Over the past million years, in preparation for the coming dark disaster, even the Abyss had grown calm.

Consolidating its foundation, all the tentacles of the Abyss had returned to their source.

Flying toward the Abyss that seemed to devour everything, they were greeted by the incarnation of Nyx.

“Welcome to the Abyss. I thought you’d arrive a little later,” Nyx said, his tone carrying a hint of complaint.

After all, he had been waiting for decades for Maximus and Scarlet to arrive.

“Sorry, we were delayed by something.”

“Tsk.” Hearing the casual excuse, Nyx could only click his tongue.

Fortunately, his main body was already in seclusion. Otherwise, he would have wasted even more time waiting for Maximus.

“Let’s go. I’ll take you to the core of the Abyss…”

“This is the deepest part of the Abyss, where neither matter nor law can pass through. It should help the little one break into the Absolute Realm quite easily,” Nyx’s voice echoed in his mind.

“Are you sure this can help Scarlet?”

“Don’t worry. This only works on abyssal creatures. The little one should already be in a trance,” Nyx replied, sending an image to Maximus’s consciousness.

In it, Scarlet floated motionlessly, eyes closed, as abyssal energy flooded her body.

“It’s good…” Seeing this, Maximus let out a sigh of relief.

Scarlet had already reforged her foundation using a derived origin manual and ultimate treasures.

Now, she only needed to condense her path of law to advance to Absolute of Law.

“Anyway, I have something to ask. How do you plan to break into the Tier 12 Realm?”

As he recalled, Nyx, the Will of the Abyss, was still at the Tier 11 Absolute Realm.

Only thanks to his special nature and trillions of epochs of accumulation did he have the power to stand beside the overlords.

However, due to the limitations of the Aeon Plane, a Dimensional Will couldn’t advance further.

Using a plane origin to break this limitation was too slow and inefficient.

With the Overlords about to break into the Tier 13 Realm, Nyx no longer had any scruples about others knowing his plan.

After becoming an Overlord, the limitation of the Aeon Plane should no longer matter, giving him the opportunity to step into the ier 13 realm.

Etheria already had a perfect ultimate foundation. With the help of plane origin, she could even break through to the Overlord Realm under the suppression of the Aeon Plane.

Of course, just to be safe, Maximus still planned to follow Nyx’s method, waiting for the Aeon Plane’s barrier to break before letting Etheria advance.

“Don’t worry. That little one is a child of the Abyss. I would’ve taken care of her even if you didn’t ask.”
