Chapter 1334: Chapter 1334: These Two Lunatics!

Alaric Wood’s fingers brushed the ring on his index finger, his gaze dark and wicked.

Mason Nightshade’s craziness exceeded his expectations.

He thought that only having experienced such despair in a past life would lead him to do something so insane.

Unexpectedly, he was a madman to begin with.

He would never let Little Du go to a madman!

Not last time, and certainly not this time!

Mason Nightshade’s gaze on the plane ahead was almost blood-red, the plane’s speed reaching its maximum.

Gustavo Yates’s teeth chattered in fear, "B-boss, s-slow down a bit, if we keep going at this speed, we’ll crash."

He didn’t want to die.

It seemed Mason Nightshade couldn’t hear any sound anymore.

The speed didn’t decrease.

Instead, it got faster.

There was only one thought in his mind: he had to intercept that helicopter ahead, no matter the cost!

...

Grayson Quinn’s head was about to explode.

Mason Nightshade, that lunatic!

And the Mafia are a bunch of lunatics too!

Two men fighting over a woman actually deployed fighter jets.

"What are you standing around for? Quickly withdraw the fighter jets!"

"B-but, without the Major General’s orders..."

"Your Major General is flying in the sky. Tomorrow the neighboring country’s president is coming over, and with this kind of situation, do you want us to start a war? Does my brother know what you’re doing? Withdraw immediately! If the sky falls, the Quinn Family will bear the brunt, what are you afraid of!"

If Old Master Quinn hears this, he would probably have a heart attack.

He went to great lengths to get this little ancestor to come back, and once returned, he caused such a big fuss for the Quinn Family.

If the sky falls, can the Quinn Family hold it up? Even if his father’s life is put on the line, they can’t hold it.

The command headquarters tremblingly issued orders to the fighter jets.

At this moment, Mason Nightshade continued to tightly pursue the helicopter ahead.

"Prepare to attack," Mason Nightshade said coldly.

"M-major General, but, but Miss Aurelia is still on that helicopter."

"Are you questioning my command?"

"I wouldn’t dare."

The soldiers swiftly switched to attack mode.

Mason Nightshade’s cold stare locked onto the helicopter ahead, his finger pressed the attack button.

The sound of metal striking was dense around the rotor.

The pilot’s face turned pale, "Brother Wood, our rotor is malfunctioning."

Alaric Wood sneered, "I knew he couldn’t resist the urge to fire. Vaila Mook, where’s the other helicopter?"

Vaila Mook clicked a few times on the computer, "It’s already arrived."

Nearby, the roar of another helicopter sounded.

"Brother Wood!" The other side threw over the ladder.

Alaric Wood stood up, his figure paused briefly, glancing down at Aurelia Shaw beside him, "Do you want to come with me?"

Alaric Wood’s gaze was tense and uneasy.

Aurelia Shaw’s delicate brows furrowed, looking reluctantly behind her.

Alaric Wood pursed his lips tightly, extending his hand to wait for her, his expression calm, as if they weren’t being chased, as if the situation wasn’t dire.

"Little Du, come with me, won’t you? Would you really choose to go back to him?"

Aurelia Shaw looked at Mason Nightshade without speaking.

Alaric Wood’s heart was stabbed with pain; saying he wasn’t afraid she’d suddenly change her mind was a lie.

Even with her beside him, he still lacked confidence.

Just like those years.

Though she remained by his side, her heart was always with Mason Nightshade.

He feared she would abandon him again.

"Little Du," Alaric Wood pressed his thin lips, "If you change your mind, my offer still stands."

Vaila Mook’s eyebrows furrowed. 𝑓𝑟ℯℴ𝓂

If Aurelia Shaw returned, what was the point of coming on this trip?

The cost of this trip was immense, they lost so many people.

Aurelia Shaw stood up.

Alaric Wood held his breath.
