Top-class Bodyguard
Chapter 1242 - 1218: Two of the Five Great Families Have Fallen
Hill's face was filled with horror, his eyes seemed like they were about to pop out.
"No, this is impossible!"
In a moment of crisis, he came up with a plan of deceit, and he also saw through the tablet that Ren Feng had killed someone from the Onassis Clan; that scapegoat must have been killed as well. So why would he know that I'm still alive?
Most importantly, how was he able to find me so precisely?
Hill's mind was filled with shock while Ren Feng sat there with a calm expression, then snapped his fingers, and the car, which was previously moving erratically, came to a complete stop.
The bodyguards in charge of protection in front and behind quickly got out of the car, shouting as they rushed toward the vehicle in the middle.
"Shush!"
Whoosh!
The Heaven-Slaying Sword shattered the glass, and before the bodyguards could get closer, it pierced through their bodies, killing them instantly.
In just an instant, the Heaven-Slaying Sword spun around, killing all the surrounding bodyguards, then flew back into the car.
Ren Feng looked at Hill, whose face was also filled with horror, muttering that it was impossible.
"Alright, stop pretending," Ren Feng said plainly, "The patriarch of the Five Families, is it necessary to act so panicked? Whether you pretend or not, you'll be killed by me."
Ren Feng moved his hand, grabbing the tablet beside him and turning it on. The screen showed the roof of their car, with the images of Ren Feng and Hill visible.
"Sky Net is indeed powerful," Ren Feng sneered, "This saves me the trouble."
After searching through Hill's memories, Ren Feng directly kicked open the car door, pulling Hill out entirely.
The staff at the Sky Net Center were shocked by this scene, while the officer behind them remained silent, his expression extremely serious.
The generals at the Pentagon watched the scene unblinkingly, their eyes filled with anger and a murderous intent.
Rodney, along with Balrog and Lawrence, had expressions as dark as could be, their eyes fixed on Ren Feng's actions on the screen.
Ren Feng pinned Hill against the car door, and with a whoosh, the Heaven-Slaying Sword flew into his hand.
"Please, don't kill me."
Hill turned his head, a look of pleading on his face: "There's no real conflict between us; everything can be reconciled."
"I don't think so."
Ren Feng looked up at the azure sky, his lips curling slightly as if he had a cold smile, then slashed down with the Heaven-Slaying Sword in his right hand!
Just like a flash of cold light, everyone saw Hill's head separate from his neck, rolling onto the ground, splattering blood in its wake.
Hill's head rolled on the ground, turning a few times before stopping against the tire, while his body crumpled against the car door, blood spraying onto the car window.
Ren Feng looked back up at the sky, holding up two fingers, indicating a second.
The Five Families had already seen the destruction of two families!
Lawrence stared blankly at this scene, suddenly shrieking, "Hurry, let's get to the Navy base, we must reach there within half an hour!"
Rodney's face was also extremely grim; at this rate, they couldn't hide at all. Even Benedict, hiding in a secret base, was attacked and killed by Ren Feng.
Hill tried other methods, but still couldn't escape death.
A cold glint flashed in Rodney's eyes. If that's the case, then they would fight to the end. He refused to believe that the strength of a family couldn't match Ren Feng alone.
Balrog was weighed down by heavy thoughts, watching the scene on the laptop, furrowing his brows into a frown.
After a long pause, Balrog smiled bitterly, "I've lived long enough in this life. The most important thing now is how to preserve the elite forces of my Morgan Clan."
He pressed a nearby bell, and in an instant, a servant entered.
"Patriarch," the servant bowed respectfully.
"Go and call Roy and Michel; no one else besides them."
"Yes."
Not long after, two very young men entered the room.
"Father."
The two bowed.
Balrog waved his hand, "Now, I'm giving you the most important task."
Roy and the other listened attentively.
"Leave the Morgan Clan immediately, and don't tell anyone you're from the Morgan Clan. When the time comes, I'll transfer all the Morgan Clan's assets to you. Keep a low profile for at least five years. After five years, the glory of the Morgan Clan will depend on you to revive."
Balrog sighed.
"Father, we're not capable enough," Roy and the other were somewhat startled and anxious; they did not expect Balrog to make such a decision.
"Shut up!" Balrog suddenly said sternly, "You must do this! If not, the Morgan Clan is finished!"
"You must remember, this matter is extremely serious. Also, after something happens to the Morgan Clan, do not think about revenge, and do not come back. Wait ten or five years, and when the Morgan Clan has been revived and is strong, only then think of this. Understand?"
Balrog said seriously.
"We understand."
Roy and the other nodded.
"Alright, leave the Morgan Clan immediately. Go anywhere and hide."
Balrog suddenly seemed to age several decades, waving his hand to send away his two most outstanding sons.
Then, he rang the bell again, asking the servant to prepare lunch.
"I've heeded what those medical personnel said, but I haven't had a proper meal in a long time."
Balrog stood up, walking wearily to his cabinet, taking out his cherished Cuban cigars.
A row of thick Cuban cigars lay quietly in a silk-wrapped box, extremely large. Balrog took a deep puff, his face filled with delight.
"A treasure among Cuban cigars."
Balrog took the box of cigars and then took his cherished Rapha wine, heading to the dining room.
The long dining table was already laden with a variety of dishes, the maids around brought each dish one by one, and Balrog tied a napkin around himself, quietly taking out a Cuban cigar, slicing both ends a little, then lighting it.
Taking a deep puff, Balrog leaned back in his chair with his eyes closed, letting out a comfortable sigh.
"Alright, you all may leave now."
Balrog waved at the remaining maids, who withdrew, and Balrog opened the bottle of red wine, pouring two glasses, placing one on the table, and drinking one himself.
He waited for Ren Feng to come.
