This Giant Dragon is So Powerful!
Chapter 458 - 129: Magnificent Magic (2)
However...
Udi felt the rich Curse Power flowing within him, which was a hundred times stronger than it was at the beginning, and he nodded in satisfaction.
"It’s about enough. Unranked Curse Spirits don’t have much of an impact on me anymore."
Apart from the increase in Curse Power, Udi also acquired several Magic abilities after devouring hundreds of Unranked Curse Spirits.
It’s unclear whether the Curse Spirits Udi devoured were too weak, or if the ’drop rate’ of Magic was just that low, but it took devouring a few hundred Unranked Curse Spirits to obtain a few Unranked Magic abilities.
Or perhaps it’s a bit of both.
"Hmm?" Suddenly, Udi raised his eyebrows slightly, looking into the distance.
A few Samurai in silver armor leaped across the rooftops, quickly closing in on Udi.
"You bastard, we finally found you."
The leading Silver Armored Warrior glared at Udi under the black robe, clearly very angry.
How could they not be angry?
Originally, as Samurai, they enjoyed a life of pleasure most of the time, with wine and women in abundance. However, ever since Lord Thorne issued the order to capture Udi, they had been running around without rest for several nights, just to capture Udi who was active throughout Wind Language Town.
The Silver Armored Warriors exchanged glances, then grinned maliciously and rushed towards Udi.
The shining blades swiftly drew out, aiming directly at Udi, intending to cut him down with a flurry of strikes.
Udi watched them expressionlessly, his lips moving slightly,
"Magic: Toxic Fire."
Consuming a portion of Curse Power from within, an invisible green toxic fire started burning on the four Samurai.
The four Silver Armored Warriors, equipped with Curse Tools that allowed them to see Curse Power, were shocked to see the green toxic fire emanating from their bodies, and they looked terrified.
"You’re a Curse Master!!"
Like mice spotting a cat, the four Warriors screamed in terror and retreated, frantically urging their Qi and blood, trying to extinguish the green toxic fire on their bodies.
However—the green toxic fire was soon extinguished under their desperate drive of Qi and blood....
This left the four Silver Armored Warriors dumbfounded. How was it so easy...
It wasn’t like the fiercely burning green toxic fire...
"This guy is an Unranked Curse Master!" Quickly, the Silver Armored Warriors realized, and their eyes began to glimmer dangerously as they looked at Udi.
An Unranked Curse Master is still a Curse Master. If they capture him and hand him over to the manager, Lord Thorne, they’ll surely receive a hefty reward!
Furthermore, this is a Curse Master! A Curse Master who views them as servants!
Under normal circumstances, they would have to greet them respectfully when they met them, fearing to offend such a prominent figure.
But now, there’s an opportunity to capture a Curse Master.... Just the thought of it made at least three of the four Silver Armored Warriors quite excited.
"Unranked Magic only has this much power." Udi watched as the green toxic fire was dispelled, feeling somewhat speechless.
But since he acquired it, he decided to release it to see its full effect.
"Magic: Ice Pillar"
One after another, arm-thick ice-cold energy coalesced and fiercely shot towards the four Silver Armored Warriors, startling them greatly.
Fearing that Udi was hiding his true strength, they quickly became extremely alert and even roared as they activated Secret Techniques, recklessly squeezing and exploding their Qi and blood.
The four Ice Pillars penetrated the four Silver Armored Warriors, melting and consuming a part through their boiling Qi and blood, and another part was blocked by the Curse Tools they wore, with the remaining portion landing on them, leaving shallow blue marks.
The blue marks didn’t look like much, but the four Silver Armored Warriors could feel streams of coldness coursing through their limbs and bodies from the blue marks.
They exchanged glances, looking at Udi like facing a great enemy.
"As expected of a Curse Master, even if it’s just an Unranked Curse Master, they are still so powerful."
The leading and strongest Silver Armored Warrior, who had the smallest blue mark, said in a deep voice, his face serious.
Udi ignored them, moving his lips, releasing two more Magic abilities in succession.
"Magic: Fog"
An invisible fog, seen only by those who could sense Curse Power, spread around, causing disorientation of position.
"Magic: Pale Tentacles"
Four pale tentacles, as thick as an arm, emerged from the Void, shooting towards the four Silver Armored Warriors.
After a fierce struggle, the four Silver Armored Warriors, panting and sweating, cut off the Pale Tentacles and broke through the Curse Power fog, looking solemnly at Udi standing on the rooftop.
"As expected—"
The leading Silver Armored Warrior didn’t finish his sentence when his head suddenly exploded in mid-air.
The remaining three Silver Armored Warriors were dumbfounded. What happened to their leader’s head??
Stiffening their necks, they turned towards the scene, their pupils shrinking at what they saw.
Udi, dressed in black robes, was slowly lowering his now twice-thickened scarlet hand, with bits of white brain matter dripping from the enormously sized scarlet muscular hand, as big as a washbasin.
"I didn’t want to get my hands dirty, didn’t you know brain matter is disgusting? Isn’t it better to die under the grandeur of the Magic..." Udi sneered, looking at the three of them.
The three Silver Armored Warriors cursed him as a pervert inwardly, then almost without hesitation, they scattered and fled.
This Unranked Curse Master, having evidently cultivated the Qi Blood Secret Skill to a terrifying degree, could even mutate his own muscles.
What it means to mutate one’s own muscles is that when one cultivates the Qi Blood Secret Skill to a certain level, it allows for the liberation of one’s physical body.
The suddenly enlarged nearly twice scarlet muscular hand, and the terrifying Qi and blood force it exuded, all indicated that this guy had cultivated the Qi Blood Secret Skill to a very profound level.
The remaining Silver Armored Warriors’ guess was not wrong.
[Udi (Sid)]
[Power]: 5.52
[Agility]: 4.59
[Constitution]: 5.96
[Consciousness]: 3606
[Cultivation Technique]: Violent Bear Swordsmanship 6th Floor (Limit Breaker)
[Trait]: Strong Muscle Level 2 (Releasing arm muscles, unleashing powerful strength)
During the period when Udi was enslaving and devouring Curse Spirits everywhere, the Void Origin within his body was constantly working. With ample nourishment, his physical qualities improved rapidly, seemingly without bottlenecks, growing stronger day by day.
Moreover, his Violent Bear Swordsmanship, originally cultivated to the 5th Floor, unexpectedly increased in Skill Level as he practiced it leisurely, eventually breaking through to the 6th Floor.
The 5th Floor was supposed to be the peak of Violent Bear Swordsmanship, but to Udi’s surprise, there was a 6th Floor Limit Breaker...
That was a pleasant surprise.
Moments later, three headless Silver Armored bodies fell from the rooftop onto the street below, triggering panic and screams among the civilians, who clearly recognized the identities of the headless silver bodies.
Or put it this way, in Wind Language Town, there were few who couldn’t recognize that silver armor.
It wasn’t because they revered them, but because they hated them; they remembered them deeply because they feared and loathed them.
Those Silver Armored Warriors had extorted money and abused women and girls many times.
For such acts by the Lex family’s Silver Armored Warriors, they would turn a blind eye as long as it wasn’t excessive enough to incite strong public outrage.
Within certain limits, the oppression of civilians, their tolerance was quite strong.
Especially so, if without Samurai eradicating those Unranked Curse Spirits, their fate would be worse with Curse Masters being unwilling to deal with Unranked Curse Spirits.
On the rooftop, Udi watched the panicked civilians fleeing below, his expression calm.
During this time, he even noticed some of the civilians showing him expressions of hatred and anger.
