Chapter 1107: Chaotic Revolution

Chapter 1107: Chaotic Revolution

For the time being, Vaan decided not to give his nameless mana cultivation technique a name.

After all, he was not satisfied with the pinnacle divine rank.

The quality of the nameless mana cultivation technique might have improved, but it was still within the divine rank.

Only some insights from the [Divine Oceanheart Art] and the [Celestial Tides Sutra] were integrated to optimize the spinning speed of his mana vortex, allowing the refined magical power to become more compressed and powerful.

Fundamentally, the essence of the nameless mana cultivation technique had not changed, only maximized to its fullest potential.

In other words, the nameless mana cultivation technique would not surpass the pinnacle divine rank unless its essence was altered and improved. Alas, creating a heaven rank mana cultivation technique was no easy task.

Even so, Vaan was confident—if not in himself, at least in the foundation of the Myriad Sea God Palace.

After all, it only took the complete understanding of the [Divine Oceanheart Art] and the [Celestial Tides Sutra] to improve his nameless mana cultivation technique.

Evidently, the Myriad Sea God Palace’s top mana cultivation techniques were far superior to ordinary mana cultivation techniques circulated in the myriad of Star Kingdoms beneath it. This was the foundation of a Holy Land that has existed for multiple chaos cycles.

If Vaan could consolidate his understanding of the merfolk’s top ten mana cultivation techniques, he should be able to improve his nameless mana cultivation technique to the heaven rank.

But to go beyond that, he would likely have to look into the top mana cultivation techniques of the other sea races as well. Considering the fish-men race held a more dominant position compared to merfolk, their mana cultivation techniques were likely superior as well.

However, since some fish-women were waiting in the queue, it was just a matter of time before Vaan could verify it.

’I should consolidate my current understanding first.’

Upon deciding this, Vaan put up a new sign outside his tent, informing everyone that he would be taking a short break before continuing his services.

"What? Lord Vaan is taking a break? How could he? There are so many of us waiting to receive his service!"

"Hmph! Are you trying to work Lord Vaan to death? He has been working nonstop for over thirty hours! What’s wrong with a little break to recover his strength? How selfish of you."

"Isn’t it just a massage? What strength is there to recover?"

"Just a massage, you say? How ignorant! Have you ever seen a massage that can draw out pure mana from the surrounding seawater?! Have you ever seen a massage that can turn a normal mermaid disciple into a genius?! Have you..."

Although Vaan’s impromptu decision to take a break displeased some mermaids and raised some complaints, they were quickly drowned in criticism and curses.

Even those disciples who felt unhappy in their hearts also joined the others in criticizing and cursing the complainers. In fact, they were even more eager about it than the others. ꞦἈΝɵ𝐁ÈȘ

’Son of a Blobfish! Don’t mess around. It’s a rare chance that Lord Vaan even offers this type of special service to everyone! If your words displease Lord Vaan and force him to end his business entirely, wouldn’t that be the greatest tragedy?’

Although no one said it, many disciples had this kind of thought.

Meanwhile, Vaan was unconcerned about the backlash. No matter how many complaints the disciples had, they would not be able to affect his decision. He would still be around, in any case.

If they were unhappy and left, it would not bother him.

After all, his Heavenly Massage was far too popular. He wouldn’t be able to service every client anyway. On the other hand, the other disciples waiting in the queue would be the happiest if some of them left.

Shortly after shutting his mind from miscellaneous distractions, Vaan circulated the new version of the nameless mana cultivation technique, the pinnacle divine rank version.

Within his sea of consciousness, the mana particles in his mana vortex, which calmly revolved like a spiral galaxy, began to collide against one another. The trajectory of the mana particles was no longer linear but very chaotic.

Yet, the chaotic collision of mana particles did not cause the mana vortex’s overall revolution to slow down. Instead, it even sped up.

Every collision was perfectly calculated, allowing every mana particle to draw speed from one another. Of course, in a singular collision, only one of the two mana particles would become faster; the other would lose speed.

However, its subsequent collision with a different mana particle would recover its speed and even reach new heights, making it faster overall.

Every mana particle was seamlessly integrated into this new system of chaotic revolution.

Any imperfection or flaw found within a mana particle would be quickly eliminated, and the mana dust would become supplements for the flawless mana particles that survived.

Once the revised mana vortex reached peak velocity, it expanded and resembled an enlarged mana ring. But compared to the standard mana ring of witches, it was on a completely different level in terms of essence, scale, and complexity.

’The mana vortex has saturated,’ Vaan observed once his mana vortex stabilized after completing a hundred thousand revolutionary cycles without a single change.

Although the total mana quantity in his mana vortex decreased by a fraction, causing his mana cultivation to plummet from the peak stage of Rank 6 to the middle stage of Rank 6, his magical power had also become thirty percent stronger.

Such a loss was inevitable when changing a cultivation technique.

However, once Vaan recovered to the peak stage of Rank 6 again, his mana cultivation would still be stronger than before.

If, at this moment, anyone below the Divine Lord rank was able to peek inside Vaan’s sea of consciousness and saw his ring-like chaotic mana vortex, they would be deeply shocked and draw their distance from him in fear.

In their eyes, he would be no different from a madman, playing with fire.

After all, it would only take a single mistake to collapse the entire system, causing the mana vortex to act like a super-charged big bomb, exploding violently and devouring everything within a ten-mile radius.

Even Divine Lords would feel threatened by such a powerful explosion, let alone those below them.
