The leaders of these two factions are Deity-like great beings, bearers of the Heart of the Sea Abyss's blessings.

Beneath them, there are numerous messengers.

The Rational Faction has messengers like the Sea Pressure Envoy, while the Chaos Faction includes multiple messengers, such as the End Messengers.

Among them, over a hundred End Messengers exist within the Chaos Faction.

The weakest among them is at least a High-tier Legendary.

The strongest have reached Deity Level.

The End Messenger Kyū is among the more powerful entities within these hundred-plus End Messengers.

According to tier classification, Level 20 to Level 24 corresponds to Legendary First Tier to Legendary Fifth Tier. Reaching Level 25 elevates one to High-tier Legendary Creatures, capable of traversing the Star Realm and destroying small Material Planes.

The range from Level 25 to 29 constitutes the entire scope of High-tier Legendary.

At Level 30, one becomes a Divine Spirit or Deity-like.

Ancient Golden Dragon Ignis, who recently broke through, is Level 25, while the Mother of Deep Red, having broken through only a millennium ago, is Level 26.

The Dark Frost Giant Lord is stronger, being a millennia-old creature, a Level 27 High-tier Legendary Abyss Lord.

The Sea Abyss End Messenger Kyū is still somewhat famous among the Sea Race... or more accurately, within this Material Plane domain, Kyū's name is relatively well-known among ordinary sea races across various Material Planes.

Kyū is a Level 27 End Messenger, on par with the Dark Frost Giant Lord Thorne in terms of tier.

In terms of power, it may be inferior since the Dark Frost Giant Lord Thorne possesses the Power of Fallen Titan Divine Blood, controls both Frost and Abyssal powers, and benefits from the Abyss Lord's enhancements.

Within the Abyss, inside its own Abyssal City, the Dark Frost Giant Lord could readily suppress and kill strong beings of the same tier, or even those a tier higher.

If it weren't for possessing such formidable strength, it wouldn't be able to chase the Mother of Deep Red, this mutated Ancient Red Dragon, everywhere, even into her own haunts.

It was because, in the Star Realm, in locations where tier strength restrictions do not apply, the Mother of Deep Red was simply no match for Thorne.

"Even such a powerful End Messenger is no match for the Black King...."

The Mermaid Empress and the Naga Empress exchanged a grave glance.

If merely being outmatched was acceptable, but from Kao's speculation, Kyū might have lost severely; otherwise, no news or movements would have arrived.
