The Wizard Has A Biochip

Chapter 212: The Staff of Brilliant Light!!!!!!

I was far too busy to waste time individually identifying every object hidden among the grass.

There were simply too many things scattered everywhere.

So, I established a simple rule.

Whenever my magical sense detected any trace of elemental aura in a certain area, I would simply point in that direction and order one of the Black Rock Basilisks to swallow everything.

Earth, stones, roots, magical objects...

Everything went straight into the Basilisk’s stomach.

I could separate and identify everything slowly once we were somewhere safe.

Fifteen minutes later, the ground began to tremble violently.

BOOM!

The earth exploded.

A Black Rock Basilisk emerged from underground and gently returned to the surface.

Raticati was with it.

I quickly looked over the situation.

The more rewards we managed to find, the faster my heart beat.

This adventure was becoming far more profitable than I had imagined.

I didn’t waste any more time.

I jumped directly into the stomach of another Basilisk and immediately ordered it to leave the area.

I had no intention of finding out what would happen if a Mage appeared while we were still looting the battlefield.

Pov Mysterious Official Mage

Half an hour after the battlefield had been abandoned, a dark and bizarre figure silently emerged onto the destroyed battlefield.

The presence was so discreet that it practically seemed to be part of the shadows.

Using a powerful magical sense, the figure walked through the devastated battlefield with light footsteps.

Finally, it stopped exactly where the Mosquito had died.

It remained silent.

Then, it began sensing the traces of elemental aura scattered throughout the environment.

To an ordinary person, those remnants would mean absolutely nothing.

To that figure, however, they were like pages of a book.

Each fragment of aura carried information.

All of it made it possible to reconstruct what had happened in that place.

Little by little, scenes began to appear in its mind.

Until, finally, it managed to reconstruct practically the entire battle.

Even so, it showed no emotion.

Not even when it realized that a Pseudo-Mage had died.

Its expression remained indifferent.

But then it saw something that made its body tremble slightly.

It saw the acolyte who controlled golems ordering a Basilisk to carry away the Mosquito’s corpse.

At that moment, a terrifying ray of light appeared from its eyes, hidden beneath the hat.

Now that his experiment had been killed, there was no longer any reason for this place to continue existing.

Then a purple aura began to emerge from his body.

Buzz~~

It spread out.

Advancing in every direction.

Covering the forest.

And shortly afterward...

The entire forest became completely silent.

Not a single trace of life aura could be sensed anymore.

After finishing everything, the figure simply disappeared.

Pov George Gill - Mc

I did not immediately return to the Tower of Mages.

As soon as I brought my team of Golems to the surface, I made a different decision.

We needed a safe place, so we soon entered the Kar-Dur Forest.

After searching for some time, I found a sufficiently hidden location.

Only after confirming that we were safe did I begin slowly organizing the trophies we had obtained during that journey.

The first thing the Black Rock Basilisk spat out was Ruby.

She was still sleeping deeply.

Next came the mummified corpse of the Mosquito.

I looked at Ruby first.

I needed to make sure she was okay.

I performed a complete analysis using the Biochip.

The result was reassuring.

Ruby was simply carrying a gigantic amount of blood belonging to an extremely powerful existence.

Her body simply could not process that energy quickly enough.

That was why she had fallen into a deep sleep.

The Biochip continued analyzing the data.

According to its estimation, Ruby had gained an enormous advantage from that meal.

Most likely...

She would advance into the Pseudo-Mage realm.

I took a thick, warm blanket and placed it in a comfortable corner of the cave.

Then I carefully placed Ruby on top of it.

And her long eyelashes moved slightly as she breathed.

I looked at her for a few seconds.

I couldn’t help but smile a little, I wondered if raping her right then would make Ruby’s pussy contract even more intensely. I swallowed hard, but I didn’t dare do anything; it would be way too dangerous. After all, just one wrong move and she could hurt me.

After settling her down, I turned my attention to the Mosquito’s corpse.

There were two things that immediately caught my attention.

The Flower Armor.

And the magical bow.

In the previous battle, those two items had caused me a considerable amount of trouble.

I picked up the bow and spent some time examining its structure.

—Biochip, can this item be modified?

[Beep!]

[Object scanning complete.]

[A magical bow has been identified.]

[Magical item can be modified.]

My eyes lit up.

During my first battle against the Mosquito, the Biochip had only managed to perform a superficial analysis of the bow.

Now, however, it possessed much more complete information.

But the truly important part was that last word.

The Mosquito had been the bow’s only user.

Because of that, the energy system used to fire those dark light arrows was closely connected to the Shadow Element.

In other words...

No one other than her could properly use the bow.

But if the Biochip had determined that the object was modifiable, that meant I could alter its energy structure.

I could replace the original system and perhaps even adapt it to the Light Element.

That was truly tempting.

I carefully set the bow aside.

—Calm down, George. Calm down...

I looked at the pile of treasures.

—This is only one of several items.

Then I moved on to the next one, which was the Female Flower Armor.

I had actually considered keeping that equipment.

After all, its defensive capabilities were impressive.

But all it took was imagining what would happen when I was attacked.

Countless buds and flowers would appear all over my body, taking the shape of a woman’s outfit.

I remained silent for a few seconds.

—No.

Definitely not.

I simply couldn’t accept that.

I’ll modify it and give it to Ruby.

As a wild demon, the Mosquito apparently possessed only those two magical items.

After I removed the Flower Armor, the Mosquito’s small body was completely exposed.

Even in death, however, I could still sense an extraordinary aura emanating from her organs.

That made me hesitate.

Should I cut the corpse into pieces and extract all the magical materials, or should I keep it intact and try to find some way to maximize its value?

I thought about it for some time.

In the end, I decided not to make a rash decision.

It would be better to consult someone who actually understood this subject.

If I were an Acolyte specialized in necromancy, perhaps I could turn that corpse into a powerful undead creature.

For now, it was better to preserve the corpse.

I ordered the Biochip to perform a complete analysis of its bodily structure.

Then, I extracted samples from some of the body’s most important parts and fed the data to the Biochip.

It could analyze everything slowly.

Only then did I begin organizing the other trophies.

Raticati, who had been attentively serving me, appeared carrying a huge bag.

He placed it in front of me.

—Master, look at this.

I opened the bag.

The next moment...

An endless array of colorful lights reflected across my face.

Umbral Obsidian, Predatory Eye Crystal, Metamorphic Verdita, Emerald Agate, Lesser Lunar Fragment, Imperial Emerald, Photonic Topaz, Thalassic Sapphire.....

The more I looked, the harder it became to control my expression.

That Mosquito really was a gemstone maniac...

I had heard of most of those materials in books.

Any one of them could be exchanged for an absurd amount of wealth in the mortal world.

Some of the most valuable stones could probably even be used to purchase enough land to turn someone into a Count.

But for an Acolyte...

They were simply consumable magical materials.

That was precisely why Official Mages were so terrifying. They could use materials of that quality without even changing their expressions.

I picked up a few stones and rotated one between my fingers before separating several that would actually be useful to me.

—These are yours.

Raticati froze.

—You can take one-third of them.

—That’s your reward for this adventure. You worked very well today.

—You deserve this.

Raticati’s brown face began to contort.

Then his eyes widened, and he collapsed onto the ground.

I shook my head.

I ignored my unconscious servant and continued examining the treasures.

A short while later, I found something that immediately caught my attention.

A white magical scepter.

It emitted a soft, brilliant light.

Its shaft appeared to have been made from a legendary Light Dragon’s Tooth.

My eyes narrowed.

As soon as I touched the object, I felt an enormous amount of Light Element energy hidden within it.

Before I had even completely grasped it, I felt intense warmth spread through my hand.

But as soon as my fingers closed around the scepter...

The warmth disappeared, and a gentle stream of energy began flowing into my body.

At the same time, the Light Element energy within me began to react.

The activity of the elemental energy had increased by at least three times.

—Biochip, scan this Brilliant Light Core.

[Beep.]
