Chapter 63: Chapter 63 A stranger ’s confession.

Before the stranger came to pay him another visit at the showers, Noah had turned numb with need, already looking around for an alternative.

Slowly, his hands began to rack across his body—his chest, his neck, his temples—and in the process, he let out a soft moan. That was much better. It was better this way. He went lower, to his belly button, to further explore, when he felt that chilling presence again. Coming from his back. Before he could fully process it, hands came to hold him at his lower thigh, touching places that weren’t supposed to be accessible.

"Oh shit..."

Then a hand came up and began to rub his stomach softly before a pair of red eyes came into view.

"You’re dripping wet all over your legs, and it’s not normal water. We both know what I’m talking about."

That made Noah’s eyes widen as he tried to understand what that meant. In the omegaverse world, omegas like him drip wet something—something so by the gods he couldn’t even say it to himself.

"I’m a guy. That’s impossible. I am not wet." Noah went into defensive mode, but the man had caged him from trying to escape.

"Let’s see how truthful you are."

And his hands began moving to Noah’s middle, almost as if they had a mind of their own. His cock got handled just like that, making Noah freeze in his steps, his composure cracking by the second.

"Don’t you like being fondled, sweetheart? What else do you want? Go warmer or harder?" the man asked, and Noah tried to remind himself that this man might be a vicious killer—if possible, the one that killed Ashton. That was what the evidence was pointing to, and the way he was behaving wasn’t lessening the accusations by any second.

"I don’t..." His words became lost as he couldn’t process anything else.

Lysander, who was fondling Noah’s cock far too well, smiled.

"You were about to say something. Shouldn’t you stop me if you don’t like it?"

That was his obvious tactic. Noah could see how glad he was that he had him in his palms. Of course, an omega in heat was in the most vulnerable state for them—they could do nothing other than watch themselves get manhandled.

"Did you kill Ashton? Lysander Valmont."

That made him stop immediately. He didn’t go on with the fondling anymore. The smirk fell off his face so fast. Noah saw the air change to something stuffier and darker.

"Who told you my name?"

That revelation really shook him. He didn’t seem prepared that Noah would know that. Noah himself hadn’t thought his words would have such a deep effect because the stranger seemed like someone who wasn’t afraid of anything. But why did he look so terrified now?

The hands that were on his legs began to leave, moving to his neck and face.

"You still haven’t given me an answer, Noah. Who told you that? Unless I find out myself, and I’m not sure they will survive it."

He was still brushing Noah’s hair with so much tenderness that was a complete opposite to his words.

"And you will do no such thing, Lysander. You know one thing I hate more than poverty? It’s being manipulated, and you’re doing the same thing right now, which is so annoying. So before I give you an answer—did you kill Ashton?"

The question hung in the air before Lysander stopped and moved away a bit.

"I can see, Noah, that your heat is getting better."

Immediately his hands left Noah’s body, a sudden wave of need rushed like an overflowing dam, hitting him from all the angles around.

"Let’s not leave you in the dark. It’s not fair, but there is something thrilling about watching you look around for clues, unable to find anything."

That made Noah angry beyond words because he was using his discomfort as his thrill, which he hated.

"But I will indulge you. One blowjob—I give you well, if you allow me—then you can get your answer."

Noah’s face turned to him in stunned silence.

"That’s..." He couldn’t complete it.

"Fair, isn’t it? Because there is nothing there for me. I’m just trying to cure your needs while still providing the answers. Isn’t that the best bargain you can ever find?"

His hair, which was ever so neat for some strange reason, stood so elegantly, and it annoyed him. And the dark confidence in him made him appear more terrifying than he already was.

"Nothing comes for free, right? This thing you’re doing—you’re not doing it for free?"

Then right after, Lysander’s laughter began cracking.

"Oh Noah. My Noah, this is different because it’s you. Of course I said I want your body, mind, heart, and soul, but not in the form of selling it off. I’m seriously not that evil. Me wanting you is for my own self and nothing more. So you’re my reward, meaning no matter where you run to, dear Noah, you’re always mine."

At his words, Lysander bent down and took his cock into his mouth in a deep plunge, making Noah gasp as he stood under the shower, the water dripping in his eyes.

"You’re milking me for answers?" he questioned, and Lysander raised his head.

"Tell me you don’t like it—of course I will stop. It’s not like you’re not enjoying it, so let me milk you so good."

But that wasn’t Noah’s problem. For a reason, his ass began clenching as he wanted his cock to be inside his ass. That was what his body truly craved. A thick cock buried deep into him. He was normally afraid of big dicks and still terrified, but that fear was replaced by a wanting that was trying to explode in him at that moment.

"Ouch, fuck, that mouth is good. Yeah, like that."

As he was moaning, Lysander kept up with the sucking so good, making sure he didn’t miss a spot to suck from his cock.

"I thought you had a question to ask?" Lysander reminded him, and Noah, whose eyes were half-closed, began wondering why he wasn’t afraid of him finding him. Instead, he was casually reminding him about it. Biting his lips, he decided to ride on with the truth.

The problem was that he wouldn’t know if Lysander was saying the truth or not, but better he knew right now to clear off this huge mystery in his head.

"As I said before—who killed Ashton?" The question came the second time that day, and Lysander, who was sucking on his cock, stopped. Removing his mouth in a satisfied pop, he looked at Noah from his knees.

"Ashton, that whiny son of a bitch. Well, he deserves everything he got. It was written for you to come back. I needed to eliminate him, and I did just that."

Noah immediately broke away from him and from the shower itself.

"You did what?" He was shocked beyond what words could say.

"Manipulated Ashton. Made him think that the alphas were loving him, then led him to his suicide. But that was just words—all the others were done by him because he could have ignored the voice in his head, but he didn’t."

To Noah, that was sick. Despite his explanation, it didn’t make sense to him.

"To bring me? What do you mean to bring me? I wasn’t part of this world, and you killed someone who was enjoying his life to bring me into this sick world I don’t want part of."

Noah was lashing out loudly at him.

"What right do you have to take someone’s life, and it’s just whispering? How do I know that you didn’t take over his dream and make him lose his mind completely?"

Oh, poor Ashton. He really suffered, turned into a lunatic because they wanted to bring him. But bringing him? Oh, his head. This doesn’t make sense. He lived in a real world, and this is just a NovelPhoenix world he transmigrated to. So how did he know about him?

"It’s the needed sacrifice. Even Ashton knew he wasn’t the real one, that he had to die for you to come up, and that’s why your appearance is like this—because that’s what you really are."

The revelation hit him so hard. So it wasn’t the four alphas as he was made to think, but this psychotic stranger.

"Enough of this nonsense of a sacrifice. You don’t know me. You’re not supposed to know me."

This was turning hella out of hand because how did this stranger get to do this if he wasn’t released?

"I know that a lot of your memories are still frozen. Even currently, there is a huge gap in it, and don’t worry—it will all come back. I will make sure of it."

Then he began to come closer, with Noah taking a backward step.

"If it’s like this, I don’t think I want to see you. I don’t want to."

But Lysander wasn’t stopping. He was still coming closer till he drew Noah straight, making him fall into his embrace.

"This isn’t a negotiation, Noah. But soon you will fall hard. It’s just a matter of time. And thanks for releasing me after years—I am finally free."

Hearing that sent a huge wave of goosebumps to him. He is free? What the fucking hell? Then he remembered what he did and how Damian said about something moving through the graveyard. Was that where he was imprisoned?

"Your presence here is going to save thousands, so technically he died for the good of the people."

Noah scoffed at Lysander’s words.

"Now you’re suddenly the good guy? Stop bluffing."

He exhaled and picked up his clothes, wearing them right away. Fuck this. He was going to have sex with the alphas. Last knowledge of the omegaverse world taught him that an omega in heat was going to be in the worst possible torture, and the only help and relief was sex. No matter how overwhelming it was that he was going to do it with the four alphas, it’s either he goes on with it or runs mad because the heat was still at its first stage, and he wasn’t sure he wanted to find out the consequences of not adhering to instructions.

Lysander watched him dress with an unreadable expression, those red eyes never leaving Noah’s trembling form. "You think running to them will save you? They don’t even know who you truly are. None of them do."

"I don’t care," Noah shot back, his voice shaking but his resolve hardening. "I’d rather take my chances with four alphas I know than stay another second with a murderer who thinks he owns me."

A dark chuckle escaped Lysander’s lips. "Oh, Noah. You have no idea what’s coming for you. But you will. Soon enough, you’ll come crawling back to me—and when you do, I’ll be waiting."

Noah didn’t look back as he stumbled out of the shower room, his body still burning with need, his mind reeling from everything he had just learned. The heat was intensifying, making every step a battle against his own instincts. He clutched the wall for support, breathing heavily.

He needed to find the alphas. He needed to survive this day. And above all, he needed to forget the way Lysander’s touch had felt—both terrifying and intoxicating at the same time.
