"Regarding the arrangements for our Grassland Elf Race..."

In shame, Empress Eliza finally steadied herself and revealed all the demands for her visit.

Shame is an emotion, but as a Legendary Powerhouse, mastery of the body is instinctual; the two don’t conflict.

Udi listened to Eliza’s words, a flicker of surprise in his eyes.

He hadn’t expected that by merely instructing his subordinates to clear out demons and expand the power of the Void, it would come across as part of the Good Faction.

If it weren’t for the weakness of the Southern Continent’s forces—lacking in numbers compared to the efficiency of directly troubling demons—the Black Wing Nest would have definitely targeted the local forces there.

At that point, they would likely be deemed by Empress Eliza and the continent’s races as the evil forces.

"So it’s like this," Udi realized, cracking a smile.

He eyed Eliza, his powerful magnetic presence causing her skin to tingle and flush light red.

In that moment, Udi found this Grassland Elf Empress quite cute.

Originally undecided, indifferent to whatever might happen, his heart slightly stirred.

"There are really far too many evil people in this world, while truly good races and beings are far too few..."

Scarcity makes them precious, cherished.

"Keeping such a pet should be nice," Udi thought, feeling it quite interesting.

He glanced at the chaotic maids inside the grand hall, sometimes feeling a bit bored.

Because they are utterly loyal to him, he thought to have them do anything, they’d do it without hesitation.

Obedience and loyalty are certainly good, but if they are all the same, then it becomes monotonous.

As thoughts churned in his mind, finally, under Empress Eliza’s anxious and tense gaze, Udi spoke,

"I appreciate the assistance from you Grassland Elves, but frontline warfare is too brutal, and your Grassland Elf Race is so scarce in number. Should losses occur, it would be a severe blow to your tribe... how about this: the Thousand Miles of the Eastern Wilderness is now occupied by a Legendary Demon leading demons. You go and resolve that, and relieve some of the pressure at the rear for this king."

Udi’s tone was very gentle, as if soothing a slightly startled little white rabbit, so careful and cautious.

"But..." Eliza hearing Udi’s answer, felt a bit conflicted and stunned.

Right now, aren’t they about to engage in a grand battle? Why not gather strength here, instead of dispersing it elsewhere?

If the grand battle is lost, clearing out demons is useless.

Conversely, if the grand battle is won, then demons causing trouble elsewhere become insignificant, irrelevant.

Moreover, such a clever elf as Eliza couldn’t possibly miss the protective tone of the Black Dragon Lord regarding the Grassland Elves.

For a moment, Eliza, initially resentful due to the chaos caused by the Black Dragon Lord, felt a sense of gratitude and was naturally compelled to ignore the moaning maids.

Dragon nature is inherently lascivious; this isn’t much cause for concern.

The racial Elf God worshipped by the Grassland Elves emphasizes natural propagation, thus they maintain openness regarding such acts of reproduction... though typically this openness is limited to matters between spouses, not as direct as Udi’s approach.

Nonetheless, they respect each race’s circumstances, and dragon nature being inherently lascivious, unless it’s wickedness or force, even if reaching extremes, it aligns with the core doctrine of the racial Elf God venerated by the Grassland Elves.

"But... there’s going to be a grand battle here..." Eliza didn’t want the Black Dragon Lord to feel that the Grassland Elf Race was useless, while also understanding such arrangements are best for her tribe.

Thus, she was caught in conflict.

Udi saw through the Grassland Elf Empress’s thoughts, continuing his actions as before, the cunning expression under dragon scale-covered visage revealing a faint smile, saying,

"This isn’t about protecting you, but simply, given the current situation, it’s the best arrangement for you Grassland Elves. If there’s nothing else, you may leave now."

Eliza hesitated, opened her half-closed, half-narrowed beautiful eyes, and looked towards the Black Dragon Lord still frolicking on the carousel, but even before she could speak, a white haze enveloped her, nearly engulfing her entirely.

Realizing what had happened, Eliza froze entirely, feeling sticky all over, the initial gratitude and emotion in her heart filled with shame and anger.

"I take my leave!" she snapped, her voice hard as she flashed and disappeared from the scene.

Udi looked at the shamefully angry departing Eliza, unchanged in demeanor, as if the recent acts were no big deal.

He lifted Tina, the Wolf Maiden of the Wolf Tribe, from his embrace, placing her on the ground.

"Master, these elves really don’t know gratitude, huh~"

Wolf Maiden Tina, licking the residue of Power from her fluffy wolf claws, flashed a hint of jealousy and anger towards the departing Eliza.

The master’s Power, containing pure Void Power, is greedily coveted by many Dragon Nest maids.

Tina was among them, thrilled at the master’s favor this time, thinking she could obtain a substantial blessing of Power, only to find it bestowed upon an outsider elf instead.
