesh and Blood Martial Dao is currently capped at the Martial Saint level, but I'm confident I can bring it to the Earthly Saint level. In any case, the appeal of this Martial Dao is that it spreads extremely easily. Any blood descendant can transform another person into a blood descendant. Once transformed, that person can cast off ordinary illnesses and physical weakness while gaining tremendous strength. There are no restrictions on age or aptitude. Anyone can become a blood descendant, which means anyone can cultivate the Flesh and Blood Martial Dao."

The eight Earthly Saints fell silent after hearing Lu Changsheng's explanation. Forget promoting it in the Primal World; if the Flesh and Blood Martial Dao were introduced into the Immortal Martial World, countless ordinary people would likely rush to cultivate it, and typical cultivation systems would be rendered obsolete. Compared with a path that required aptitude, resources, and long years of cultivation, the appeal of the Flesh and Blood Martial Dao was obvious.

It was then that the Earthly Saints realized that Lu Changsheng had not merely created a cultivation technique. He had created an entirely new cultivation system—a completely unprecedented path of martial cultivation!

For cultivators like them who had spent countless years perfecting their own paths, that realization was deeply unsettling. Their Dao Hearts were usually unwavering, but even they found it difficult to remain completely calm in this moment. After all, how could an Earthly Saint, even an invincible one, create something like this?

One of them hesitated before asking, "Can the Flesh and Blood Martial Dao truly be cultivated without any issues at all?"

Although that was the question asked, what the Earthly Saints actually wanted to know was whether this could still be called martial cultivation. Ordinary martial cultivation relied on a person's own body and comprehension. The Flesh and Blood Martial Dao, however, required someone to first become a blood descendant. So in a sense, cultivation began only after inheriting the flesh and blood of another person.

"There's no problem with the method itself," replied Lu Changsheng. "In the previous secret world, I relied on the Flesh and Blood Martial Dao to create large numbers of blood descendants. Once enough people cultivated it, I used their collective will to condense the Martial Dao."

His expression then grew more serious.

"That said, the Flesh and Blood Martial Dao does have one major drawback. It spreads too aggressively...[1] Within Divine Sword Manor's territory, transforming people into blood descendants shouldn't cause much trouble. But once the Flesh and Blood Martial Dao begins spreading beyond our territory, the immortal sects will almost certainly intervene."

Lu Changsheng's expression was serious. This was not something that could not be treated lightly or met with any hope of luck. Once blood descendants and the Flesh and Blood Martial Dao spread, the immortal sects would certainly target Divine Sword Manor.

The reason was simple. Unlike the immortal cultivation system, any ordinary person could become a blood descendant, then turn other people into blood descendants. If that process was left to repeat itself unchecked, entire populations could eventually turn toward the Flesh and Blood Martial Dao. And once that happened, who would still choose to walk the immortal path?

The more successfully the Flesh and Blood Martial Dao spread, the more directly it would threaten immortal cultivation in the Primal World, and once the major immortal sects realized what was happening, a violent backlash would be inevitable.
